There is therefore in particular the task of creating a water-bearing line section with a water jet aerator, which prevents unwanted leakage of water from the ventilation duct with security in any installation situation of the outlet fitting.
The achievement of this object is in the water-carrying line section of the type mentioned in particular that the filter or separator of the water jet aerator has a porous membrane having an air-permeable, but water-impermeable structure and / or layer.
The line section according to the invention is associated with a water jet aerator, which has a mounting housing, which is intended for releasable installation in a valve body.
Since the water jet aerator has a built-in housing that can be detachably inserted into a fitting housing, the fitting housing usually made of metal can be made separately from the water jet aerator and completed after the manufacturing process with the water jet aerator. According to the invention, it is provided that the at least one ventilation channel penetrates the installation housing. This at least one ventilation channel has on the inlet side at least one channel opening open to the atmosphere and on the outlet side at least one channel opening which can be flushed around by the water flowing through the line section and / or adjacent thereto. In this ventilation channel designed as a membrane filter or separator is interposed. This filter or separating device is permeable to air in the direction of the water-conducting housing interior of the fitting housing and thus allows the required air circulation for aerating the water jet. In the opposite direction, however, this filter or separating device is designed impermeable to water, so that water can not escape through the ventilation channel in any case and can be distracting, for example, on the outer circumference of the water-carrying line section and thus also on the outside of serving as a line section sanitary outlet fitting by Kalkränder. Due to their selective permeability and their structure, the filter or separator can clean the sucked air - depending on the pore size - of germs or other contaminants that would otherwise get into the effluent water and from there, for example, on the hand or a food to be washed and could be questionable for reasons of hygiene.
A preferred embodiment therefore provides that the air-permeable but water-impermeable structure and / or layer has a polytetrafluoroethylene, polyethylene or polyamide layer or coating and / or that the porous membrane is formed as a woven or sintered material.
A preferred embodiment provides that the membrane is made of in particular stretched polytetrafluoroethylene or of an open-pore polyester structure.
The membrane provided in the filter or separating device may, for example, be designed as a porous membrane which has an air-permeable but water-impermeable structure and / or layer. Such membranes are, for example, in the textile industry under the trade name "GORE-TEX" on the market.
In order to delay or completely prevent the clogging of the membrane pores, it can be advantageous if the filter or separating device preferably has at least one outlet side Prefilter has formed nonwoven structure. This nonwoven structure arranged on the outlet side and thus on the water side serves to protect the membrane provided in the filter or separating device. This nonwoven structure, which is preferably arranged on the water side, can be provided, for example, for keeping clean the membrane-forming porous or gas-permeable films or layers.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the filter or separating device preferably has on the inlet side a fabric or the like mechanically stabilizing support structure. This support structure serves for mechanical stabilization of the filter or separating device according to the invention and the membrane provided in it. In addition, however, this support structure can also have an additional filter function.
It is particularly advantageous if the membrane is arranged between an outlet-side prefilter and a mechanically stabilizing support structure arranged on the inlet side.
In order to favorably influence the filtering or separating device of the water jet aerator provided according to the invention with further product properties, it can be advantageous if the filtering or separating device carries at least one layer for oleophobization and / or for microbiological passivation. An embodiment is preferred in which the layer has silver ions.
It is particularly advantageous if the inlet-side carrier layer and / or the outlet-side prefilter is designed as a layer for oleophobization and / or as a layer for microbiological passivation.
A preferred application example is that the water jet aerator is intended for releasable and preferably interchangeable installation in serving as a water-carrying line section fitting housing a sanitary outlet fitting. It is also possible, however, that the ventilation channel provided for receiving the water jet aerator used in accordance with the invention is provided in the peripheral wall of another water-conducting line section, for example a pipe section. In order to be able to interpose the water jet aerator as simply as possible in the ventilation duct provided in a fitting housing or another line section, it is expedient for the water jet aerator to have an installation housing which is intended for interchangeable installation in the fitting housing of a sanitary outlet fitting and / or at least one Ventilation channel penetrates.
Through the water jet aerator according to the invention around the outlet fitting around ambient air is sucked into the water-bearing housing interior of the valve body and mixed inside the housing with the water passing through. A preferred embodiment according to the invention therefore provides that at least one cross-sectional constriction is provided in the line section, which causes a negative pressure in the region of at least one outlet-side channel opening by a cross-sectional acceleration of the water flowing through, and that the cross-sectional constriction thereto at least one outlet-side channel opening in water. Flow direction is connected upstream. If the water flowing through the outlet fitting or line section is accelerated, a vacuum can be generated according to the Bernoulli equation which can be used to draw in the ambient air through the water jet aerator.

Such a perforated field, which has a number of flow holes, represents a cross-sectional constriction, which leads to an acceleration of the water flowing through. In order to additionally favor an acceleration of the water flowing through and to additionally increase the resulting negative pressure, it is expedient if the perforated field has a number of flow holes, which have a larger hole cross-section on the inlet side compared to the outlet side.
In this case, a rapid and low-noise acceleration of the water flowing through the hole field is still favored when the perforated field has flow holes, the inlet side have a funnel-shaped narrowing hole section.
It is possible that at least one membrane or the like filtering or separating device is held detachably or non-detachably in a built-in housing preferably designed as an insert cartridge.
An embodiment according to the invention provides that the at least one membrane or similar filtering or separating device is snapped or firmly connected, in particular pressed, glued or welded, to the peripheral edge region delimiting the at least one ventilation channel.
