Claims (15)
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) für Dokumente, Banknoten, Sicherheitspapier und Ähnliches, das eine kontinuierliche Stützschicht (31) umfasst, auf der zumindest eine metallisierte Schicht (12; 22; 32) bereitgestellt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Schicht eines Drucks (13; 24; 35), die einen Bereich niedriger Reflexion (13) ausbildet, in einem anderen Bereich als die metallisierte Schicht (12; 22; 32) ausgebildet ist, um eine unterschiedliche Abmessungswahrnehmung das Sicherheitselements (10; 20; 30) zu haben, wenn das Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) zumindest teilweise in ein Dokument und Ähnliches eingefügt ist, wenn es unter reflektiertem Licht betrachtet wird und wenn es gegen das Licht betrachtet wird. - Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich hoher Reflexion eine Reflexion aufweist, die gleich wie oder größer als 1,2-mal die optische Dichte ist.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die metallisierte Schicht (12; 22; 32) aus einem Edelmetall, Aluminium, Chrom, Kupfer, Nickel oder einer Kombination daraus hergestellt ist.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Edelmetall Gold ist.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die metallisierte Schicht einem Präge- oder Gussprozess ausgesetzt ist.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die metallisierte Schicht (12; 22; 32) aus Metalllegierungen hergestellt ist, die in einem Vakuum abgelagert sind.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehr der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, es einen Bereich niedriger Reflexion (13; 24; 35) in einem Zentralbereich umfasst, der in Längsrichtung an beiden Kanten durch eine Schicht hoher Reflexion flankiert ist.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehr der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es an dem Bereich niedriger Reflexion (13; 24; 35) grafische Markierungen (15; 25) umfasst, die in negativer und/oder positiver Form gedruckt sind und gegen das Licht wahrnehmbar sind, und/oder dass es an dem Bereich hoher Reflexion grafische Markierungen und Ähnliches umfasst, die mit niedriger Reflexion gedruckt sind, um in einem reflektierten Licht wahrnehmbar zu sein.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es an dem Bereich hoher Reflexion (12; 22; 32) einen holografischen Lack (23; 33) umfasst.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auf der metallisierten Schicht (12; 22; 32) Materialien umfasst, die geeignet sind, die Emission von verschiedenen Farben zu ermöglichen.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialien Aluminium, Magnesiumsulfid und Chrom umfassen.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Schicht eines fluoreszierenden oder phosphoreszierenden oder schillernden Materials umfasst, und/oder dass es in dem Bereich niedriger Reflexion (13; 24; 35) magnetische Elemente (37) umfasst.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die magnetischen Elemente (37) einen Code ausbilden, der durch eine Maschine erfasst werden kann, und/oder dass die magnetischen Elemente (37) mit Abschnitten ineinander geschachtelt sind, die mit negativen grafischen Markierungen bereitgestellt sind.
- Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich niedriger Reflexion (13; 24; 35) eine Tinte und bevorzugt eine nicht metallische Tinte umfasst, und/oder dass der Bereich niedriger Reflexion (13; 24; 35) durch Tiefdruck, Siebdruck, Offset-Druck oder durch Ablagerung und Übertragung von Bändern oder Lacken aufgebracht wird.
- Dokument, Banknote, Sicherheitskarte und Ähnliches, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Sicherheitselement (10; 20; 30) nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen umfasst, das vollständig eingefügt ist oder das in Segmenten eingefügt ist.
