Description

The invention relates to a boot, in particular ski or snowboard boots according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Boots, and in particular ski and snowboard boots have long been known and usually consist of an outer and an inner shoe, wherein a foot of a user is arranged in the inner shoe and enclosed by this, while the inner shoe in turn in the outer shoe, which usually represents a stabilizing sheath for the inner shoe, is arranged, wherein the inner shoe is completely surrounded for the most part by the outer shoe. EP 0 839 464 A1 discloses such a boot.

Such boots have numerous drawbacks, which consist on the one hand in the high weight of this interior / exterior shoe construction. In addition, it is often necessary that both the inner and the outer shoe separately laced and must be opened to leave the shoe. Incidentally, there is always a risk that accumulates moisture between inner and outer shoe in a boot of the aforementioned construction, so that the inner shoe must be removed from the outer shoe to allow drying, which in turn requires a lot of space, as well as the outer shoes of course also the inner shoes need footprint.

In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, therefore, a one-piece boot construction has been used in the past, in which only a shoe was provided, which immediately enclosed the foot of a user. This one-piece boot construction has numerous advantages including, for example, a reduced sole length, easier handling of the boot and, in the case of a ski or snowboard boot, a more direct board feel. However, an important disadvantage of this one-piece boat construction is that the boot is very soft compared to a "normal" boot with an aforementioned innerboot outer shoe construction, especially in the "flex", i.e., the "boot". especially in the heel-ankle-shin area, which results in a high mobility in the shoe and a concomitant poor guidance of a ski or snowboard.

The object of the invention is to solve the aforementioned problems while maintaining a one-piece boot construction and to provide a boot available, which in addition to an easy handling comfortably on the foot and calf / fibula of a user rests and the user a good fixation, a tunable hardness and thus optimal guidance, especially for a ski or snowboard offers.

This object is achieved by a boot, in particular ski or snowboard boot according to claim 1.

In particular, the object is achieved by a boot, in particular ski or snowboard boots, comprising a shell which encloses a foot and at least part of a user's lower leg, and a shell tongue attached to the shell and a sock-like lining with tongue the sock-like lining is arranged in the shell and extends over a proportion of 20% to 80% of a height of the shell, preferably up to about half the height of the shell, while the tongue exceeds a proportion of 80% to 130% the height of the shell, preferably up to about 110% of the total height of the shell.

An essential point of the invention is that the boot comprises a shell, which is equipped with a sock-like lining, which does not extend over the entire height of the boot, respectively the shell, but only over a proportion of 20% to 80%, so that the foot of a user is substantially completely, ie at least to the ankle area of the sock-like lining is enclosed and thus finds an optimized grip in the boot, while the tongue attached to the sock-like liner extends over substantially the entire height of the boot, or shell, and in this way the forefoot of a user having a lower portion of the shell tongue and the instep with a central portion of the shell tongue and the tibia of a user supported in an optimized manner with the upper portion of the shell tongue and fixed in this way in the boot according to the invention. In this way, the foot of a user, especially in the heel area, which is particularly important for a stable fixation of a user's foot in a boot, finds an optimized grip while, depending on the height of the sock-like lining of the user's ankle and lower leg area, a great mobility while having optimized comfort and fit. The tongue, which extends beyond the sock-like lining out in the direction of the boot shaft, at the same time ensures in accordance with the invention advantageously that the "flex" of the shoe depending on the desired application can be kept relatively hard and yet comfortable, so that an optimized ski - or snowboard guide is guaranteed. It should be noted that the hardness of the boot, or its "flex" is adjustable by means of the shell tongue, which optionally has reinforcements and, moreover, according to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is detachably and replaceably attached to the shell.

In this way, by changing the shell tongue not only the hardness or the "flex" of the boot can be varied, but also the scope of the boot, as this can be optimized with a harder tongue, for example, for normal skiing or snowboarding, while a even harder tongue is suitable to adapt the boot according to the invention to applications that require even more precise guidance, for example in a trick ski, the boot by replacing a hard by a soft to very soft tongue as a comfortable boots, for example to go for a walk , suitable is.

According to a further particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the sock-like lining is firmly connected to the shell and glued in particular with this, so that an ingress of moisture between shell and food is not possible. Moreover, the handling of the shoe is facilitated by this inventive solid compound of the sock-like lining with the shell, as it is ensured that the sock-like lining is always arranged correctly and snugly in the boot when putting on or taking off the boot according to the invention.

Another important point of the invention is also that at least part of the tongue, namely that part whose height exceeds the height of the sock-like lining, is independent of the shell tongue movable, that is not connected to the shell tongue or glued. In this way, it is thus ensured on the one hand that the shell tongue is easily interchangeable according to the above statements. Furthermore, the independent mobility of the tongue and the shell tongue an even easier entry and exit into and out of the boot according to the invention allows because the harder shell tongue can be folded far forward, while the soft and flexible tongue, which socks on the socks Attached lining, for example, sewn or integrally formed with this, individually moved and can be applied to the foot, respectively the tibia.

It should also be noted that the tongue according to another embodiment of the invention has a greater height and width dimension than the shell tongue, so that the tongue of a user's leg completely covers the outer shell tongue and ensures comfortable wearing.

Moreover, the sock-like lining is seamless, which also improves the comfort of the boot according to the invention again.

Furthermore, the sock-like lining preferably has a substantially waterproof membrane, for example a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE or Teflon) water-impermeable but open to vapor diffusion membrane. By this inventively usable membrane boot of the invention can be made waterproof.

Further embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.

Hierbei zeigen:

The invention will be described with reference to an embodiment which is explained in more detail with reference to the figures. Hereby show:
Fig. 1
a schematic representation of a boot according to the invention; and
Fig. 2
the components of the boot according to the invention in an individual representation.

In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the same and like parts.

Fig. 1 shows a boot 10 according to the invention, which has a shell 20, in which a sock-like lining 1 is inserted. The sock-like lining extends over the substantially half height of the boot 10 or the shell 20. In addition, the sock-like lining 1 has a tongue 30 which extends beyond the height of the sock-like lining to about 110% of the boot height , The boot 10 according to Fig. 1 is shown in the closed state, in which a shell tongue 2 bears against the tongue 30, it being well recognized that the height and width dimensions of the tongue 30 are greater than those of the shell tongue 2, so that the leg of a user in a closed boot only with the tongue 30, but not with the shell tongue 2 comes into contact, which ensures a high level of comfort, even with a hard shell tongue.

Fig. 2 shows the essential components of the boot according to the invention in an individual view, wherein a sock-like lining 1 has a tongue 30. In the finished state of the boot this sock-like lining 1 is firmly bonded to the shell 20. In addition, shows Fig. 2 a shell tongue, which is inventively detachable from the shell and also interchangeable if desired.

Thus, the gist of the invention can be summarized as follows. In the double-tongue construction boot of the present invention, a sock-like liner having an integral tongue is adhered to the shell. Characterized the manhole is closed by the sock-like liner construction and forms an inner tongue, which extends substantially to the shaft end of the boot according to the invention. This tongue is substantially completely obscured by a fixed to the shell outer tongue, namely the aforementioned shell tongue.

  1. 1. eine bessere Performance durch eine härtere und variable Abstimmung der Schalenzunge;
This results in addition to other, in particular the following three decisive advantages for the boot construction according to the invention:
  1. 1. a better performance due to a harder and variable tuning of the shell tongue;
  2. 2. a better comfort and an optimized fit through the inner tongue / sock construction; and
  3. 3. the possibility of a waterproof bootie construction, wherein the sock-like liner, ie the sock-like insert is designed waterproof.

The comfort and fit are significantly improved compared to the normal one-piece boot construction by the seamless sock construction that encloses the foot. In addition, the inner tongue and sock construction completely conceals the outer tongue. This decisive improvement in comfort can increase the boat's hardness over the outer tongue. As a result, the performance of classified as very soft one-piece boot construction can be significantly improved. That is, the construction allows the one-piece boot construction to perform the same as a normal, e.g. Outer shell / inner shell boot construction reached. In addition, the boot can be waterproofed by the sock construction using a membrane.

It should be noted at this point that all parts described above taken alone and in any combination, in particular the details shown in the drawings, are claimed as essential to the invention. Variations thereof are familiar to the person skilled in the art.
