Description
- The present invention relates to the structure of a high-heeled shoe, and especially to a high-heeled shoe with a specified style of heel.
- The function of a shoe is not only to protect a foot of a user, but also to provide an effect of decoration. People know well to show their statuses by taking advantage of modeling designs and noble materials for the structure of a pair of shoes. Particularly with high-heeled shoes, such advantage can evidently provide an effect of increasing the height of a user, and are necessary for ladies.
- As stated above, the structure of a conventional pair of shoes most is used to show particular modeling designs and materials, while the heels of the shoes only have two kinds of designs including tiny style and block style heel designs. In related prior art, patents of shoes mostly have added designs for the structures of heels of shoes, for instance, modality patents including M385251 titled "ELASTIC HEEL FOR A HIGH-HEELED SHOE", M383940 "HIGH-HEELED SHOE STRUCTURE WITH THE HEIGHT OF ITS HEEL RANDOMLY ADJUSTABLE", M375409 "HIGH-HEELED SHOE UNIT WITH THE HEIGHT OF ITS HEEL ADJUSTABLE" and M348500 "THE ADJUSTABLE LEVEL SHOES" etc. in Taiwan all provide adjustable heels in heights.
- However, these conventional high-heeled shoes do have variation in structure, modeling and material, they are generally similar in contour and provide poor effect, and improvement is wanted.
- In view of the above defect of conventional high-heeled shoes, the present invention provides a structure of a high-heeled shoe, of which the heel is designed to be not in a neither a tiny style nor a block style, but at least has a particular shape, the particular shape can be selected at ones will from the groups including letters, numbers, helical shape or figures of some marks etc. Therefore, in a mode of customized design, character of a user can be manifested, and a mark of a company can also be manifested.
- In view of the above, the present invention provides a structure of a high-heeled shoe, the structure comprises:
- A sole having a raised and rearward tilting portion;
- a covering portion being at least provided above a front upper surface of the sole to cover a foot of a user;
- a heel of a shape neither in a tiny style nor a block style, having a height and being provided between the tilting portion of the sole and the ground, at least having a surface which presents a particular shape, the particular shape can be selected at ones will from the groups including letters, numbers, helical shape or figures of some marks etc.
- The structure of a high-heeled shoe of the present invention of which the particular shape of the heel had better is presented on a lateral side of the sole.
- The present invention will be apparent in its structural feature and effect of use from the detailed description of an embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.
- Preferred embodiments are described below by way of example only with reference to
Figures 1 to 8 of the accompanying drawings, wherein: -
