Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit wenigstens einem gekühlten Innenraum und mit wenigstens einem Verschlusselement, durch das der gekühlte Innenraum verschließbar ist, wobei wenigstens ein Verdampfer vorgesehen ist, wobei in dem gekühlten Innenraum wenigstens ein Kompartiment vorliegt, das mit dem Verdampfer derart in Verbindung steht, dass durch den Verdampfer gekühlte Kaltluft in wenigstens einem Betriebsmodus des Gerätes in das Kompartiment und/oder um das Kompartiment strömt, und wobei Mittel zur Luftmengen- und/oder Temperaturregulierung der genannten Kaltluft vorgesehen sind, durch die die Luftmenge und/oder Temperatur der genannten Kaltluft veränderbar ist, wobei die Mittel zur Luftmengen- und/oder Temperaturregulierung in einem ersten Betriebsmodus derart betreibbar sind, dass in dem genannten Kompartiment eine erste Temperatur im Bereich von weniger als + 14 °C vorliegt, und in einem zweiten Betriebmodus derart betreibbar sind, dass in dem genannten Kompartiment eine zweite Temperatur oberhalb der ersten Temperatur vorliegt, wobei die zweite Temperatur vorzugsweise im Bereich von mindestens + 14 °C liegt.
