If ribs 24 are present, this would be the distance between the lower edge of the skirt 25 and the ribs 24.
  • the skirt 25 may as shown locally have an integral dependent portion having a lower edge 27 running below the level of the edge 23 of the rest of the skirt 25 to allow for an adult person to insert his fingers even deeper behind the skirt 25 before his finger tips meet the ribs 24 in the space 30 whereby he is able to hold even more firmly onto the skirt with his index finger and his thumb, as shown in fig. 2 , to lift and pull out the package 1 from the stack through the movement illustrated by the arrow in fig. 3 .
  • the lower edge 27 of the dependent portion of the skirt may follow a smooth curve, as shown, and the dependent portion preferably runs in the same plane as the rest of the skirt 25.
  • the retracted wall part 22' may be located at one corner of the container body 20 only, or between two corners at the same side wall par; when the packages 1 are stacked the bottom portion 29 will slide sideways on ramps 13, a gripping portion 26 preferably being located above bottom portion 29, as shown in fig. 3 .
  • Fig. 5 shows by dashed lines the above mentioned alternative configuration of the ramp 13 when having a curved shaped, and of the wall 18 when being angled, and also of the portion 29 of the bottom face 28 when having a curved shape. As shown, no upstanding edges stop the package when sliding it off the stack, as shown in fig. 3 .

Claims (14)

  1. Emballage (1) comprenant un couvercle (10) et un corps de récipient (20) ayant une face inférieure (28) et une face latérale périphérique (22) avec une jupe périphérique (25) ayant un bord inférieur (23), ledit couvercle (10) ayant :
    - des parois périphériques opposées droites (11, 11') définissant une rainure périphérique recevant le bord supérieur de ladite paroi latérale périphérique (22), une paroi périphérique supérieure (18) pontant lesdites deux parois (11, 11'),
    - une partie centrale (12) entourée par lesdites deux parois (11, 11') et caractérisé par :
    - au moins une nervure droite (13) aménagée le long de l'une desdites parois (11') et de manière contiguë avec celle-ci ;
    ladite nervure définissant une rampe (13) ayant une surface supérieure (14) définissant une face lisse s'étendant entre ladite partie centrale (12) et ladite paroi supérieure (18), la surface supérieure de ladite paroi (18) définissant une continuation de ladite surface supérieure (14) de ladite rampe (13) sans qu'un bord dressé quelconque ne restreigne un mouvement de coulissement latéral partant dudit couvercle (10) d'un corps de récipient identique (20) placé sur ledit couvercle (10).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, ladite surface supérieure de ladite paroi (18) étant sensiblement horizontale et sensiblement parallèle à ladite partie centrale (12).
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, une pluralité desdites rampes (13) étant aménagées en relation espacée entièrement le long de ladite une desdites parois (11') entourant la partie centrale (12) ou le long de segments opposés de la paroi (11') uniquement.
  4. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, une partie (29) le long d'une partie de paroi latérale de ladite face inférieure (28) étant incurvée ou faisant un angle avec ladite partie de paroi latérale (22'), de préférence le long de deux ou quatre parties de paroi latérales opposées (22').
  5. Emballage selon la revendication précédente, ladite surface supérieure (14) étant plate ou ayant une forme légèrement incurvée correspondant à la forme de ladite partie (29) de la face inférieure (28) du corps de récipient (20) ou ayant une forme complémentaire de celle de ladite partie (29).
  6. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, un espace (30) étant compris entre l'intérieur de ladite jupe (25) et l'extérieur de ladite paroi latérale (22), ladite paroi latérale (22) ayant une partie de paroi latérale rétractée (22') s'étendant en continu de ladite face inférieure (28) et dans ledit espace (30) pour élargir localement ledit espace (30) afin de définir une partie de préhension (26).
  7. Emballage selon la revendication précédente, la génératrice de ladite paroi latérale (22) suivant une ligne droite.
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, ladite partie de préhension (26) permettant à une personne d'insérer au moins un doigt dans ledit espace (30) au niveau de ladite partie de préhension (26) d'au moins 15 mm, de préférence d'au moins 25 mm, mesurés dudit bord inférieur (23) vers ladite paroi périphérique (18).
  9. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, ladite jupe (25) ayant sur ladite partie de paroi latérale rétractée (22') une partie pendante ayant un bord inférieur (27) s'étendant en dessous du niveau dudit bord (23) de la jupe restante (25).
  10. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, ladite jupe périphérique (25) étant jointe à ladite paroi de corps de récipient (22) au moyen de nervures (24).
  11. Emballage selon la revendication précédente, ladite jupe (25) ayant sur ladite partie de paroi rétractée une partie pendante ayant un bord inférieur (27) s'étendant en dessous du niveau dudit bord (23) de la jupe restante (25), l'extension vers le bas de ladite partie dépendante permettant à une personne d'insérer ses doigts (H) de manière relativement profonde derrière la jupe (25) avant que les pointes de ses doigts ne rencontrent lesdites nervures (24).
  12. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11, ledit espace élargi (30) ayant une largeur d'au moins 15 mm ou d'au moins 18 mm ou d'au moins 25 mm au niveau de ladite partie de préhension.
  13. Emballage (1) comprenant un couvercle (10), un corps de récipient (20) ayant une face inférieure (28) et une paroi latérale périphérique (22) avec une jupe périphérique (25) ayant un bord inférieur (23), un espace (30) s'étendant entre l'intérieur de la jupe (25) et l'extérieur de ladite paroi latérale (22), ledit couvercle (10) ayant :
    - des parois périphériques opposées droites (11, 11') définissant une rainure périphérique recevant le bord supérieur de ladite paroi latérale périphérique (22), une paroi périphérique supérieure (18) pontant lesdites deux parois (11, 11'),
    - une partie centrale (12) et caractérisée par :
    - au moins une nervure droite (13) aménagée le long de l'une desdites parois (11') et de manière contiguë avec celle-ci ;
    une partie (29) de ladite face inférieure (28) étant incurvée ou faisant un angle avec une partie de paroi latérale adjacente (22'), de préférence le long de deux ou quatre parties de paroi latérales opposées (22').
  14. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ladite jupe périphérique (25) définissant un contour sensiblement rectangulaire, notamment carré, lorsqu'on l'observe du dessus, dudit emballage (1).
