Claims (15)

  1. Werkzeug für Oberflächenbehandlung mit optischer Qualität, umfassend: eine Basis (130; 130'), die einen flexiblen Bund (131; 131') und eine starre Stütze (104 ; 104') umfasst, die von dem Bund (131 ; 131') umgeben ist, der in Blätter (134; 134') unterteilt ist, wobei die starre Stütze (104; 104') eine Querendfläche (113; 113') aufweist, eine elastische zusammendrückbare Schnittstelle (105), die an der Basis (130; 130') befestigt ist und einen so genannten mittleren Teil, der sich im rechten Winkel zu der Endfläche (113; 113') der starren Stütze (104; 104') befindet, und einen so genannten Umfangsteil umfasst, der sich quer über der Endfläche (113; 113') der starren Stütze (104; 104') befindet, wobei die elastisch zusammendrückbare Schnittstelle (105) an einer Endfläche (132; 132') des Bunds anliegt und diese abdeckt, die sich auf derselben Seite wie die Endfläche (113; 113') der starren Stütze (104; 104') befindet, ein flexibles Kissen (106), das geeignet ist, an eine zu bearbeitende Oberfläche angelegt zu werden, gegenüber der starren Stütze (104 ; 104') an der Schnittstelle (105) befestigt ist und einen so genannten mittleren Teil, der sich im rechten Winkel zu der Endfläche (113; 113') der starren Stütze (104; 104') befindet, und einen so genannten Umfangsteil umfasst, der sich quer über der Endfläche (113; 113') der starren Stütze (104; 104') befindet, sowie Mittel (115; 115') zur elastischen Rückholung, die zwischen der starren Stütze (104; 104') und dem Umfangsteil der Schnittstelle (105) angeordnet sind, wobei die Kombination aus dem Umfangsteil des Kissens (106), dem Umfangsteil der Schnittstelle (105) und den Mitteln (115; 115') zur elastischen Rückholung ein Mittel zur Stabilisierung des Werkzeugs (101; 101') bei der Oberflächenbehandlung bildet, wobei das Werkzeug (101; 101') geeignet ist, eine Oberflächenbehandlung im Wesentlichen auf der Höhe des mittleren Teils des Kissens (106) durchzuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (115; 115') zur elastischen Rückholung mehrere elastisch flexible Lamellen (118; 118') umfassen, die quer von der starren Stütze (104; 104') vorragen, wobei jede Lamelle (118; 118'), die einen distalen Abschnitt (144; 144') aufweist, in Anlage direkt mit einem Blatt (134; 134') zusammenwirkt, wobei der distale Abschnitt in einer abgerundeten Schlaufe so gebogen ist, dass das Ende (145; 145') jeder Lamelle (118; 118') zu der starren Stütze (104; 104') hingewandt ist.
  2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede elastische Lamelle (118; 118') eine an die starre Stütze (104; 104') angebaute Einzellamelle ist.
  3. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede elastische Lamelle (118) permanent an der starren Stütze (104) angebaut ist.
  4. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die starre Stütze (104') und jede elastische Lamelle (118') so angeordnet sind, dass jede elastische Lamelle (118') ab- und wieder anmontierbar an der starren Stütze angebaut ist.
  5. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die starre Stütze (104') für jede Lamelle (118') einen eine Haltevertiefung (147) aufweisenden Hohlraum (146) umfasst, während jede Lamelle (118') einen U-förmigen Abschnitt (148) umfasst, der geeignet ist, in dem Hohlraum (146) der Stütze (104') zu sitzen, wobei ein Schenkel des U-förmigen Abschnitts, der eine Nase (149) umfasst, geeignet ist, in die Vertiefung (147) einzudringen.
  6. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es für jede Lamelle (118') einen Keil (161) aus elastisch zusammendrückbarem Material umfasst, der zwischen die Schenkel des U-förmigen Abschnitts (148) eingepresst ist.
  7. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Keil (161) einen distalen Abschnitt (162), der wie die Basis des U-förmigen Abschnitts (148) abgerundet ist, und einen proximalen Abschnitt (163) aufweist, der eine Zunge (164) aufweist, die zwischen zwei Schultern (165) vorragt.
  8. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf der Höhe der Öffnung jedes Hohlraums eine Rippe (160) an der Seite umfasst, die der gegenüberliegt, an der die Vertiefung (147) angeordnet ist.
  9. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe (160) einen mittleren Durchgang für eine Zunge (155) zum Herausziehen der Lamelle (118') aus dem Hohlraum (146) aufweist.
  10. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehr Blätter (134; 134') als Lamellen (118, 118') vorliegen.
  11. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass doppelt so viele Blätter (134; 134') wie Lamellen (118; 118') vorliegen.
  12. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endfläche (132; 132') des Bunds (131; 131') mit der Endfläche (113; 113') der Stütze (104; 104') bündig ist.
  13. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die starre Stütze (104; 104') einen Hohlraum (140; 140') zur Aufnahme des Kopfs eines Oberflächenbehandlungsmaschinenzapfens umfasst.
  14. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (130; 130') aus einem einstückig geformten Kunststoffmaterial ist.
  15. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lamelle (118; 118') aus Federstahl ist.
