Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Behandeln eines Stahlprodukts, insbesondere eines Walzprodukts, nach einem Warmumformprozess, insbesondere zur Verbesserung der Streckgrenze und der Zugfestigkeit. Um zu erreichen, dass bei dem Stahlprodukt insbesondere eine verbesserte Streckgrenze und eine verbesserte Zugfestigkeit realisiert werden kann, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass nach der Warmumformung das Stahlprodukt mit hoher Abkühlgeschwindigkeit, insbesondere mittels Wasserkühlung, abgekühlt wird, und dass nach der Abkühlung das Stahlprodukt einer Wärmebehandlung "Glühen auf kugelige Karbide" unterzogen wird.The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for treating a steel product, in particular a rolled product, after a hot forming process, in particular for improving the yield strength and the tensile strength.
