In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, therefore, a one-piece boot construction has been used in the past, in which only a shoe was provided, which immediately enclosed the foot of a user. This one-piece boot construction has numerous advantages including, for example, a reduced sole length, easier handling of the boot and, in the case of a ski or snowboard boot, a more direct board feel. However, an important disadvantage of this one-piece boat construction is that the boot is very soft compared to a "normal" boot with an aforementioned innerboot outer shoe construction, especially in the "flex", i.e., the "boot". especially in the heel-ankle-shin area, which results in a high mobility in the shoe and a concomitant poor guidance of a ski or snowboard.

The object of the invention is to solve the aforementioned problems while maintaining a one-piece boot construction and to provide a boot available, which in addition to an easy handling comfortably on the foot and calf / fibula of a user rests and the user a good fixation, a tunable hardness and thus optimal guidance, especially for a ski or snowboard offers.

It should be noted that the hardness of the boot, or its "flex" is adjustable by means of the shell tongue, which optionally has reinforcements and, moreover, according to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is detachably and replaceably attached to the shell.
