Abstract
Description
- La présente invention concerne un ensemble acoustiquement absorbant destiné à constituer un élément de paroi disposé dans une enceinte, telle que par exemple un appartement, une salle de concert, l'habitacle d'un véhicule etc., et permettant de contrôler l'état d'absorption acoustique de celle-ci.
- On sait que le contrôle de l'absorption des sons par des parois a fait appel à des dispositifs divers comprenant des éléments d'absorption passifs constitués de matériaux poreux présentant la propriété de transformer en chaleur les vibrations sonores qu'ils recevaient en raison des phénomènes de friction auxquels ces matériaux étaient soumis du fait de ces vibrations.
- On sait que l'utilisation de tels éléments absorbants présente un certain nombre d'inconvénients, à savoir notamment leur encombrement et leur poids ainsi que leur faculté de n'absorber les vibrations sonores que dans des domaines réduits du spectre.
- On a également proposé de faire appel à des éléments de paroi rigides perforés d'une série de trous répartis régulièrement sur leur surface, ces trous perforés ayant des diamètres de l'ordre de 5 à 6 mm. On a constaté que de tels éléments absorbants présentaient de notables inconvénients et notamment une très faible efficacité s'ils n'étaient combinés à des éléments poreux.

- On a ainsi été établi que le spectre d'absorption, c'est-à-dire la courbe représentant la variation de l'absorption de la paroi αglobale en fonction de la fréquence sonore émise est liée au diamètre des micro-perforations, et que, tous les paramètres étant égaux par ailleurs, l'absorption αglobale était meilleure dans les hautes fréquences lorsque les diamètres des micro-perforations étaient plus importants. A l'inverse, pour des micro-perforations de plus faible diamètre l'absorption était améliorée dans les basses fréquences.
- Il a été proposé dans la demande
PCT/FR2006/001940 - Bien que particulièrement performant pour l'absorption des fréquences comprises entre 300 et 4000 Hz, l'ensemble acoustique décrit ci-dessus est moins efficace pour l'absorption des fréquences comprises entre 4000 et 8000 Hz.
- La présente invention a pour but de proposer un ensemble acoustique ayant une bande d'absorption acoustique élargie par rapport aux ensembles acoustiques de l'art antérieur, cet ensemble acoustique étant destiné à constituer par exemple une fausse paroi d'une pièce c'est-à-dire une cloison ou un plafond, mais également un revêtement intérieur d'un véhicule etc.
- La présente invention a ainsi pour objet un ensemble absorbant acoustique destiné à constituer, à l'intérieur d'une enceinte, au moins un élément de paroi, cet ensemble comportant au moins deux supports pourvus de micro-perforations, remarquable en ce que lesdits supports sont superposées.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, lesdits supports ne comprennent pas plusieurs séries de micro-perforations ayant des diamètres différents.
- Ainsi, dans un premier mode de mise en oeuvre de l'invention, l'ensemble acoustique pourra être constitué de deux supports (paroi rigide ou toile tendue) pourvue chacun d'une série d'orifices qui se distribuent de façon régulière sur la surface desdits supports en formant des maillages respectifs soit de forme carrée soit de forme triangulaire. Le déposant a mis en évidence que cet ensemble acoustique conservait sa capacité d'absorption acoustique même lorsqu'il est placé derrière un support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations ou lorsqu'il encadre un support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations. Ainsi la présente demande concerne également un ensemble absorbant acoustique destiné à constituer, à l'intérieur d'une enceinte, au moins un élément de paroi, cet ensemble comportant un support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations, au moins deux supports pourvus de micro-perforations, caractérisé en ce que lesdits supports sont superposés et en ce que le support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations n'est pas encadré par les supports pourvus de micro-perforations. Dans ce mode de réalisation particulier, l'élément visible est constitué du support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations. Ceci est particulièrement avantageux, car il est ainsi possible d'exploiter les vertus esthétiques (par exemple impression, laquage) de l'élément de support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations.
- La présente demande concerne également un ensemble absorbant acoustique destiné à constituer, à l'intérieur d'une enceinte, au moins un élément de paroi, cet ensemble comportant un support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations, au moins deux supports pourvus de micro-perforations, caractérisé en ce que lesdits supports sont superposés .
- Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement préféré, l'ensemble acoustique selon l'invention est constitué d'au moins trois supports parallèles comportant chacun une série de micro-perforations, tel que défini précédemment, remarquable en ce que lesdits supports sont superposés.
- Selon une mode de réalisation encore plus préféré, l'ensemble acoustique selon l'invention est constitué de trois supports parallèles comportant chacun une série de micro-perforations, remarquable en ce que lesdits supports sont superposés.
- Dans ce mode de réalisation, lorsque que l'ensemble acoustique selon l'invention est placé à proximité d'une paroi adjacente, le support comportant une série de micro-perforations le plus proche de la paroi adjacente est préférentiellement distante de 50 mm du support comportant une série de micro-perforations contigüe. Le support comportant une série de micro-perforations le plus éloigné de la paroi adjacente est préférentiellement distante de 30 mm du support comportant une série de micro-perforations contigüe.
- Dans le cadre de la présente invention, le terme « superposé » n'implique pas que lesdits supports sont en contact les uns avec les autres sur tout ou partie de leur surface.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, lesdits supports s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement les uns par rapport aux autres.
- Selon un autre mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention lesdits supports s'inscrivent dans des plans formant entre eux un angle compris entre 1 et 45 degrés.
- Préférentiellement les supports de l'ensemble acoustique suivant l'invention sont constitués de nappes tendues, notamment constituées de films en polychlorure de vinyle (PVC), dont l'épaisseur sera préférentiellement comprise entre 0,1 et 0,3 mm, mais pourront également être formés d'éléments rigides.
- Selon un autre mode de réalisation préféré les supports de l'ensemble acoustique suivant l'invention sont constitués de textiles ou de tous autres matériaux souples ou rigides.
- La distance entre les différents supports comportant chacun une série de micro-perforations est préférentiellement comprise entre 10 et 90 mm et encore plus préférentiellement entre 20 et 60 mm.
- Lorsque que l'ensemble acoustique selon l'invention est placé à proximité d'une paroi adjacente, la distance entre l'ensemble acoustique selon l'invention et ladite paroi adjacente est préférentiellement comprise entre 100 et 400 mm et encore plus préférentiellement entre 250 et 350 mm.
- Préférentiellement les micro-perforations sont de forme circulaire et se distribuent préférentiellement suivant un maillage de forme carrée, triangulaire ou rectangulaire.
- Préférentiellement les micro-perforations ont un diamètre inférieur à 2mm, encore plus préférentiellement inférieur à 1mm et tout à fait préférentiellement inférieur ou égal à 0.5mm.
- Préférentiellement, les supports comportant une série de micro-perforations ont une densité de micro-perforations supérieure 1000 micro-perforations/m2, plus préférentiellement supérieure à 30 000 micro-perforations/m2, encore plus préférentiellement supérieure à 300 000 micro-perforations/m2 et tout à fait préférentiellement supérieure à 400 000 micro-perforations/m2. L'homme du métier est à même de déterminer la densité de micro-perforations optimale en fonction de. Celle-ci peut être notamment adaptée en fonction de la nature du matériau constituant ledit support.
- Dans un mode de réalisation tout à fait préféré de l'invention les supports comportant une série de micro-perforations sont choisis dans le groupe comprenant :
- les supports comprenant 30 000 micro-perforations/m2, et dont les micro-perforations ont un diamètre de 0.5mm,
- les supports comprenant 300 000 micro-perforations/m2, et dont les micro-perforations ont un diamètre de 0.2mm,
- les supports comprenant 400 000 micro-perforations/m2, et dont les micro-perforations ont un diamètre de 0.15mm et
- les supports comprenant 500 000 micro-perforations/m2, et dont les micro-perforations ont un diamètre de 0,10 mm.
- Les supports utilisés dans le cadre de la présente invention sont avantageusement pourvue d'une bordure périphérique formant un harpon. Ledit harpon permet la fixation des supports selon l'invention à des longerons.
- Tout autre mode de fixation desdits supports est envisageable, parmi ceux-ci on peut notamment citer les clips et les agrafes.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, ledit longeron est une lisse. Selon un mode de réalisation encore plus préféré de l'invention, tous les supports compris dans l'ensemble acoustique selon l'invention sont fixés sur une même lisse.

figure 1 une toile 3, mise en oeuvre notamment auxfigures 2 ,4 ,6 et8 , qui est pourvue de micro-perforations d1 qui sont régulièrement réparties sur toute sa surface (300 000 micro-perforations/m2). Ces perforations, qui sont de forme circulaire, ont un diamètre de 0,2 mm. - Les
figures 2 et4 présentent un premier mode de réalisation de l'ensemble acoustique 1 selon l'invention. Cet ensemble comporte un support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations 2 (ici une toile tendu en PVC) et deux supports pourvus de micro-perforations 3 tels que décrits à lafigure 1 . Tous ces supports s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement à une paroi adjacente et les supports pourvus de micro-perforations sont placés entre le support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations et une paroi adjacente. Dans le cas présenté à lafigure 2 , les espaces délimités par les supports sont ouverts vers l'extérieur. Dans le cas présenté à lafigure 4 , les espaces délimités par les supports sont fermés. - On a représenté sur la
figure 3 un schéma montrant le spectre d'absorption obtenu par l'ensemble acoustique 1 représenté à lafigure 2 ainsi constitué en fonction de la fréquence sonore appliquée. On constate ainsi sur cette figure que le maximum d'absorption de cet ensemble se situe à une fréquence de l'ordre de 1000 Hz et que pour une absorption de 0,5 celle-ci s'étend d'une fréquence d'environ 500 Hz jusqu'à environ 2.500 Hz, soit environ un intervalle de fréquence de l'ordre de 2000 Hz. - On a représenté sur la
figure 5 un schéma montrant le spectre d'absorption obtenu par l'ensemble acoustique 1 représentée à lafigure 4 ainsi constitué en fonction de la fréquence sonore appliquée. On constate ainsi sur cette figure que le maximum d'absorption de cet ensemble 1 se situe à une fréquence de l'ordre de 800 Hz et que pour une absorption de 0,5 celle-ci s'étend d'une fréquence d'environ 150 Hz jusqu'à environ 1800 Hz, soit environ un intervalle de fréquence de l'ordre de 1.650 Hz. - Les résultats présentés aux
figures 3 et5 indiquent que l'ensemble acoustique 1 selon l'invention présente une efficacité au moins égale aux systèmes acoustiques de l'art antérieur, même lorsqu'il est placé derrière une toile tendu. - Les
figures 6 et8 présentent un autre mode de réalisation de l'ensemble acoustique 1 selon l'invention. Cet ensemble acoustique est constitué de trois supports parallèles 3 comportant chacun une série de micro-perforations dont le diamètre est inférieur à 2mm. Dans le cas présenté à lafigure 6 , les espaces délimités par les supports 3 sont ouverts vers l'extérieur. Dans le cas présenté à lafigure 8 , les espaces délimités par les supports 3 sont fermés. - On a représenté sur la
figure 7 un schéma montrant le spectre d'absorption obtenu par l'ensemble acoustique 1 représentée à lafigure 6 ainsi constitué en fonction de la fréquence sonore appliquée. On constate ainsi sur cette figure qu'un maximum d'absorption de cet ensemble se situe à une fréquence compris 1000 Hz et 8000 Hz et que pour une absorption de 0,5 celle-ci s'étend d'une fréquence d'environ 300 Hz jusqu'à environ 8000 Hz, soit environ un intervalle de fréquence de l'ordre de 7300 Hz. - On a représenté sur la
figure 9 un schéma montrant le spectre d'absorption obtenu par l'ensemble acoustique 1 représentée à lafigure 8 ainsi constitué en fonction de la fréquence sonore appliquée. On constate ainsi sur cette figure que le maximum d'absorption de cet ensemble 1 se situe à une fréquence de l'ordre de 2000 Hz et que pour une absorption de 0,5 celle-ci s'étend d'une fréquence d'environ 140 Hz jusqu'à environ 5000 Hz, soit environ un intervalle de fréquence de l'ordre de 4860 Hz. - On notera, dans ce mode de réalisation l'excellente efficacité de l'ensemble acoustique 1 pour l'absorption des fréquences supérieures à 2000 Hz, alors que les ensembles acoustiques de l'art antérieur étaient souvent déficients dans cette partie du spectre. La présente invention permet donc bien d'étendre de façon substantielle la largeur du spectre sonore pour lequel l'absorption obtenue est efficace.
Claims (9)
- Ensemble absorbant acoustique (1) destiné à constituer, à l'intérieur d'une enceinte, au moins un élément de paroi, cet ensemble (1) comportant au moins deux supports (3) pourvus de micro-perforations, un support (2) ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations caractérisé en ce que ledit support ne comprenant pas de micro-perforations (2) n'est pas encadré par les supports pourvus de micro-perforations et en ce que lesdits supports (3) sont superposés.
- Ensemble acoustique (1) caractérisé en qu'il est constitué d'au moins trois supports (3) parallèles comportant chacun une série de micro-perforations, caractérisé en ce que les supports (3) sont superposés.
- Ensemble acoustique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les supports sont constitués de nappes tendues, notamment constituées de films en polychlorure de vinyle (PVC).
- Ensemble acoustique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les supports sont constitués de textiles ou de tout autres matériaux souples ou rigides.
- Ensemble acoustique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les différents supports (3) comportant chacun une série de micro-perforations est comprise entre 10 et 90 mm.
- Ensemble acoustique (1) selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que lesdites micro-perforations ont un diamètre inférieur à 2 mm.
- Ensemble acoustique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les micro-perforations sont de forme circulaire et se distribuent préférentiellement suivant un maillage de forme carrée, triangulaire ou rectangulaire.
- Ensemble acoustique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les micro-perforations ont un diamètre inférieur à 1mm.
- Ensemble acoustique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les supports comportant une série de micro-perforations ont une densité de micro-perforations supérieure à 1 000 micro-perforations/m2.
