Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine LED-Leuchte aus einem Gehäuse, mindestens einer LED als Lichtquelle und einer Linse zum Führen des von der Lichtquelle abgestrahlten Lichts. Um eine LED-Leuchte zu schaffen, die bei erheblich höherer Leistung ohne eine aktive Kühleinrichtung arbeitet, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass das Gehäuse (1) als kegelstumpfförmiger Kühlkörper (2) mit einer Vielzahl in der Außenwand (3) angeordneter Kühlrippen (4) ausgebildet ist, dass eine kegelstumpfförmige Großlinse (10) mit einem im Wesentlichen gleichen Raumvolumen wie der Kühlkörper (2) vorgesehen ist, und mit der im Durchmesser kleinen Fläche (11) der Großlinse (10) an die im Durchmesser große Fläche (13) des Kühlkörpers (2) anschließt, dass zwischen dem Kühlkörper (2) und der Großlinse (10) ein LED-Array (21) mit einer Vielzahl von LEDs angeordnet ist und dass für den Kühlkörper (2) und die Großlinse (10) die jeweils große Fläche (7, 13) umfassende, miteinander verbundene Rahmenteile (14, 15) vorgesehen sind.
