  • Dans le cas d'un produit constitué par un ensemble de brins maintenus assemblés par au moins un lien comme par exemple un tuyau enroulé en couronne, il existe deux méthodes principales pour y associer un cartonnage signalétique.
  • Le cartonnage, selon une première méthode, est percé d'au moins une ouverture (trois de préférence) et posé sur la couronne de tuyau et un opérateur ficelle ensemble manuellement cartonnage et couronne au moyen d'un lien passé à travers la ou chacune des ouvertures. A l'aide d'une machine semi-automatique, il soude les deux extrémités de chaque lien serré sur le cartonnage et la couronne. Une telle solution s'avère longue et fastidieuse donc peu adaptée à une production en grande série. En outre, elle fait appel à une machine pour souder le lien de fixation ou à défaut, une agrafeuse, ou à défaut encore à une opération de nouage.
  • Selon une deuxième méthode, il est également connu d'associer ce cartonnage posé sur une couronne de tuyau au moyen d'un film thermo-rétractable transparent. Bien qu'une telle solution soit simple, elle requiert aussi l'utilisation d'une machine pour rétracter le film thermo-rétractable. Certains marchés n'acceptent pas ce genre de produit qui est par ailleurs fragile et déchirable.
    • OBJET DE L'INVENTION
  • Un but de l'invention est de fournir un produit composite constitué par un ensemble de brins liés entre eux et par une feuille reliée aux brins par l'intermédiaire d'une attache, attache grâce à laquelle l'association de la feuille aux brins est simple et rapide.
    • BREVE DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION
  • A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un produit constitué par un ensemble de brins maintenus assemblés par au moins un lien et par une feuille reliée aux brins par l'intermédiaire d'une attache, caractérisé en ce que la feuille comporte au moins une ouverture et en ce que l'attache comporte, en une seule pièce, une partie apte à recouvrir au moins une portion du bord de l'ouverture susdite et au moins une patte susceptible d'être glissée sous le lien susdit au travers de l'ouverture et d'indexer l'attache sur le lien dans une direction transversale au lien.
  • Dans la forme de réalisation la plus simple de l'invention, l'attache est simplement constituée par une traverse en forme de lame qui est glissée sous le lien, qui comporte un logement central dans lequel se loge le lien et dont les deux extrémités prennent appui sur les bords de l'ouverture du cartonnage.
  • Selon un mode préféré de réalisation, l'attache se présente sous la forme d'un bouton formé par un disque dont au moins une dimension transversale est supérieure à au moins une dimension transversale de l'ouverture et dont l'une des faces porte la patte susdite, écartée du disque d'une distance égale sensiblement à l'épaisseur du lien, une première extrémité de cette patte étant liée à ladite face par une racine et la deuxième extrémité étant libre pour pouvoir être glissée sous une partie du lien susdit découverte par l'ouverture de la feuille et indexée perpendiculairement à ce lien .
  • De préférence, le disque comporte deux pattes, l'une étant le symétrique de l'autre par rapport à l'axe central du disque.
  • De préférence, l'extrémité libre de la patte est effilée.
  • Selon un mode préféré de réalisation, le disque comporte au moins deux butées d'indexation de la patte par rapport au lien, la première et la deuxième butée d'indexation étant séparées d'une distance un peu supérieure à la largeur du lien. De préférence, la première butée d'indexation est la racine de la patte et le disque comporte une rampe, disposée sur la face du disque portant la patte, de sorte que la fin de la rampe forme un taquet en regard de la première butée d'indexation pour former la deuxième butée d'indexation. Lorsque, comme indiqué ci-dessus, l'attache comporte deux pattes, elle comporte aussi deux autres butées d'indexation, symétriques des premières par rapport à l'axe central du disque autour duquel le bouton est manoeuvré en rotation.

    DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION
  • L'invention est illustrée en application à un tuyau enroulé et maintenu en couronne par des liens de fixation. Cette application n'est bien sûr pas limitative et on pourra appliquer l'invention à tout produit constitué par un ensemble de brins maintenus assemblés par au moins un lien.
  • En référence à la figure 1, dans une forme de réalisation simple de l'invention, des brins 1 sont assemblés par un lien 2. Une feuille 3, posée sur les brins 1, est reliée au lien 2 par l'intermédiaire d'une attache 4. L'attache 4 est constituée par une traverse 5 en forme de lame qui est glissée sous le lien 2, la traverse 5 comportant une encoche 6 dans lequel se loge le lien 2, et dont les deux extrémités prennent appui sur une portion du bord de l'ouverture 7 de la feuille 3. L'attache 4 est ainsi indexée sur le lien 2 dans une direction transversale au lien 2 de sorte que la traverse 5 soit maintenue en position sous le lien 2 de façon irréversible, au moins sous un effort raisonnable de traction de l'attache 4 dans la direction transversale.
  • En référence à la figure 2, un tuyau est attaché en couronne de tuyau 8 par l'intermédiaire de quatre liens 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d. Habituellement, les liens employés pour attacher une couronne de tuyau sont principalement des rubans plats en matière plastique.
  • Une feuille 10, par exemple une plaquette cartonnée portant des informations relatives au tuyau, comporte un panneau principal disposé sur la couronne de tuyau 8 et un panneau latéral rabattu sur le côté de la couronne de tuyau 8. Le panneau principal comporte deux ouvertures 11a, 11b circulaires et le panneau latéral comporte une ouverture 11c circulaire. La feuille 10 est liée à la couronne de tuyau 8 par l'intermédiaire d'attaches identiques ici au nombre de trois (représentées en noir sur le dessin). Deux premières attaches 12a, 12b lient, au travers des ouvertures 11a, 11b du panneau principal, la feuille 10 aux portions des liens 9a, 9b des enroulements de tuyau qui sont découvertes par les ouvertures 11a, 11b du panneau principal et une troisième attache 12c lie, au travers de l'ouverture 11c du panneau latéral, la feuille 10 à la portion du lien 9c des enroulements de tuyau qui est découverte par l'ouverture 11c du panneau latéral.
  • En référence aux figures 2 à 4, dans une forme de réalisation préférée de l'invention, chaque attache 12a, 12b, 12c se présente sous la forme d'un bouton formé par un disque 13, d'axe central A, dont le rayon est supérieur au rayon des ouvertures 11a, 11b, 11c. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le bouton pourra bien sûr présenter une autre géométrie qu'un disque à condition qu'au moins une dimension transversale du bouton soit supérieure à au moins une dimension transversale de l'ouverture sur laquelle repose l'attache dans sa position de service de sorte qu'il y ait un recouvrement, au moins partiel, de la feuille par le bouton et ce au-delà d'une portion du bord de l'ouverture.
  • Sur la face supérieure 13a du disque 13, par opposition à la face 13b orientée vers la feuille 10 dite face inférieure, le disque 13 comporte ici deux barrettes de manoeuvre 14, diamétralement opposées sur le disque 13. On notera que le disque 13 pourra ne pas comporter de barrettes de manoeuvre 14.
  • Le disque 13 comporte une première patte 15 et une deuxième patte 16.
  • La première patte 15 est latéralement écartée de l'axe central A du disque 13 d'une distance d au moins supérieure à la moitié de la largeur du lien 9a, 9b ou 9c. La première patte 15 est en forme de lame et est parallèle à la face inférieure 13b du disque 13. Elle comporte une première extrémité libre 17, et une deuxième extrémité 18 liée à la face inférieure 13b du disque 13 par une racine 19 d'une hauteur h sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur du lien 9a, 9b ou 9c de sorte que la première patte 15 est écartée par la racine 19 de la face inférieure 13b de la hauteur h. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la première extrémité libre 17 de la première patte 15 est effilée.
  • La deuxième patte 16 est la symétrique de la première patte 15 par rapport à l'axe central A du disque 13. Les deux pattes 15, 16 sont ainsi écartées latéralement l'une de l'autre, par rapport à l'axe central A du disque 13, d'une distance D au moins supérieure à la largeur du lien 9a, 9b ou 9c.
  • L'invention concerne également une variante de réalisation de celle décrite ci-dessus, mais non représentée, qui ne comporte qu'une patte agissant comme la transverse 5 de la figure 1 pour accrocher l'attache au lien.
  • La racine de chaque patte 15,16 forme une première butée d'indexation 21,22 du disque 13 par rapport au lien correspondant. La face inférieure 13b du disque 13 porte également deux rampes 23,24, chaque rampe 23,24 étant associée à une des pattes 15,16 et possédant une hauteur maximale inférieure à la hauteur h de la racine de chaque patte 15,16. Chaque rampe 23,24 est disposée sur la face inférieure 13b du disque 13 de sorte que la fin de la rampe 23,24 forme un taquet en regard de la première butée d'indexation 21,22, et forme ainsi une deuxième butée d'indexation 25,26 du disque 13, la première 21,25 et la deuxième 22,26 butées d'indexation étant séparées d'une distance sensiblement supérieure à la largeur du lien 9a,9b,9c.
  • Lorsqu'un opérateur souhaite attacher la feuille 10 à la couronne de tuyau 8, il place la feuille 10 au-dessus de la couronne de tuyau 8 de sorte qu'au travers de l'ouverture 11a, 11b, 11c de la feuille 10, une portion du lien correspondant 9a, 9b, 9c soit apparente et découverte.
  • L'opérateur place ensuite le disque 13 au-dessus d'une des ouvertures par exemple l'ouverture 11a, en s'aidant des barrettes de manoeuvres 14, de sorte que les pattes 15,16 s'étendent parallèlement au lien 9a. Le disque 13 recouvre alors entièrement le bord de l'ouverture 11a et les deux pattes 15,16 sont introduites au travers de l'ouverture 11a.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le disque 13 comporte à son centre une ouverture traversante 20, ici en forme de croix. L'ouverture traversante 20 pourra toutefois être d'une toute autre forme. L'ouverture traversante 20 constitue une fenêtre de visualisation et d'orientation angulaire du disque 13 par rapport au lien 9a ce qui facilite la mise en place du disque 13 et notamment l'orientation des pattes 15,16 par rapport au lien 9a.
  • L'opérateur tourne alors le disque 13, grâce aux barrettes de manoeuvre 14, autour de l'axe central A du disque 13 de sorte que l'extrémité libre de chaque patte 15,16 glisse sous le lien 9a, l'effilement des pattes 15,16 facilitant ce glissement. Les pattes 15,16 étant symétriques par rapport à l'axe central A, les extrémités libres de chaque patte 15,16 glissent simultanément sous le lien 9a. Par ailleurs, les rampes 23,24 permettent au lien 9a de passer au-dessus de leur taquet.
  • L'opérateur continue de tourner le disque 13 jusqu'à ce que le lien 9a bute sur la première butée d'indexation 21,22 formée par la racine de chaque patte 15,16. Selon l'invention, les pattes 15,16 et les rampes 23,24 sont dimensionnées de sorte que les pattes 15,16 s'étendent sensiblement perpendiculairement au lien 9a lorsque que le lien 9a bute sur la première butée d'indexation 21,22.
  • Dans cette position, le lien 9a se trouve alors bloqué entre les premières butées d'indexation 21,22, formées par la racine de chaque patte 15,16, et les deux secondes butées d'indexation 25,26 formées par le taquet de chaque rampe 23,24 de sorte que le disque 13 se trouve ainsi indexé sur le lien 9a dans une direction transversale au lien 9a. Ainsi les pattes 15,16 sont maintenues en position sous le lien 9a de façon irréversible, au moins sous un effort raisonnable de rotation inverse du disque 13.
  • La feuille 10 et le lien 9a sont ainsi liés par le disque 13. Par un simple geste de rotation, l'opérateur peut ainsi fixer en un point la feuille 10 à la couronne de tuyau 8.
  • L'invention n'est pas limitée à ce qui vient d'être décrit et englobe toute variante entrant dans le cadre défini par les revendications.
  • En particulier, bien qu'ici l'opérateur lie la feuille 10 au lien 9a par un mouvement de rotation du disque 13, le disque 13 pourra être conformé pour que l'opérateur lie la feuille 10 au lien 9a au moyen d'un autre mouvement du disque 13.

Claims (9)

  1. Produit constitué par un ensemble de brins (1,8) maintenus assemblés par au moins un lien (2,9a,9b,9c,9d) et par une feuille (3,10) reliée aux brins (1,8) par l'intermédiaire d'une attache (4,12a,12b,12c) caractérisé en ce que la feuille (3,10) comporte au moins une ouverture (7, 11a, 11b, 11c) et en ce que l'attache (4,12a,12b,12c) comporte, en une seule pièce, une partie (5,13) apte à recouvrir au moins une portion du bord de l'ouverture (7,11a,11b,11c) susdite et au moins une patte (5,15) susceptible d'être glissée sous le lien (2,9a,9b,9c,9d) susdit au travers de l'ouverture (7,11a,11b,11c) et d'indexer l'attache (4,12a,12b,12c) sur le lien (2,9a,9b,9c) dans une direction transversale au lien.
  2. Produit selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'attache (12a,12b,12c) se présente sous la forme d'un bouton formé par un disque (13) dont au moins une dimension transversale est supérieure à au moins une dimension transversale de l'ouverture (11a,11b,11c) et dont l'une des faces (13b) porte la patte susdite, écartée du disque (13) d'une distance (h) égale sensiblement à l'épaisseur du lien, une première extrémité (18) de cette patte (15) étant liée à ladite face par une racine (19) et la deuxième extrémité (17) étant libre pour pouvoir être glissée sous une partie du lien (9a,9b,9c) susdit découverte par l'ouverture (11a,11b,11c) de la feuille (10) et indexée perpendiculairement à ce lien.
  3. Produit selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le disque (13) comporte deux pattes (15,16), l'une (16) étant le symétrique de l'autre (15) par rapport à l'axe central (A) du disque (13).
  4. Produit selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (17) de la patte (15) est effilée.
  5. Produit selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le disque (13) comporte deux butées d'indexation (21,25) pour maintenir la patte (15) en position sous le lien (9a,9b,9c), la première et la deuxième butée (21,25) d'indexation étant séparées d'une distance sensiblement supérieure à la largeur du lien (9a,9b,9c).
  6. Produit selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la première butée d'indexation (21) est la racine (19) de la patte (15).
  7. Produit selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le disque (13) comporte une rampe (23), disposée sur la face (13b) du disque portant la patte (15), de sorte que la fin de la rampe (23) forme un taquet en regard de la première butée d'indexation (21) pour former la deuxième butée d'indexation (25).
  8. Produit selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'autre face (13a) du disque comporte des barrettes de manoeuvre (14).
  9. Produit selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le disque (13) comporte à son centre une ouverture traversante (20).
