Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Funkenstrecke mit mehreren in Reihe geschalteten, in Stapelanordnung befindlichen Einzelfunkenstrecken, welche durch ringförmige Trennstrecken voneinander beabstandet und mit einer Kontaktierung versehen sind, wobei die jeweiligen Einzelfunkenstrecken ring- oder scheibenförmige Elektroden (5) aufweisen, sowie weiterhin mit Steuerelementen (11) zur Beeinflussung der Spannungsverteilung über der Stapelanordnung, wobei die zur Bildung einer der jeweiligen Einzelfunkenstrecken erforderlichen ring- oder scheibenförmigen Elektroden (5) in jeweils einen Isolationskörper (7) eingesetzt und von diesem zentriert gehalten sind. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Steuerelemente außenumfangsseitig der Umhüllenden der Stapelanordnung, jeweils einzeln oder in Gruppen zusammengefasst, radial winkelversetzt, angeordnet.
