Claims (8)

  1. Compresseur ( 1 ) centrifuge comprenant :
    - une pluralité de palettes ( 5 ) de diffuseur, disposée suivant un réseau à distance circonférentiellement autour d'un axe ( 9 ) de machine, chaque palette ( 5 ) de diffuseur étant montée sur un arbre ( 10 ) respectif,
    - un anneau ( 8 ), auquel chacun de ces arbres ( 10 ) est adjoint, l'anneau ( 8 ) pouvant tourner autour de l'axe ( 9 ) de la machine,
    - une commande ( 11,12 ) par vis sans fin, comprenant une vis ( 11 ) qui engrène avec un engrenage ( 12 ) à vis sans fin ou avec un segment d'un engrenage ( 12 ) à vis sans fin, monté le long d'au moins une partie de la circonférence de l'anneau ( 8 ) et
    - un moteur ( 14 ) pas à pas, adjoint à la vis ( 11 ) sans fin et pouvant fonctionner pour faire tourner la vis ( 11 ) sans fin autour d'un axe ( 13 ) de la vis perpendiculaire à l'axe ( 9 ) de la machine, de manière à ce que la commande ( 11,12 ) par vis sans fin transmette un couple de rotation du moteur ( 14 ) pas à pas à l'anneau ( 8 ) pour modifier en conséquence la position des palettes ( 5 ) de diffuseur,
    caractérisé en ce que le moteur ( 14 ) pas à pas est adjoint à la vis ( 11 ) sans fin au moyen d'un accouplement ( 15 ) souple.
  2. Compresseur centrifuge suivant la revendication 1,
    dans lequel chaque arbre ( 10 ) est adjoint à l'anneau ( 8 ) par un bras ( 17 ) radial qui transmet un couple de rotation de l'anneau ( 8 ) au bras ( 10 ) respectif et en conséquence, à la palette ( 5 ) de diffuseur respectif qui y est montée.
  3. Compresseur centrifuge suivant la revendication 2,
    dans lequel il est prévu une pluralité de paliers ( 22 ) le long de la circonférence de l'anneau ( 8 ), chaque bras ( 17 ) radial étant adjoint de manière souple à un palier ( 22 ) respectif au moyen d'une fente ( 18 ) ménagée sur le bras ( 17 ) respectif.
  4. Compresseur centrifuge suivant l'une quelconques des revendications précédentes,
    comprenant, en outre, une enveloppe ( 4 ) formant volute, dans lequel l'anneau ( 8 ) est supporté axialement et radialement sur l'enveloppe ( 4 ) formant volute au moyen d'une pluralité d'ensembles ( 24a-c ) de paliers, disposée circonférentiellement autour de l'enveloppe ( 4 ) formant volute.
  5. Procédé pour donner une géométrie variable de palettes de diffuseur d'un compresseur ( 1 ) centrifuge, dans lequel :
    - on monte chacune d'une pluralité de palettes ( 5 ) de diffuseur sur un arbre ( 10 ) respectif de manière à ce que les palettes ( 5 ) de diffuseur soient disposées suivant un réseau à distance circonférentiellement autour d'un axe ( 9 ) de machine,
    - on adjoint chacun des arbres ( 10 ) à un anneau ( 8 ) qui peut tourner autour de l'axe ( 9 ) de la machine,
    - on dispose une commande ( 11,12 ) par vis sans fin comprennent une vis ( 11 ) sans fin qui engrène avec un engrenage ( 12 ) de vis sans fin ou avec un segment d'un engrenage ( 12 ) de vis sans fin monté le long d' au moins une partie de la circonférence de l'anneau ( 8 ) et
    - on adjoint un moteur ( 14 ) pas à pas à la vis ( 11 ) sans fin, le moteur pas à pas étant un moteur pouvant faire tourner la vis ( 11 ) sans fin autour d'un axe ( 13 ) de la vis sans fin perpendiculaire à l'axe ( 9 ) de la machine, de manière à ce que la commande ( 11,12 ) par vis sans fin transmette un couple de rotation du moteur ( 14 ) pas à pas à l'anneau ( 8 ) pour modifier en conséquence la position des palettes ( 5 ) du diffuseur,
    caractérisé en ce qu'on adjoint le moteur ( 14 ) pas à pas à la vis ( 11 ) sans fin au moyen d'un accouplement ( 15 ) souple.
  6. Procédé suivant la revendication 5,
    dans lequel en outre on adjoint chaque arbre ( 10 ) à l'anneau ( 8 ) par un bras ( 17 ) radial qui transmet un couple de rotation de l'anneau ( 8 ) au bras ( 10 ) respectif et en conséquence à la palette ( 5 ) de diffuseur respective qui y est montée.
  7. Procédé suivant la revendication 6,
    dans lequel en outre :
    - on dispose une pluralité de paliers ( 22 ) le long de la circonférence de l'anneau et
    - on accouple, de manière souple, chaque bras ( 17 ) radial à un palier ( 22 ) respectif au moyen d'une fente ( 18 ) ménagée sur le bras ( 17 ) respectif.
  8. Procédé suivant l'une quelconques des revendications 5 à 7,
    dans lequel en outre :
    - on dispose une pluralité d'ensembles ( 24a-c ) de paliers circonférentiellement autour d'une enveloppe ( 4 ) formant volute du compresseur ( 1 ) et
    - on supporte axialement et radialement l'anneau ( 8 ) sur l'enveloppe ( 4 ) formant volute au moyen de la pluralité de paliers ( 24a-c ).
