Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bügelhilfe zur Einlage in ein geschlossenes schlauchartiges Bekleidungsstück oder schlauchartigen Teilen eines Bekleidungsstückes zum thermischen Glätten desselben, allgemein als Bügeln bezeichnet, sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Verwahren derselben. Eine derartig als Bügelhilfe bezeichnete Einrichtung kann ebenso mit anderen Abmessungen zum Spannen von Krawatten verwendet werden.
Vorrichtungen zum Aufspannen eines geschlossenen schlauchartigen Bekleidungsstükkes beziehungsweise dessen Teile zum Bügeln, beispielsweise von Ärmeln und Taschen, sind allgemein bekannt.
Sie stellen in der Regel einen aus einem elastischem Draht gebogenen Bügel dar, der bezogen auf seine Figur und unabhängig von der Drahtstärke, nahezu flächenhaft und in einer Ebene befindlich ausgebildet ist, um beim Bügeln durch eine innere integrierte Federkraft das Gewebe zu strecken und das flächige Beseitigen von Falten, insbesondere unter Wärmezufuhr, nicht zu behindern. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, eine Lösung vorzuschlagen, bei deren Anwendung eine drahtförmige Bügelhilfe zum integrierten Bestandteil der Hilfsmittel zum thermischen Glätten von Bekleidungsstücken wird und ein besseres Handling derselben gegeben ist.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Bügelhilfe, die bekanntermaßen aus einem üblicherweise federnden Bügel mit zwei zueinander federnden und im ungespannten Gebrauchszustand zueinander einen im wesentlichen spitzen Winkel bildenden Schenkeln bestehend ausgebildet ist, wobei das auch u-förmig sein kann, der federnde Bügel eine solche Federkraft aufweisend ausgebildet ist, dass das schlauchartige Bekleidungsstück beim Einschieben des federnden Bügels von innen her durch diesen von innen gespreizt wird, jedoch die Schenkel eine Abknickung so aufweisend ausgebildet sind, dass die vor der Abknickung und nach der Abknickung liegenden Teile des jeweiligen Schenkels einen stumpfen Winkel zueinander bildend ausgebildet sind. Des weiteren weist mindestens einer der zueinander federnden Schenkel an seinem Ende eine Umbiegung auf, sodass diese eine Einlage umfassend aufnehmen kann. Diese Umbiegung wird erfindungsgemäß so gestaltet, dass sie, bezogen auf eine kreisrunde Abbiegung, mehr als 180 Winkelgrad umgreifend ausgebildet ist.
Diese Einlage kann das Markenzeichen des Herstellers oder dergleichen andere ähnliche Hinweise vermitteln. Die Abrundung kann ebenso zum Aufhängen der Bügelhilfe dienen, falls das erwünscht ist. Zur besseren Verwahrung der Bügelhilfe kann diese mit einer Profillasche kombiniert sein, in das zum Zweck der Aufnahme der Bügelhilfe einseitig offene und mit ihrer Öffnung einander zugewandte Haltenasen ausgebildet sind. Auf der Rückseite der Profillasche ist ein Haftmittel vorhanden, das ein Magnet sein kann, der aufgeklebt oder aufgeschraubt ist, um an der Profillasche dauerhaft zu verbleiben, wenn an der zum Bügeln verwendeten Unterlage ein entsprechender Gegenpol vorhanden ist. Ist dieser nicht gegeben, ist das Vorhandensein eines selbstklebenden Klettbandes mit seinen beiden sich funktionell ergänzenden Teilen zweckmäßig. Als Haftmittel kann des weiteren eine rein mechanisch aufgebaute und wirksame Klemme verwendet sein, beispielsweise eine Tischtuchklemme.
Es ist unerheblich, ob die Bügelhilfe aus v-förmig oder bogenförmig gegenläufig zu einander angeordneten Schenkeln besteht.
Zwischen den einander zugewandte Haltenasen kann ein weiteres Paar einseitig offener Haltenasen vorzugsweise auf der gleichen Flächenseite der Profillasche ausgebildet sein, wie die einseitig offenen und mit ihrer Öffnung einander zugewandten Haltenasen. Dieses weitere Paar einseitig offener Haltenasen ist dann zweckmäßig, wenn zum Bügeln schlauchförmiger Bekleidungsteile geringerer Breite, beispielsweise bei Taschen eines Hemdes, die Verwendung einer schmaler dimensionierten Bügelhilfe zweckmäßig ist oder es sich um einen Krawattenspanner handelt.
Die Erfindung soll nachstehend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher beschrieben werden. In der zugehörigen Zeichnung zeigt

Auf einer erfindungsgemäß gestalteten Profillasche 1 sind in dessen äußerem Bereich einseitig offene und mit ihrer Öffnung einander zugewandte Haltenasen 2' zur Aufnahme einer Bügelhilfe 3' ausgebildet. Dazwischen, vorzugsweise mittig orientiert, ist beispielhaft ein weiteres Paar einseitig offener Haltenasen 2" für eine weitere Bügelhilfe 3" für schmalere schlauchförmige Teile eines Bekleidungsstückes vorhanden.
Auf der Rückseite der Profillasche 1 ist beispielhaft mittels Verkleben als Haftmittel 4 ein Magnet befestigt, mit dessen Hilfe die Profillasche 1 in seiner Eigenschaft als Verwahreinrichtung für Bügelhilfen und dergleichen an einem geeigneten Beschlagteil des Bügelbrettes oder an anderer geeigneter Stelle gehalten werden kann. Alternativ kann der Magnet durch ein Stück selbstklebendes Klettband ersetzt sein, wobei der haftungsfähige Teil des Klettbandes in den gegenüberliegenden haftenden Teil eingreifend ausgebildet ist, um die Funktion umfassend zu gewährleisten. Der gegenüberliegende haftende Teil ist an anderer geeigneter Stelle befestigt.
Die Bügelhilfe 3' weist an mindestens einem ihrer freien Enden eine Umbiegung 5 so auf, dass ein siegelartiges Gebilde rastend in diese einlegbar ist. Diese Umschlingung weist einen Umfang von wenigstens 181 Winkelgrad auf. Des weiteren weist die Bügelhilfe 3', bezogen auf ihre flächenhafte Dimensionierung, in der 3. Dimension eine Abknickung 6 auf, sodass die vor der Abknickung liegenden Teile und die nach der Abknickung liegenden Teile des jeweiligen Schenkels einen stumpfen Winkel zueinander bilden. Diese Ausführung ist vorteilhaft, wenn beispielhaft Ärmel eines Anzugstückes zu bügeln sind.
