- Appareil d'exercice comprenant :une unité de giration (10) ;un amortisseur (20) monté sur l'unité de giration etune poignée de commande (30) reliée à l'unité de giration,l'unité de giration comprenant :un cadre de montage (11) etune roue de rotation (12) montée rotative sur le cadre de montage (11) et pouvant être commandée par l'actionnement de la poignée de commande (30) de telle manière que la roue de rotation (12) tourne de manière réciproque pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil d'exercice,l'amortisseur (20) étant monté sur le cadre de montage (11) de l'unité de giration et ayant un côté exerçant une pression sur une périphérie de la roue de rotation pour fournir une force d'amortissement à la roue de rotation (12) de l'unité de giration (10),la roue de rotation (12) de l'unité de giration (10) étant prévue avec un arbre de rotation (121) qui est monté en rotation sur le cadre de montage (11), une première extrémité de la poignée de commande (30) étant montée pivotante sur et arrangée excentrée sur la roue de rotation (12) de l'unité de giration (10) ou la première extrémité de la poignée de commande (30) étant montée pivotante sur une seconde extrémité d'une manivelle (32) dont la première extrémité est fixée à l'arbre de rotation (121) de l'unité de giration (10), la première extrémité de la poignée de commande (30) étant pivotante pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil d'exercice.

- Appareil d'exercice selon la revendication 1 ou 2, l'appareil d'exercice de type giration comprenant de plus :un organe ajustant la tension (21) monté sur le cadre de montage (11) de l'unité de giration (10) et relié à l'amortisseur (20) pour déplacer l'amortisseur (20) par rapport à la roue de rotation (12) de l'unité de giration (10) de manière à ajuster la force d'amortissement de l'amortisseur (20) appliquée sur la roue de rotation (12) de l'unité de giration (10) ;un portant de support (13) monté sur un fond du cadre de montage (11) pour supporter le cadre de montage (11) de l'unité de giration (10) ;un coussin de marche (131) monté sur un côté du portant de support (13) ;l'organe ajustant la tension (21) étant mobile sur le cadre de montage (11) de l'unité de giration pour déplacer l'amortisseur (20) par rapport à la roue de rotation (12) de l'unité de giration (10) de manière à ajuster la force d'amortissement de l'amortisseur (20) appliquée à la roue de rotation (12) de l'unité de giration (10).
- Appareil d'exercice selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le cadre de montage de l'unité de giration étant placé sur et supporté par une table,
l'arbre de rotation étant fixé sur et situé à une position centrale de la roue de rotation de manière que la roue de rotation est rotative autour de l'arbre de rotation. - Appareil d'exercice selon la revendication 1 ou 2, la poignée de commande (30) ayant une seconde extrémité pourvue d'une barre de maintien (31).
- Appareil d'exercice selon la revendication 2, le mécanisme de transmission (40) comprenant :ledit organe d'entraînement (42) monté en rotation sur le cadre de montage (11) de l'unité de giration (10) etla poignée de commande (30) ayant une première extrémité reliée de manière pivotante à l'organe d'entraînement (42) du mécanisme de transmission (40) et une seconde extrémité pourvue d'une barre de maintien (31),l'organe entraîné (122) de l'unité de giration (10) étant une roue motrice,l'organe d'entraînement (42) du mécanisme de transmission (40) étant une roue motrice,l'organe de transmission (41) du mécanisme de transmission (40) étant une courroie.
