To move the container 10 to the dispensing or open position, the tab member 544 is moved laterally such that the extension portions 545 are not in alignment with the projecting members 504 such that the projecting members 504 can be deflected inwardly and out of engagement with the slots 508 and the tab portions 506.

Claims (15)

  1. Récipient de distribution (10) comprenant :
    un corps de boîtier externe (100) ayant une cavité (102) à l'intérieur de ce dernier, le corps de boîtier externe (100) ayant des première et seconde parties (106, 104) configurées, en coopération, de sorte que le corps de boîtier externe (100) peut se déplacer entre une position fermée et verrouillée et une position de distribution ;
    un plateau de distribution (200) disposé à l'intérieur de la cavité (102) du corps de boîtier externe (100) et ayant une partie périphérique externe (208), le plateau de distribution (200) comprenant un compartiment de stockage interne (202) adapté pour stocker une pluralité d'unités (300) d'un produit à distribuer, le plateau de distribution (200) ayant une partie de couvercle (250) définissant au moins une ouverture de distribution (214) à travers laquelle une unité stockée (300) de produit est accessible lorsque le corps de boîtier externe (100) est dans la position de distribution ;
    un élément de scellement (400) mis en prise de manière opérationnelle avec l'un parmi le corps de boîtier externe (100) et le plateau de distribution (200), l'élément de scellement (400) étant configuré pour interagir avec l'autre parmi le corps de boîtier externe (100) et le plateau de distribution (200) afin de former un joint hermétique autour de la partie périphérique externe (208) du plateau de distribution (200) lorsque le corps de boîtier externe (100) est dans la position fermée et verrouillée ; et
    un mécanisme de verrouillage (500) mis en prise de manière opérationnelle avec le corps de boîtier externe (100) et configuré pour verrouiller de manière amovible le corps de boîtier externe (100) dans la position fermée et verrouillée.
  2. Récipient de distribution (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le produit est choisi dans le groupe comprenant des produits pharmaceutiques, des produits à fumer, des produits de tabac sans fumée, des produits d'en-cas, et des produits de confiserie.
  3. Récipient de distribution (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le produit est choisi dans le groupe comprend les produits pharmaceutiques, les bonbons, les bonbons à la menthe et les chewing-gums.
  4. Récipient de distribution (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les première et seconde parties (106, 104) du corps de boîtier externe (100) sont couplées de manière articulée afin de faciliter le mouvement entre la position fermée et verrouillée et la position de distribution.
  5. Récipient de distribution (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'ouverture de distribution (214) est dimensionnée pour le passage d'une seule unité (300) du produit.

Récipient de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le mécanisme de verrouillage (500) comprend au moins une saillie (504) faisant saillie à partir de la première partie (106) du corps de boîtier externe (100) et positionnée de manière adjacente à un rabat mobile (502) formé dans la première partie (106) du corps de boîtier externe (100) et au moins une ouverture (508) définie par la seconde partie (104) du corps de boîtier externe (100) et positionnée de manière opérationnelle pour mettre en prise la au moins une saillie (504) lorsque le corps de boîtier externe (100) est dans la position fermée et verrouillée, de sorte que l'enfoncement du rabat (502) effectue la séparation de la au moins une saillie (504) de la au moins une ouverture (508) et permet la séparation des première et seconde parties (106, 104) du corps de boîtier externe (100).
  7. Récipient de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le plateau de distribution (200) est installé à l'intérieur de la seconde partie (104) du corps de boîtier externe (100), et la première partie (106) du corps de boîtier externe (100) comprend une partie sensiblement plane et au moins une partie de paroi (120) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à cette dernière et ayant une surface interne, la au moins une partie de paroi (120) ayant une crête s'étendant longitudinalement, formée de manière solidaire avec cette dernière autour de la surface interne afin de former l'élément de scellement (400), dans lequel la crête s'étendant longitudinalement est configurée pour interagir de manière hermétique avec la partie périphérique externe (208) du plateau de distribution (200) lorsque le corps de boîtier externe (100) est dans la position verrouillée et fermée.
  8. Récipient de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'élément de scellement (400) est configuré pour former un ajustement avec serrage entre le corps de boîtier externe (100) et le plateau de distribution (200) lorsque le corps de boîtier externe (100) est dans la position verrouillée et fermée.
  9. Récipient de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le plateau de distribution (200) comprend au moins une partie de paroi (218) définissant une voie de passage de distribution configurée pour diriger le produit vers l'ouverture de distribution (214).
  10. Récipient de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le plateau de distribution (200) définit une partie évidée en alignement axial avec la au moins une ouverture de distribution (214).
  11. Récipient de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'élément de scellement (400) comprend une structure de nervure qui s'étend à partir d'une paroi intérieure (120) du corps de boîtier externe (100) vers la cavité (102).
  12. Procédé pour distribuer un produit du récipient (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    prévoir le récipient (10) dans une position fermée et verrouillée ;
    libérer le mécanisme de verrouillage (500) afin d'effectuer la séparation des première et seconde parties (106, 104) du corps de boîtier externe (100) vers la position de distribution ; et
    retirer au moins une unité (300) du produit du compartiment de stockage interne (202).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel l'étape consistant à libérer le mécanisme de verrouillage (500) comprend en outre l'étape consistant à enfoncer un rabat mobile (502) formé dans la première partie (106) du corps de boîtier externe (100) de sorte que l'étape consistant à enfoncer le rabat (502) effectue la séparation d'au moins une saillie (504) de la au moins une ouverture (508) pour permettre la séparation des première et seconde parties (106, 104) du corps de boîtier externe (100), la au moins une saillie (504) faisant saillie de la première partie (106) du corps de boîtier externe (100) et positionnée de manière adjacente au rabat mobile (502) formé dans la première partie (106) du corps de boîtier externe (100), et la au moins une ouverture (508) définie par la seconde partie (104) du corps de boîtier externe (100) et positionnée de manière opérationnelle pour mettre en prise la au moins une saillie (504) lorsque le corps de boîtier externe (100) est dans la position fermée et verrouillée.
  14. Procédé pour réaliser l'étanchéité d'un produit dans le récipient (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    prévoir le récipient (10) dans une position de distribution ; et
    mettre en prise le mécanisme de verrouillage (500) de sorte que les première et seconde parties (106, 104) du corps de boîtier externe (100) entourent le plateau de distribution (200) et l'élément de scellement (400) met en prise de manière hermétique l'autre parmi le corps de boîtier externe (100) et le plateau de distribution (200).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l'étape consistant à mettre en prise le mécanisme de verrouillage (500) comprend en outre l'étape consistant à mettre en prise le mécanisme de verrouillage (500) de sorte qu'une crête s'étendant longitudinalement de la première partie (106) du corps de boîtier externe (100) est configurée pour interagir de manière étanche avec la partie périphérique (208) du plateau de distribution (200) lorsque le corps de boîtier externe (100) est dans la position verrouillée et fermée, le plateau de distribution (200) étant installé à l'intérieur de la seconde partie (104) du corps de boîtier externe (100), la première partie (106) du corps de boîtier externe (100) comprenant une partie sensiblement plane et au moins une partie de paroi (120) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à cette dernière et ayant une surface externe, la au moins une partie de paroi (120) ayant la crête s'étendant longitudinalement, formée de manière solidaire avec cette dernière autour de la surface interne afin de former l'élément de scellement (400).
