Claims (10)
- Ressourcen- und Zulassungssteuerungsverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Folgendes umfasst:dass nach dem Empfang einer Ressourceninitialisierungsanforderung zum Anfordern von Quality of Service (QoS)-Ressourcen für Dienste (502), die durch eine Service Control Function (SCF) gesendet wurde, eine Policy Decision Functional Entity (PD-FE) eines Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers eine anfängliche Policy-Entscheidung für diese Anforderung trifft, um eine Entscheidungs-Policy (503-509) zu erzeugen; unddass die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers entscheidet, ob die Entscheidungs-Policy in einer Policy Enforcement Functional Entity (PE-FE) des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers für die Ressourceninitialisierungsanforderung installiert werden muss, und die Ressourceninitialisierungsanforderung an die PE-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers sendet, um die Entscheidungs-Policy zu installieren, wenn ja (510-513).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das des Weiteren umfasst:dass die PE-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers nach dem Installieren der Entscheidungs-Policy eine Ressourceninitialisierungsantwort an die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers zurücksendet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei:die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers die anfängliche Policy-Entscheidung auf der Basis von Nutzerteilnahmeinformationen, lokaler Operator-Policy-Regeln und Dienst-Informationen trifft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei, nachdem die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers die anfängliche Policy-Entscheidung getroffen hat, das Verfahren des Weiteren Folgendes umfasst:dass die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers die Ressourceninitialisierungsanforderung zum Anfordern der QoS-Ressourcen für die Dienste an eine PD-FE eines Visit-Operators oder Wholesale-Service-Providers sendet; unddass die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers eine Ressourceninitialisierungsantwort empfängt, die durch die PD-FE des Visit-Operators oder Wholesale-Service-Providers zurückgesendet wurde, und die Ressourceninitialisierungsanforderung an die PE-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers sendet.
- Ressourcen- und Zulassungssteuerungsverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Folgendes umfasst:dass nach dem Empfangen einer Ressourcenmodifizierungsanforderung zum Modifizieren von Quality of Service (QoS)-Ressourcen für Dienste (602), die durch eine Service Control Function (SCF) gesendet wurde, eine Policy Decision Functional Entity (PD-FE) eines Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers eine anfängliche Policy-Entscheidung für diese Anforderung trifft, um eine Entscheidungs-Policy (603-609) zu erzeugen; unddass die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers entscheidet, ob die Entscheidungs-Policy in einer Policy Enforcement Functional Entity (PE-FE) des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers für die Ressourcenmodifizierungsanforderung installiert werden muss, und die Ressourcenmodifizierungsanforderung an die PE-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers sendet, um die Entscheidungs-Policy zu installieren, wenn ja (610-612).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, das des Weiteren umfasst:dass die PE-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers eine Ressourcenmodifizierungsantwort an die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers sendet, nachdem die Entscheidungs-Policy installiert wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei
die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers die anfängliche Policy-Entscheidung auf der Basis von Nutzerteilnahmeinformationen, lokaler Operator-Policy-Regeln und Dienst-Informationen trifft. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei, nachdem die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers die anfängliche Policy-Entscheidung getroffen hat, das Verfahren des Weiteren Folgendes umfasst:dass die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers die Ressourcenmodifizierungsanforderung zum Modifizieren der QoS-Ressourcen für die Dienste an eine PD-FE eines Visit-Location-Operators oder Wholesale-Service-Providers sendet; unddass die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers eine Ressourcenmodifizierungsantwort empfängt, die durch die PD-FE des Visit-Operators oder Wholesale-Service-Providers zurückgesendet wurde, und die Ressourcenmodifizierungsanforderung an die PE-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers sendet.
- Ressourcen- und Zulassungssteuerungsverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst:dass nach dem Empfangen einer Ressourcenfreigabeanforderung zum Freigeben von Quality of Service (QoS)-Ressourcen von Diensten (702), die durch einen Service Control Function (SCF) gesendet wurde, eine Policy Decision Functional Entity (PD-FE) eines Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers bestimmt, ob eine Policy Enforcement Functional Entity (PE-FE) des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers eine Policy für die Dienste geladen hat, und die Ressourcenfreigabeanforderung an die PE-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers sendet, um die darin installierte Policy zu entladen, wenn die Policy geladen wurde (707-709).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, das des Weiteren umfasst:dass nach dem Entladen der Policy die PE-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers eine Ressourcenfreigabeantwort an die PD-FE des Home-Operators oder Retail-Service-Providers zurücksendet.
