Abstract

Vorgestellt wird eine Fahrzeugleuchte (10) mit wenigstens einer Lichtleiter-Vorsatzoptik (18), die dazu eingerichtet ist, Licht einer Lichtquelle (16) über eine Lichteinkoppelfläche (22) aufzunehmen und über Lichtauskoppelflächen (24, 26) auszukoppeln, wobei jede Lichtauskoppelfläche (24, 26) über einen Auskoppelarm (28, 30) optisch mit der Lichteinkoppelfläche (22) verbunden ist. Die Fahrzeugleuchte (10) zeichnet sich da durch aus, dass die Vorsatzoptik (18) einen Bereich (32) aufweist, in dem das eingekoppelte Licht gleichmäßig auf die einzelnen Auskoppelarme (28, 30) aufgeteilt wird, wobei die Auskoppelarme (28, 30) mit Lichteintrittsquerschnitten in den genannten Bereich (32) übergehen, deren Größe umgekehrt proportional zur dort herrschenden Lichtstromdichte ist.
