Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Plattenwärmetauscher (1) mit einer Deckplatte (2), einer Grundplatte (3) und dazwischen stapelartig angeordneten Wärmetauscherplatten (4), die über Ränder (5) umlaufend fluiddicht miteinander verlötet sind, wobei der Plattenwärmetauscher (1) über die Grundplatte (3) mit einem weiteren Bauteil, beispielsweise einem Verbrennungsmotor, verbindbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist dabei vorgesehen, dass die Grundplatte (3) aus zumindest zwei miteinander verbundenen Platten (6,7) aufgebaut ist. Hierdurch kann eine leichte, Material sparende und zugleich hinsichtlich ihrer Festigkeit gesteigerte Grundplatte (3) geschaffen werden.
