Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mischsystem (1) für einen modulierenden Brenner (2), ferner einen Drallkörper für das Mischsystem. Das Mischsystem (1) umfasst ein Druckzerstäubersystem (3) zur Zerstäubung von flüssigem Brennstoff mittels Druckluft in einer Zuführrichtung (z) in einen Verbrennungsraum (V) hinein. Das Druckzerstäubersystem (3) weist eine Brennstoffdüse (4) mit endseitigem Brennstoffausgangsbereich (5) zur Einspritzung des Brennstoffes in den Verbrennungsraum (V) hinein und eine Druckluftzuleitung mit endseitigem Luftausgangsbereich (7) zur Zuführung der Druckluft und Zerstäubung des Brennstoffes mit Einspritzung desselben in den Verbrennungsraum (V) hinein auf. Der Luftausgangsbereich (7) umfasst bezüglich der Zuführrichtung (z) radial außen zur Brennstoffdüse (4) Luftleitkanäle (12) mit Drallseitenflächen (11). Die Luftleitkanäle (12) werden radial innen von einem Aufnahmeraum (15) für die Brennstoffdüse (4) begrenzt werden, dessen radiale Außenkontur zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme zumindest des endseitigen Brennstoffausgangsbereiches (5) der Brennstoffdüse (4) ausgelegt ist.

The Druckzerstäubersystem (3) has a fuel nozzle (4) with end-side fuel outlet area (5) for injection of the fuel into the combustion chamber (V) and a compressed air supply end end air outlet area (7) for supplying the compressed air and atomization of the fuel with injection of the same in the Combustion chamber (V) inside. With respect to the feed direction (z), the air outlet region (7) comprises air guide channels (12) with twist side surfaces (11) radially outside the fuel nozzle (4). The air ducts (12) are radially inwardly of a receiving space (15) for the fuel nozzle (4) to be limited, the radial outer contour for positive reception of at least the end fuel outlet region (5) of the fuel nozzle (4) is designed.
