Abstract

Ein Pneumatikzylinder mit einem Zylindergehäuse und einem Zylinderkolben der jeweils über wechselweise als Druckleitung und Entlüftungsleitung wirkende Anschlussleitung mit einem Arbeitsdruck beaufschlagt ist und auf seiner jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seite die mit einem geringeren Entlüftungsdruck anstehende Luft verdrängt, wobei an zumindest einem Ende des Zylinderkolbenweges eine Dämpfungsanordnung mit einem Dämpfungsraum angeordnet ist, welcher zur Endlagendämpfung des Zylinderkolbens über einen Entlüftungsweg mit einem darin eingeschalteten Steuerventil gesteuert entlüftet wird, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerraum (25) des Steuerventils (21) mittels einer Leitungsverbindung (30; 50, 45) mit einem unter Entlüftungsdruck stehenden Bereich der Dämpfungsanordnung verbunden und in die Leitungsverbindung (30; 50, 45) eine Schließanordnung (26) mit einem gesteuerten Schließelement (28) eingeschaltet ist, mittels dessen der im Steuerraum (25) des Steuerventils (21) bei dem durch einen Druckanstieg im Dämpfungsraum (20) charakterisierten Dämpfungsbeginn jeweils aktuell anstehende Entlüftungsdruck im Steuerraum (25) einschließbar ist und als dergestalt fixierter Steuerdruck auf den Steuerkolben (23) des Steuerventils (21) wirkt und den Öffnugszeitpunkt des Steuerventils (21) zur Freigabe des Entlüftungsweges festlegt.
