Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Falten eines Umschlags von Kunststofffolie zum Herstellen von Beuteln (1) mit Bandverschluss, wobei die Kunststofffolie in der Form einer Halbröhrenfolie (40) zugeführt wird, die durch zwei überlagerte Bänder (41, 41'), welche entlang einer Längsseite miteinander verbunden sind, geformt ist, und zwei geformte Plattenbahnen (60, 60') vorsieht, die zwischen den zwei Bändern (41, 41') der Kunststofffolie (40) eingeführt werden und mit Mitteln (51, 53; 51', 53') zum Formen einer ersten Faltung des Umschlags eines Bands (41) und einer zweiten Faltung des Umschlags des anderen Bands (41') der Folie (40) zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattenbahnen (60, 61') in Abfolge entlang des Vorwärtsbewegungswegs der Folie angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattenbahnen (60, 60') eine sehr offene V-Form und abnehmende Breite an einer ersten Verzweigung (62, 62') des V, beginnend an der Folieneintrittsbasis zum Scheitelpunkt (V) der V-förmigen Plattenbahn, und eine konstante Breite an der zweiten Verzeigung des V, beginnend am Scheitelpunkt zur Filmaustrittsbasis, aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Verzweigungen (62, 63, 62', 63') der V-förmigen Plattenbahn (60, 60') geringfügig schräg verlaufen, sodass die Vorsprünge der Vorder- und Hinterkanten der V-förmigen Plattenbahn in einer Seitenansicht einen Zacken oder Pfeil (F) formen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, wobei der Winkel am Scheitelpunkt α der V-förmigen Plattenbahn (60, 60') ungefähr 145 bis 165°, vorzugsweise 156,21°, beträgt, die Länge des Pfeils (F) ungefähr 30 mm beträgt und der Unterschied in der Breite zwischen den Basen der Plattenbahn (60, 60') für den Eintritt und Austritt der Folie ungefähr 60 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Walze (51, 51') zum Begleiten der Folie (40) mit der Plattenbahn (60, 60') zusammenwirkt, wobei die Walze extern bezüglich der Folie am Scheitelpunkt der V-förmigen Plattenbahn, wo sie einen konischen Teilabschnitt (52, 52') aufweist, angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Führungsplatte (53, 53') mit der Plattenbahn (60, 60') zusammenwirkt, wobei die Führungsplatte zum Unterstützen beim Falten des jeweiligen Umschlags zwischen den Bändern (41, 41') der Folie (40) eingeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Druckwalze mit gekippter Achse (54, 54') vorsieht, die extern auf das Band von Kunststofffolie (41, 41') gegen den Austrittsendteilabschnitt der Plattenbahn (60, 60') einwirkt, um die Folie auszubreiten und die Formung von Kniffen im Faltbereich zu vermeiden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Plattenbahn (60, 60') auf der geraden Seite am Scheitelpunkt (V) einen gekrümmten Schnitt aufweist, der zum Vermeiden einer Stufe in dem der Walze (51, 51') benachbarten Bereich geeignet ist.
- Verfahren zum Falten des Umschlags der Kunststofffolie während des Formens von Beuteln mit Bandverschluss, wobei die Folie in der Form einer Halbröhrenfolie zugeführt wird, welche aus zwei überlagerten Bändern (41, 41') gebildet ist, die entlang einer Längsseite miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in Abfolge ein erstes Falten des Umschlags eines Bands (41) mithilfe einer geformten Plattenbahn (60), die zwischen die zwei Bänder eingeführt wird, und ein zweites Falten des anderen Bands (41') mithilfe einer zweiten geformten Plattenbahn (60') vorsieht.
