Claims (14)

  1. Hydraulisches Drehschlaggerät (2) des Bohrmaschinentyps, das zum Bohren von Bohrlöchern bestimmt ist, das Folgendes umfasst:

    - einen Motor (6), der eingerichtet ist, um den Körper (8) des Schlagmechanismus entlang einer Rotationsachse (B), die im Wesentlichen mit der Achse des Körpers zusammenfällt, anzutreiben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlagmechanismus einen Verschlussdeckel (12) umfasst, der auf den Körper (8) montiert und eingerichtet ist, um eines der Enden des Körpers zu schließen, wobei der Verschlussdeckel in Drehung mit einer Ausgangswelle (7) des Motors gekuppelt ist und mindestens zum Teil die Verteilungsvorrichtung umfasst.

Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Hochdruck-Flüssigkeitsversorgungskreislauf (4), einen Niederdruck-Rücklaufkreislauf (5) und eine Schubkammer (14), die mindestens teilweise von dem Körper (8) und dem Schlagkolben (11) abgegrenzt ist, umfasst, und eingerichtet ist, um abwechselnd mit dem Versorgungskreislauf und dem Rücklaufkreislauf unter der Einwirkung der Verteilungsvorrichtung in Verbindung zu sein.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilungsvorrichtung einen Verteiler (16, 32, 42) und Steuermittel der Bewegung des Verteilers, die mindestens teilweise in dem Verschlussdeckel (12) eingerichtet sind, umfasst.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (16) in eine erste Bohrung (17), die in dem Verschlussdeckel (12) eingerichtet ist, montiert ist.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (16) eine erste Steuerseite und eine zweite Steuerseite, die der ersten Steuerseite gegenüber liegt, umfasst, und dass die Steuermittel mindestens einen ersten Steuerkanal (23) umfassen, der einerseits in den Zylinder (9) und andererseits in einen ersten Abschnitt der ersten Bohrung (17) mündet, der sich auf der Seite der ersten Seite des Verteilers befindet, und einen zweiten Steuerkanal (24), der einerseits in den Zylinder (9) und andererseits in einen zweiten Abschnitt der ersten Bohrung (17) mündet, der sich auf der Seite der zweiten Seite des Verteilers befindet, wobei der erste und der zweite Steuerkanal (23, 24) mindestens teilweise in dem Verschlussdeckel (12) eingerichtet und angeordnet sind, um den Verteiler (16) in Abhängigkeit von der Position des Schlagkolbens (11) in dem Zylinder (9) zu steuern.

Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (32) einen zentralen Abschnitt (33), einen ersten Endabschnitt (34), der sich parallel zu der Achse des Verteilers erstreckt, und einen zweiten Endabschnitt (35), der gegen den ersten Endabschnitt wirkt und sich parallel zu der Achse des Verteilers erstreckt, umfasst, dass der zentrale Abschnitt (32) gleitend in der zweiten Bohrung (36), die in dem Körper (8) des Schlagmechanismus eingerichtet ist, montiert ist, dass der erste Endabschnitt (34) gleitend in einer Aufnahme montiert ist, die in dem Verschlussdeckel (12) eingerichtet ist und in die zweite Bohrung (36) mündet, und dass der zweite Endabschnitt (35) gleitend in einer Aufnahme montiert ist, die in dem Körper (8) eingerichtet ist und in die zweite Bohrung (36) mündet.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, kombiniert mit Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel eine erste Steuerkammer (37) umfassen, die durch das freie Ende des ersten Endabschnitts (34) und den Verschlussdeckel (12) abgegrenzt ist, eine zweite Steuerkammer (39), die durch das freie Ende des zweiten Endabschnitts (19) und den Körper (8) abgegrenzt ist, einen ersten Steuerkanal (38), der dauerhaft mit dem Versorgungskreislauf verbunden ist und in die erste Steuerkammer (37) mündet, und einen zweiten Steuerkanal (41), der einerseits in den Zylinder (9) und andererseits in die zweite Steuerkammer (39) mündet, wobei der zweite Steuerkanal (41) eingerichtet ist, um abwechselnd mit dem Versorgungskreislauf (4) und dem Rücklaufkreislauf (5) in Abhängigkeit von der Position des Schlagkolbens (11) in dem Zylinder (9) verbunden zu sein.
  8. Gerät nach Anspruch 3, kombiniert mit Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (42) gleitend in dem Zylinder (9) montiert ist und einen röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (43) umfasst, dessen Ende, das zu dem Schlagkolben (11) zeigt, durch eine Bodenwand (44) verschlossen ist, die mit dem Schlagkolben und dem Körper die Schubkammer (14) abgrenzt.
  9. Gerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel mindestens eine erste Steuerkammer (47) umfassen, die mindestens zum Teil durch den Verschlussdeckel (12) und den röhrenförmigen Abschnitt (43) des Verteilers (42) abgegrenzt ist, und einen ersten Steuerkanal (49), der einerseits in die erste Steuerkammer (47) und andererseits in den Zylinder (9) mündet, wobei der erste Steuerkanal (49) eingerichtet ist, um abwechselnd mit dem Versorgungskreislauf (4) und dem Rücklaufkreislauf (3) in Abhängigkeit von der Position des Schlagkolbens (11) in dem Zylinder verbunden zu sein.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenwand (44) des Verteilers (42) mindestens eine kalibrierte Öffnung (53) umfasst, die vorzugsweise axial ist, die eingerichtet ist, um die Schubkammer (14) und die erste Steuerkammer (47) zu verbinden.
  11. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilungsvorrichtung einen Schubabschnitt (45) umfasst, der sich parallel zu der Achse des Verteilers (42) erstreckt und gleitend in einer Aufnahme montiert ist, die in dem Verschlussdeckel (12) eingerichtet ist, wobei der Schubabschnitt (45) ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende, das dem ersten Ende gegenüber liegt, umfasst, das eingerichtet ist, um mit der Bodenwand (44) des Verteilers (42) zusammenzuwirken, und dass die Steuermittel mindestens eine zweite Steuerkammer (51) umfassen, die durch den Verschlussdeckel (12) und das erste Ende des Schubabschnitts (45) abgegrenzt ist, und einen zweiten Steuerkanal (52), der in die zweite Steuerkammer (51) mündet und dauerhaft mit dem Versorgungskreislauf verbunden ist.
  12. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (42) gleitend in dem Zylinder (9) zwischen einer ersten Position, angenäherte Position genannt, in der der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (44) des Verteilers in der Nähe des Verschlussdeckels liegt und vorzugsweise gegen den Verschlussdeckel (12) anliegt, und einer zweiten Position, entfernte Position genannt, in der der röhrenförmige Abschnitt (44) des Verteilers von dem Verschlussdeckel entfernt ist, montiert ist, und dass der Schlagkolben (11) eingerichtet ist, um den Verteiler (42) bei seinem Rücklaufhub von der zweiten Position zu der ersten Position zu bewegen.
  13. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12, kombiniert mit Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilungsvorrichtung mindestens einen ersten Verteilerkanal (18), der einerseits in den Zylinder (9) oder die Bohrung (17, 36), in der der Verteiler montiert ist, mündet, und andererseits in eine erste ringförmige Kammer (19), die durch das Gehäuse (3) und den Körper (8) abgegrenzt und mit dem Versorgungskreislauf (4) verbunden ist, und einen zweiten Verteilerkanal (20), der einerseits in den Zylinder oder die Bohrung, in der der Verteiler montiert ist, und andererseits in eine zweite ringförmige Kammer (21), die von dem Gehäuse (3) und dem Körper (8) abgegrenzt ist, mündet und mit dem Rücklaufkreislauf (5) verbunden ist, umfasst, wobei der erste und der zweite Verteilerkanal (18, 20) eingerichtet sind, um abwechselnd mit der Schubkammer (14) unter der Einwirkung des Verteilers verbunden zu sein.
  14. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Rollmittel umfasst, die zwischen dem Verschlussdeckel (12) und dem Gehäuse (3) angeordnet sind.
