Claims (9)

  1. A method for controlling the operation of a set of inductors (2) of an induction cooking hob (1), said inductors (2) being distributed in a two-dimensional array in a cooking surface (3) of said induction cooking hob (1), and each inductor (2) being powered by an inverter powering device, said inductors (2) forming means of heating a container and means of detecting the presence of a container,
    said method comprising at least the following steps:
    - detecting at least one heating zone (Z1) composed of a subset of inductors (2) covered at least partially by a container;
    - depicting said at least one heating zone (Z1) on at least one means of display (6);
    - turning on the inductors (2) of said at least one heating zone (Z1);
    - turning off the inductors (2) of said at least one heating zone (Z1);
    - after turning off the inductors (2) of said at least one heating zone (Z1), determining that a first temperature threshold value has been exceeded within at least one warming zone in said cooking surface (3) belonging to said at least one heating zone (Z1);
    characterized in that said method further comprises at least the following step:
    - displaying at least one indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6),
    - wherein the position of said at least one indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6) is dependent on the position of said at least one warming zone detected in said cooking surface (3), and
    - wherein after detection of at least one new heating zone (Z2) composed of a subset of inductors (2) covered at least partially by a container, if the depiction of said at least one new heating zone (Z2) on said at least one means of display (6) at least partially overlaps the display of at least one zone for viewing an indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6), then said method comprises a step of turning off said at least one zone for viewing an indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (8), then said method comprises a step of turning off said at least one zone for viewing an indicator of residual heat (H) then a step of depicting said at least one new heating zone (Z2) on said at least one means of display (6).
  2. A method for controlling the operation of a set of inductors (2) of an induction cooking hob (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said at least one indicator of residual heat (H) is displayed in the same location as the depiction of said at least one heating zone (Z1) on said at least one means of display (6) once said first temperature threshold value is detected to have been crossed in said at least one heating zone (Z1).
  3. A method for controlling the operation of a set of inductors (2) of an induction cooking hob (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that-said method comprises a step of determining the coordinates representing said at least one heating zone (Z1) on said at least one means of display (6) during the step of detecting said at least one heating zone (Z1) on said cooking surface (3), and a step of assigning said coordinates representing said at least one heating zone (Z1) on said at least one means of display (6) to the positioning coordinates of said at least one indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one display (6) once said first temperature threshold value is detected to have been crossed in said at least one heating zone (Z1).
  4. A method for controlling the operation of a set of inductors (2) of an induction cooking hob (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said method comprises a step of turning off said at least one indicator of residual heat (H) following the determination that a second temperature threshold value has been crossed in said at least one warming zone in said cooking surface (3) belonging to said at least one heating zone (Z1), wherein said second temperature threshold value is less than said first temperature threshold value.
  5. A method for controlling the operation of a set of inductors (2) of an induction cooking hob (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that if the display of at least one first indicator of residual heat (H) is displayed on said at least one means of display (6) at least partially overlaps the display of at least one second indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6), then said method comprises a step of displaying said at least one indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6) corresponding to the warming zone of said cooking surface (3) where the highest temperature is determined.
  6. A method for controlling the operation of a set of inductors (2) of an induction cooking hob (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 5, said hob (1) comprising a plurality of temperature sensors (7) in said cooking surface (3) detecting at least one warming zone of said cooking surface (3), characterized in that:
    - said step of determining that a first temperature threshold value has been exceeded is implemented by means of at least one temperature sensor (7) in said cooking surface (3),
    - wherein said at least one temperature sensor (7) is covered at least partially by a container heated during said step of turning on the inductors (2) of said at least one heating zone (Z1), and
    - said step of displaying at least one indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6) displays the position of said at least one indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6) based on the position of said at least one temperature sensor (7) that detected that said first temperature threshold value had been exceeded in said cooking surface (3).
  7. A method for controlling the operation of a set of inductors (2) of an induction cooking hob (1) according to any one of the claims 1 to 5, said hob (1) comprising at least one energy meter detecting at least one warming zone of said cooking surface (3), characterized in that:
    - said step of determining that a first temperature threshold value had been exceeded is implemented by means of said at least one energy meter,
    - wherein said at least one energy meter determines a warming level of said at least one heating zone (Z1) based on at least one operating parameter of at least one inverter powering device, and
    - said step of displaying at least one residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6) displays the position of said at least one indicator of residual heat (H) on said at least one means of display (6) based on the operating data of said at least one inverter powering device recorded by said at least one energy meter that determined that said first temperature threshold value had been exceeded in said cooking surface (3).
  8. An induction cooking hob (1), comprising a set of inductors (2) distributed in a two-dimensional array in a cooking surface (3) of said induction cooking hob (1), each inductor (2) being powered by an inverter powering device, said inductors (2) forming means of heating a container and means of detecting the presence of a container, characterized in that it comprises control means adapted to implement the method of control according to any one of the claims 1 to 7.
  9. An induction cooking hob (1) according to claim 8, said hob (1) comprising a plurality of temperature sensors (7) in said cooking surface (3) detecting at least one warming zone of said cooking surface (3), characterized in that said inductors (2) are grouped into a group of inductors (8), and each group of inductors (8) comprising a single temperature sensor (7) measuring the temperature within a group of inductors (8).
