Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Ofenanlage (1) sowie ein Verfahren zum Betreiben der Ofenanlage (1) zur Einstellung von zwei verschiedenen Temperaturbereichen in einer thermisch zu behandelnden Platine (5). Hierzu sieht die erfindungsgemäße Ofenanlage (1) eine Strahlungswärmequelle (4) sowie eine konduktive Wärmebehandlungseinheit vor. Zur effektiven Energienutzung wird das in einen Innenraum der Ofenanlage (1) befindliche Abgas (A) abgesaugt und erneut dem Verbrennungsvorgang zugeführt oder aber zur Temperierung eines Kühlkreislaufs für Kühlplatten (14) genutzt.
