Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION (a) Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric, and more particularly, to a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric, which enables portable terminals such as smart phones, electronic pads, electronic tablets, and electronic notebooks to be used freely while one receives a haircut, perm, or other time consuming head grooming work done in a barbershop or hair salon.
  • (b) Description of the Related Art
  • Regardless of their gender and age, when people go to barbershops and hair salons to have their hair cut, get a perm, dye their hair, or be otherwise groomed, a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric is used to cover the body to prevent hair from getting into clothing, or hair coloring, perming agents, and other chemical products from getting on the body or clothing.
  • However, not only does it take a minimum of 20 minutes or so to get a haircut, a longer time is needed for other forms of head grooming, during which a cut fabric must be worn.
  • Particularly, a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric is easily prone to being sullied or stained, and thus is mostly made of an opaque synthetic resin or fabric, and even if a portable terminal or the like is held in the hand of a patron, the problem arises that an arm must be extended outside the cut fabric in order to use the device.
  • To solve this problem, a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric provided with a transparent window has recently been proposed, but the transparent window of such a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric is not only not available at a predetermined position for a subject to be able to use a portable terminal while sitting and receiving a haircut, etc., but the transparent window is formed on a flexible material of a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric and thus cannot retain a predetermined shape, so that after the barbershop/hair salon fabric is wrapped around the body, there is the problem that the patron must search for the transparent window.
  • Further, a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric requires frequent washing to meet public health requirements, but when a transparent window is attached thereto, the transparent window can damage a washing machine, which presents the problem of washing not being easy, as the transparent window must be hand washed.
  • In addition, because a hair dressing subject cannot use a portable terminal or the like while receiving hair dressing, there is particularly the problem that the subject must use the portable terminal when receiving an urgent phone call, etc.
  • Moreover, in order to use a portable terminal during time waiting alone during the course of receiving hair dressing, such as during dyeing time, neutralization time, etc., if a patron excessively leans the head, hair coloring or other chemical products may drip down, and there is the problem that the portable terminal cannot always be supported at a height at which the screen is anatomically comfortable to use.
  • The above information disclosed in this Background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the invention and therefore it may contain information that does not form the prior art that is already known in this country to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention has been made in an effort to provide a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric having advantages of being able to receive a transparent window attachable and detachable on a portion of the front thereof, where the transparent window may be supported at a predetermined height so that a portable terminal may be used in an anatomically convenient posture without impeding a hair dressing process, and of being easy to wash, regardless of the material of the transparent window because the transparent window is detachable. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric, including: a panel member formed of a fabric or synthetic resin, and defining a wearing hole in a rear end thereof in which a head of a patron is received; and a transparent window member detachably coupled by means of a frame member to the panel member such that a portable terminal is viewable at a front of the wearing hole of the panel member at a center. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a transparent window detachably provided on the barbershop/hair salon cut fabric may be used in order to use the portable terminal during a hair dressing process.
  • According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the portable terminal may be installed on a mount of the transparent window detachably provided on the barbershop/hair salon cut fabric in order to dispose the screen of the portable terminal at an anatomically comfortable position for a barbershop/hair salon patron so that the portable terminal may be used without impeding a hair dressing process.
  • According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the transparent window provided detachably on the barbershop/hair salon cut fabric may be used, so that the transparent window may be separated and washing may be performed, regardless of the material of the transparent window, in order for washing to be easy and so that a barbershop/hair salon cut fabric that is clean may always be provided.
