Die Abstandsfäden 8 sorgen für den normalen Abstand der Textilflächen. In die Sicherheitspackvorrichtung ist eine GPS-Anlage von außen unsichtbar eingearbeitet. Beim Einstechen einer metallischen Klinge entsteht eine elektrische Verbindung der leitfähigen Fäden 12, die die Innenflächen der Oberseiten 5 bzw. die Innenfläche der Unterseite 7 bilden, wodurch ein Alarm ausgelöst wird. Die Alarmvorrichtung ist in der Sicherheitspackvorrichtung integriert. Der Alarm kann auch im Bedarfsfall an eine zentrale Sicherheitsstelle und/oder mit dem Handy des Besitzers vorzugsweise als stiller Alarm weitergeleitet werden.
