Description

The invention relates to a packaging for products, in particular for products from the sanitary sector, which comprise different product items to be packed, and a method for packaging a product using an aforementioned package.

Multi-part products such as sanitary fittings, shower systems, shower rods, which include, for example, a shower bar with wall holder, sealing and fastening elements, escutcheons, hose and shower heads, are commonly packaged together and delivered together in an overall package. The product items are each additionally packed separately in smaller individual packages within the overall packaging, or in subdivisions or special "arrangement compartments" specially adapted to the respective product with its product items. Such packages often require additional, likewise adapted Styrofoam inserts or cardboard inserts for fixing the product items within the individual packages or the "arrangement compartments" to avoid slipping inside the packaging.

These packages, if any, can only be adapted with great effort to another product or other product items. Often, a new product even requires a complete redesign of the packaging. Furthermore, even with the package open after packaging, it is not possible to see at a glance whether all the individual parts of the product are contained in the package.

Task and solution

The invention is based on the object to provide a package for a product with different product items, with the problems of the prior art can be avoided, which can be adapted in particular easily and without much effort flexibly to different products and the first glance a completeness check and a simple and targeted unpacking of product items allows.

This object is achieved by a packaging with the features of claim 1 and by a method for packaging with the features of claim 11.

Preferably, the product article carrier is formed flat and made of cardboard or cardboard or a material which is perforable. With the packaging according to the invention, the product items can be fixed in their respective associated arrangement region in a space provided for them so that they are suitably fixed or secured for transport. In one development of the invention, forms of the perforations or a course of perforated lines are designed such that they correspond to contours or corresponding contours of associated product items. By tearing the associated perforations, the product items can be removed from the withdrawal side of the package. Thus, the packaging according to the invention allows a targeted individual removal of required product items, while unnecessary product items can remain protected in the packaging until they are needed.

In one development of the invention, icons are provided on the removal side opposite to the arrangement areas, which correspond to the associated product items. Instead of symbols or in addition, images which each show the corresponding product item and / or inscriptions may also be provided, so that it is also apparent from the removal side at first sight in which arrangement region which product item is arranged. In a preferred embodiment, the symbols or the images or the labels form an assembly instruction or at least a part of the assembly instructions.

By marking the removal side with symbols or the like, which product items are arranged in the respective arrangement areas, the contents of the package can also be seen directly from the removal side. In a development of the invention, the product item carrier has removal aids for easier removal of the product items in the arrangement areas, in particular holes and / or flaps, in order to facilitate tearing along the perforation. The removal aids are preferably each arranged directly adjacent to the perforation.
