Abstract

L'invention concerne une table comprenant un plateau (2) et un piétement. Le plateau (2) se compose d'un premier panneau (4), d'un second panneau (5) et d'un film (6). Le premier panneau (4) est configuré pour rigidifier le plateau (2), le second panneau (5) étant fixé sur le dessus du premier panneau (4) et configuré pour permettre la fixation amovible du film (6). Le film (6) comprend des moyens de fixation amovible (7) sur le dessus du second panneau (5). En outre, le second panneau (5) se compose d'une structure en sandwich comprenant une âme centrale constituée dans un matériau polyéthylène et deux couches externes revêtant l'âme centrale et constituées chacune d'une feuille d'aluminium laquée.

Description

  • L'invention concerne une table et tout particulièrement la conception du plateau de table.
  • L'invention trouvera notamment son application pour la fabrication de tables de terrasse disposées notamment à l'extérieur des habitations, voire dans une véranda, sous une pergola ou une tonnelle, ou similaire. On peut toutefois envisager sa mise en oeuvre pour des tables d'intérieur.
  • Les tables se composent traditionnellement d'un plateau et d'un piétement, ce piétement étant par exemple constitué d'un pied central, voire de trois ou quatre pieds uniformément répartis, permettant le support du plateau.
  • Un inconvénient principal des tables concerne le plateau de table qui se détériore avec l'usage. En effet, la face supérieure du plateau sur laquelle sont posés les couverts, les assiettes, les verres, les vases ou d'autres produits, peut être rayée ou griffée avec l'usage. Dans le cas des tables de terrasse, cette détérioration de la face supérieure du plateau est également due aux rayons solaires et aux intempéries, étant donné que la table demeure généralement à l'extérieur durant toute la saison estivale, voire en permanence. Il est donc fréquent que les tables, notamment les tables de terrasse, soient remplacées après plusieurs saisons d'utilisation.
  • Cette fréquence de remplacement de tables, notamment les tables de terrasse, provient également de la lassitude des utilisateurs. En effet, les utilisateurs aiment de plus en plus changer régulièrement de mobiliers et préfèrent pour cela, acheter des produits bon marché en vue de les remplacer plus régulièrement, ce qui est très souvent en rapport avec la qualité de ces produits et par conséquent, ne fait qu'accentuer leur dégradation et ainsi, leur fréquence de remplacement.
  • L'invention vise à pallier ces inconvénients et propose pour cela une table comprenant de manière connue un plateau et un piétement. Le plateau comprend un premier panneau, configuré pour rigidifier le plateau et éviter que celui-ci ne se gondole du fait de son poids ou d'efforts extérieurs tels que le poids d'articles posés sur le plateau ou le poids de l'utilisateur lorsque celui-ci s'accoude par exemple sur ledit plateau. En outre, le plateau comprend également un second panneau et un film. Le second panneau est fixé sur le dessus du premier panneau et est configuré pour permettre la fixation amovible du film, ledit film comprenant des moyens de fixation amovible sur le dessus du second panneau. On retrouve de telles caractéristiques dans les documents US-2002/160680 , FR-2.733.891 , US-4.865.912 et GB-833.593 connus de la demanderesse.
  • Ces caractéristiques permettent de changer le film aussi souvent qu'on le souhaite, notamment lorsque ce film est usagé ou lorsque l'utilisateur souhaite tout simplement changer de décor, le film pouvant comprendre à cet effet divers coloris et/ou motifs, ce qui permet une personnalisation de la table. Cela permet en outre de conserver en permanence la base de la table et de remplacer tout simplement le film ; l'utilisateur peut alors investir à plus ou moins long terme dans une table robuste.
  • Selon l'invention, le second panneau est composé d'une structure en sandwich comportant une âme centrale et deux couches externes revêtant de part et d'autre l'âme centrale. L'âme centrale est constituée dans un matériau polyéthylène et les couches externes sont constituées chacune d'une feuille d'aluminium laquée. Un revêtement externe du second panneau au moyen de telles feuilles d'aluminium laquées permet avantageusement d'assurer une adhérence convenable du film lors de sa fixation, ainsi que son retrait sans difficulté.
  • De manière préférentielle, le premier panneau est constitué dans un matériau polychlorure de vinyle dit PVC, ce qui permet d'assurer une bonne rigidité audit premier panneau tout en limitant son épaisseur et en conséquence, sa masse. Bien entendu, on peut prévoir d'autres matériaux tels que le bois, le verre ou autres.
  • Selon l'invention, le premier panneau a une épaisseur comprise entre 10 et 15 mm. Pour le cas d'un premier panneau en PVC, cette épaisseur est de préférence de 10 mm.
  • Selon l'invention, le second panneau comprend une épaisseur de 2 à 5 mm. Dans le cadre d'un second panneau présentant une âme centrale revêtue de deux couches externes, ces couches externes comprennent une épaisseur préférentielle de 0,3 mm, l'épaisseur totale du second panneau étant de préférence de 3 mm.
  • De manière préférentielle, le film comprend une face inférieure revêtue d'une couche adhésive permettant son adhérence sur le dessus du second panneau. Bien entendu, d'autres moyens de fixation sur le film sont envisageables, notamment en fonction de la conception du second panneau.
  • Les caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront à la lecture suivante d'un mode préférentiel de conception de la table s'appuyant sur des figures, parmi lesquelles :
    • la figure 1 illustre une vue d'ensemble d'une table selon la présente invention ;
    • la figure 2 illustre une vue agrandie partielle en coupe du plateau de table ;
    • la figure 3 illustre une vue partielle agrandie en coupe du second panneau du plateau.
  • La table 1 objet de la présente invention, illustrée à la figure 1, comprend un plateau 2 et un piétement 3. Sur la figure 1, le piétement est constitué d'un pied central. On peut toutefois envisager trois ou quatre pieds uniformément répartis en dessous du plateau 2, selon la forme de celui-ci. A ce titre, le plateau peut disposer d'une forme circulaire voire d'une forme carrée ou rectangulaire.
  • Sur la figure 2, on constate que le plateau 2 de la table comprend un premier panneau 4, disposé en partie inférieure. Un second panneau 5 est fixé sur le dessus du premier panneau 4, cette fixation étant de préférence réalisée par collage. On peut toutefois envisager un vissage du second panneau 5 sur le premier panneau 4. La colle utilisée ainsi que les matériaux du premier panneau 4 et second panneau 5 seront donc appropriés pour permettre une fixation permanente entre lesdits premier et second panneaux.
  • Le plateau 2 comprend en outre un film 6 illustré sur la figure 2, ce film 6 étant fixé de manière amovible sur le dessus du second panneau 5. Pour cela, le film comprend sur sa face inférieure une couche adhésive 7, cette couche adhésive 7 de même que le revêtement externe du second panneau 5 permettant de réaliser facilement le positionnement du film 6 puis son retrait une fois celui-ci usagé, par exemple.
  • Tel qu'illustré en figure 3, le second panneau 5 est constitué d'une âme centrale 8 revêtue en partie supérieure et en partie inférieure de deux couches externes 9, 10. Cette âme centrale 8 est réalisée en polyéthylène compact tandis que les couches externes 9,10 sont constituées de feuilles d'aluminium laquées. Cela permet une fixation et un retrait facile du film 6 au moyen de la couche adhésive 7.
  • Le premier panneau 4 est de préférence réalisé dans un matériau polychlorure de vinyle dit PVC. On peut toutefois envisager sa conception dans du bois.
  • De préférence, l'âme centrale 8 présente une épaisseur de 2,4 mm et les couches externes 9, 10 comprennent chacune une épaisseur de 0,3 mm.
  • De même, le premier panneau 4 comprend de préférence une épaisseur de 10 mm.
  • Des variantes de conception sont envisageables sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.

Claims (5)

  1. Table (1) comprenant un plateau (2) et un piétement (3), le plateau (2) se composant d'un premier panneau (4) configuré pour rigidifier le plateau, d'un second panneau (5) et d'un film (6), le second panneau (5) étant fixé sur le dessus du premier panneau (4) et configuré pour permettre la fixation amovible du film (6), ledit film (6) comprenant des moyens de fixation amovible (7) sur le dessus dudit second panneau (5), caractérisée en ce que le second panneau (5) se compose d'une structure en sandwich comprenant une âme centrale (8) constituée dans un matériau polyéthylène et deux couches externes (9,10) revêtant l'âme centrale (8) et constituées chacune d'une feuille d'aluminium laquée.
  2. Table (1) selon la revendication 1, le premier panneau (4) étant constitué dans un matériau polychlorure de vinyle (PVC).
  3. Table (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le premier panneau (4) ayant une épaisseur de 10 à 15 mm.
  4. Table (1) selon la revendication 1, le premier panneau (4) étant un panneau de bois.
  5. Table (1) selon la revendication 1, le film (6) comprenant une face inférieure revêtue d'un adhésif (7).
