Abstract
Kraftstoffeinspritzventil für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Gehäuse (1), in dem eine kolbenförmige Ventilnadel (20) längsbeweglich angeordnet ist, an der eine Ventildichtfläche (22) ausgebildet ist, mit der die Ventilnadel (20) mit einem Ventilsitz (23) zum Öffnen und Schließen wenigstens einer Einspritzöffnung (25) zusammenwirkt. Ein mit Kraftstoff befüllbarer Steuerraum (30) wird von einer der Ventildichtfläche (22) abgewandt angeordneten Stirnfläche (21) der Ventilnadel (20) begrenzt, so dass sich durch den Druck im Steuerraum (30) eine einer Öffnungskraft entgegen gerichtete Schließkraft auf die Ventilnadel (20) ergibt. Die Ventilnadel (20) umfasst zwei kolbenförmige Ventilnadelteile (120, 220), wobei das erste Ventilnadelteil (120) den Steuerraum (30) begrenzt und das zweite Ventilnadelteil (220) die Ventildichtfläche (22) aufweist, und beide Ventilnadelteile (120, 220) so zusammenwirken, dass das erste Ventilnadelteil (120) bei Stillstand des zweiten Ventilnadelteils (220) einen Leerhub in Längsrichtung ausführen kann. A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines comprising a housing (1) in which a piston-shaped valve needle (20) is longitudinally movable, on which a valve sealing surface (22) is formed, with which the valve needle (20) with a valve seat (23) for opening and closing at least an injection port (25) cooperates. A control chamber (30) which can be filled with fuel is delimited by an end face (21) of the valve needle (20) facing away from the valve sealing surface (22), so that a pressure force in the control chamber (30) causes a closing force on the valve needle (FIG. 20). The valve needle (20) comprises two piston-shaped valve needle parts (120, 220), wherein the first valve needle part (120) delimits the control chamber (30) and the second valve needle part (220) has the valve sealing surface (22), and both valve needle parts (120, 220) cooperate so that the first valve needle part (120) at idle of the second valve needle part (220) can perform an idle stroke in the longitudinal direction.
