Description

    Domaine technique
  • La présente invention concerne une fausse paroi rétro-éclairée par des sources de lumière, de préférence un faux plafond, pouvant également être employée pour un caisson lumineux ou une structure tridimensionnelle lumineuse.
    • Technique antérieure
  • Le document DE 20 2011 003 177 U1 décrit une fausse paroi rétro-éclairée selon le préambule de la revendication 1.
  • Les fausses parois, notamment les faux plafonds, comprennent classiquement une ou plusieurs lisses d'accrochage qui sont fixées sur chacun des murs et/ou plafonds d'un local, et une nappe souple et généralement opaque, qui est déformée par tension afin que ses bords, pourvus de moyens d'accrochage, puissent venir se fixer auxdites lisses à l'aide de ces moyens d'accrochage, en prenant soin de bien tendre la toile afin d'offrir un aspect esthétiquement soigné.
  • Cette toile est donc tendue parallèlement à une paroi du local de sorte à laisser un espace résiduel situé entre la paroi dudit local et ladite toile. Cet espace résiduel, aussi nommé plénum, permet de loger tous les équipements inesthétiques tels que des câbles électriques, des tuyauteries, etc. Par conséquent, ladite toile permet de masquer ces équipements mais aussi les imperfections des parois du local et d'avoir une surface visible uniforme et propre en retenant notamment les poussières dans ce plénum.
  • Toutefois, si l'on souhaite rétro-éclairer le local, puisqu'on ne peut évidemment pas fixer de sources de lumière sur la toile souple, il faut donc mettre en place des sources de lumière dans le plénum en utilisant une toile translucide de façon à ce que les rayons lumineux puissent éclairer le local, ou prévoir une pluralité de caissons lumineux aptes à être intégrés à une paroi ou une fausse paroi et contenant une pluralité de sources de lumière destinées à rétro-éclairer une fausse paroi recouvrant au moins la face inférieure horizontale desdits caissons lumineux.
  • Les sources de lumière sont de habituellement de type tubes fluorescents. On peut également mettre en oeuvre, indépendamment ou en combinaison avec les autres types de source de lumière, des fibres optiques ou des blocs de diodes électroluminescentes. Ces sources sont placées sur la paroi recouverte par la fausse paroi ou au fond d'un caisson et occupent donc une partie du plénum.
  • Si ces systèmes conviennent pour réaliser des chemins lumineux, des plafonds tendus ou des cloisons murales, ils sont difficilement adaptables pour réaliser des formes tridimensionnelles en nappes tendues, telles que du mobilier (table basse, fauteuil, etc) ou des objets décoratifs (animaux polygonaux, colonnes, etc).
  • Le but de la présente invention est donc de proposer une alternative aux fausses-parois rétro-éclairées existantes et de proposer une fausse paroi rétro-éclairée par une pluralité de sources de lumière permettant non seulement de réaliser un chemin lumineux, un plafond tendu, une cloison murale, mais aussi des formes tridimensionnelles.
    • Résumé de l'invention
  • A cet égard, la présente invention concerne une fausse paroi rétro-éclairée par au moins une source de lumière et comportant au moins une nappe souple translucide tendue accrochée par ses bordures pourvues de moyens d'accrochage à un cadre, ledit cadre étant constitué par une lisse formée de profils aboutés et comprenant des organes de réception aptes à coopérer avec lesdits moyens d'accrochage pour maintenir ladite nappe souple translucide tendue, remarquable en ce que ladite au moins source de lumière est constituée par des diodes électroluminescentes intégrées à la lisse.
  • On comprend bien que cette fausse paroi rétro-éclairée est particulièrement simple à mettre en oeuvre, ne nécessitant plus l'installation supplémentaire de sources lumineuses qui sont intégrées aux lisses, et économique, du fait de la faible consommation électrique et de la longévité des diodes électroluminescentes.
  • D'autres avantages et caractéristiques ressortiront mieux de la description détaillée qui va suivre.
    • Description détaillée de l'invention
  • La fausse paroi est rétro-éclairée par au moins une source de lumière. Par rétro-éclairée, on entend dans le présent texte que au moins une source lumineuse est placée en arrière de ladite paroi, c'est-à-dire du coté de la face opposée à la face visible par des observateurs externes.
  • Cette fausse paroi est constituée d'au moins une nappe souple translucide tendue accrochée par ses bordures pourvues de moyens d'accrochage à un cadre, ledit cadre étant constitué par une lisse formée de profils aboutés et comprenant des organes de réception aptes à coopérer avec lesdits moyens d'accrochage pour maintenir ladite nappe souple translucide tendue.
  • Selon une caractéristique essentielle de l'invention, ladite au moins source de lumière est constituée par des diodes électroluminescentes intégrées à la lisse.
  • Selon l'invention, lesdites diodes électroluminescentes sont intégrées à au moins une face de la lisse orientée au moins en partie en regard de ladite nappe souple translucide.
  • Dans la mise en oeuvre de la présente invention, on pourra utiliser tous les types de diodes électroluminescentes disponibles, et ne pas se limiter à une couleur donnée.
  • Habituellement, les lisses mises en oeuvre pour réaliser des plafonds tendus comportent des logements longitudinaux débouchant sur leurs faces externes. Dans le cadre de la présente invention, on placera les diodes électroluminescentes dans lesdits logements.
  • L'invention permet ainsi d'obtenir des caissons lumineux, des faux-plafonds lumineux ou encore des fausses cloisons lumineuses dont le rétro-éclairage est périphérique.
  • Avantageusement, la fausse paroi selon l'invention peut être associée à d'autres sources lumineuses disposées de façon conventionnelle dans le plénum derrière ladite paroi : on obtient ainsi une grande variété possible d'ambiances lumineuses différentes, par basculement entre les sources lumineuses.
  • En outre, la toile de la fausse paroi peut être imprimée de motifs et rétro-éclairée à des fins esthétiques, décoratives et/ou publicitaires, sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.
    • Application industrielle
  • La fausse paroi rétro-éclairée conforme à l'invention sera notamment utilisée pour réaliser des faux-plafonds tendus lumineux, des cloisons murales lumineuses, des chemins lumineux, des caissons lumineux, des structures tridimensionnelles en fausses parois tendues, telles que du mobilier (table basse, fauteuil, etc) ou des objets décoratifs (animaux polygonaux, colonnes, etc).

Claims (4)

  1. Fausse paroi rétro-éclairée par au moins une source de lumière constituée par des diodes électroluminescentes, la fausse paroi étant constituée :
    d'un cadre et
    d'au moins une nappe souple translucide tendue accrochée par ses bordures pourvues de moyens d'accrochage audit cadre,
    ledit cadre étant constitué par une lisse formée de profils aboutés et comprenant des organes de réception aptes à coopérer avec lesdits moyens d'accrochage pour maintenir ladite nappe souple translucide tendue,
    lesdites diodes électroluminescentes étant intégrées à la lisse
    caractérisée en ce que les diodes sont intégrées à au moins une face extérieure de la lisse orientée au moins en partie en regard de ladite nappe souple translucide, dans un logement débouchant sur ladite face extérieure.
  2. Fauteuil caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une fausse paroi rétro-éclairée selon la revendication 1.
  3. Caisson lumineux caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une fausse paroi rétro-éclairée selon la revendication 1.
  4. Luminaire tridimensionnel réalisé en fausses parois tendues caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une fausse paroi rétro-éclairée la revendication 1.
