Abstract
Description
The invention describes a method and a device for the simple and autonomous generation of daily-dependent, modulated time signals.
There are almost no areas of life today where time or time signals are not needed. Without time, today's economy and society could not exist. Time and time signals are a major achievement of our civilization.
Due to the increasing automation in everyday life processes as well as the emergence of intelligent devices in the household sector, it is necessary that such devices have a reliable time function. The present invention describes a method and a device for the reliable and autonomous generation of daily-dependent, modulated time signals without the usual use of real-time clock chips, which proves to be a great advantage in a practical sense.
The present invention will be described by way of example with respect to a blind control, the fields of use being almost unlimited. These include, to mention only a few obvious applications, gate and access controls, irrigation controls, lighting and advertising controls, animal feed automation controls, etc.
Very different devices and methods for generating time and time signals are known from the prior art . On the market there are more or less standardized products with different time and date functions, which can be calibrated and adjusted either via radio or real-time clocks via display and keyboard.
A disadvantage of all of these known from the prior art devices and methods in particular the necessary keyboard and the associated display and the resulting size of the device so that a reasonably satisfactory ease of use can be ensured on the one hand and on the other hand, the associated energy consumption. A disadvantage of the known devices and methods is the price, the size and the limited robustness.
RTC, real time chips) eingesetzt, was in vielen Fällen sich als nachteilig erweist.Common to all known timers is that they have a keyboard and a display for directing the time or for determining a set time. Real-time clock chips (so-called RTC, real-time chips) are regularly used as time-determining components, which proves disadvantageous in many cases.
If the calibration is carried out exclusively via normalized radio waves, this necessarily requires the presence of such radio waves, which is not guaranteed everywhere.
For devices which must be operated in a small space and / or in an aggressive environment and / or with a limited power supply, the conventional products are not suitable.
The object of the present invention is to describe a method and a device with which daily-dependent time signals can be generated inexpensively and energy-efficiently autonomously in the smallest space without the above-mentioned disadvantages.
The device according to the invention should be able to be ergonomically and design-well integrated both in conventional light switches and in other conventional devices.
This object is achieved by a device and a method according to the independent patent claims.
Ähnliche Gegebenheiten herrschen in vielen anderen Anwendungsgebieten. The task is solved on the one hand by the practical knowledge that even in intelligent and complex systems, for example in the home, it often does not depend on seconds or fractions of a second, date and year. As a rule, it is crucial that many activities and activities are determined according to a specific daily rhythm. For example, a windowstore should be lifted tomorrow at 6.30 and lowered at 22.00. For example, this rhythm should apply Mondays to Fridays. For Saturday and Sunday, other times apply accordingly. Similar conditions prevail in many other fields of application. In other words, the devices available on the market today are regular superfluous functions, which has a negative impact on user-friendliness and price. The devices and methods known from the prior art are too large and also more expensive for a large number of applications.
The above findings have been technically implemented in the present invention by dispensing with most of the functions in the commercial timers. Underlying the present invention is that it manages without a display and without a real-time clock chip. Nevertheless, judging the time as well as the determination of target times is possible at any time with sufficient accuracy.
Basic element of the present invention is in the preferred embodiment, a standardized
In a preferred embodiment, in a blind control by means of a further button (not shown), the respective slat position of the store can be specified. For further possible applications of the device according to the invention, the respective power, speed etc. can thus be defined.
