You do not have to necessarily the deflecting elements of the control element described above are used. Likewise, it can be provided that the actuating element acts directly on the tubular element, or the actuating element and the operating element are integrally formed.

Claims (10)

  1. A lid (100) of a container, especially a beverage can, comprising a substantially flat lid surface (101) and at least one pouring opening (103) arranged on the lid surface (101), which pouring opening (103) can be closed in a gas-tight and/or fluid-tight manner by way of at least one closure element (120), with the closure element (120) being movable via a relative motion of an actuating element (110) from a closed position to an open position, and at least one pressure equalizing device with at least one pressure equalizing opening (123) is provided which cooperates with the actuating element (110), wherein the pressure equalizing device has at least one closure element for closing the pressure equalizing opening (123) during the position of the actuating element (110) in the closed position, and the at least one pressure equalizing opening (123) can be exposed upon movement of the actuating element (110) from the closed position to the open position, wherein the at least one closure element is arranged as a tube element (124) made of a flexible material and is connected to the at least one pressure equalizing opening (123) such that a pressure equalization can be effected via the tube element (124), with the tube element (124) being closed in a gas-tight and/or fluid-tight manner by way of a reversible cross-sectional constriction when the at least one actuating element (110) is in the closed position, wherein the tube element (124) can be closed during motion of the actuating element (110) to the closed position by direct action of the actuating element on the tube element (124) or via an operating element (111) which cooperates with the actuating element (110);
    characterized in that
    the pressure equalizing opening (123) is provided in the closure element (120).
  2. A lid (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the operating element (111) comprises at least one deflection element (112, 112') which in the closed position of the actuating element (110) seals the tube element (124).
  3. A lid (100) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the operating element (111) is in detachable connection with the actuating element (110).
  4. A lid (100) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the actuating element (110) and the operating element (111) are produced integrally, preferably of plastic.
  5. A lid (100) according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the at least one actuating element (110) is displaceable in a substantially linear manner and parallel to the lid (100).
  6. A lid (100) according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the at least one actuating element (110) is twistable in relation to the lid surface (101).
  7. A lid (100) according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the at least one closure element (120) can be pivoted substantially vertically with respect to the lid (100).
  8. A lid (100) according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the pressure equalizing opening (124) comprises a seal (130) which is in connection with a circumferential seal (131) of the closure element (120).
  9. A lid (100) according to claim 8, characterized in that the seal (130) of the pressure equalizing opening (123) is made integrally with the circumferential seal (131) of the closure element (120).
  10. A lid (100) according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the at least one pouring opening (103) is resealable.
