When used to support multiple mobile network providers, advantageously, the social messaging hub 100 is configurable for each provider.

It is understood that the various server functions of the social messaging hub lOOcould be run on a single computer or multiple computers, storage could be provided by individual storage media or a storage area network.

This is due partly to cost, partly business contracts (lack of contracts between Twitter and mobile carriers) and technology limitations.

Additionally locator/tracking features by name are enabled by contact information.

Abstract
