que les branches de pince (1a, 1b) sont montées de manière à pouvoir pivoter ensemble horizontalement autour d'un axe de pivotement (3), sachant qu'un épaulement (10) équipé d'au moins un aimant (11) est prévu sur le côté faisant face aux branches de pince (1a, 1b) par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (3), et sachant qu'un bloc de maintien de pince (2) fixé au niveau d'une étoile ou similaire est équipé, au niveau de son côté tourné vers la pince (1), d'au moins un aimant (12), sachant que les aimants (11, 12) se faisant face essentiellement horizontalement de l'épaulement (10) et du bloc de maintien de pince (2) présentent entre eux une distance, qui permet les mouvements de pivotement horizontaux des pinces, sachant que les orientations des pôles des aimants (11, 12) respectifs sont choisies de telle manière que la pince (1) est maintenue ou est ramenée dans une position de consigne radiale. - Pince selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de maintien de pince (2) est équipé de deux aimants (12a, 12b) de même sens se trouvant à distance.
- Pince selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les axes centraux (3) à travers les aimants (12, 11) dans le bloc de maintien de pince d'une part et dans l'épaulement (10) des pinces pouvant pivoter présentent entre eux une distance verticale (flèche 15), de telle manière que la pince (1) est maintenue sur son arbre de pivotement dans le sens opposé à la direction de la gravité.
- Pince selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la pince (1) pourvue des branches de pince (1a, 1b), un palier de pivotement (4) de la pince (1) et l'épaulement (10) pour un aimant permanent (11) ainsi que le bloc de maintien de pince (2) associé pourvu de logements d'aimant sont confectionnés à partir d'une matière plastique, sachant que les aimants permanents (11, 12) sont intégrés, en particulier sont scellés, dans la matière plastique.
- Pince selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la pince (1) pourvue des branches de pince (1a, 1b), le palier de pivotement (4) de la pince (1) et l'épaulement (10) pour un aimant permanent (11) sont réalisés sous la forme d'un élément en matière plastique.
- Pince selon la revendication 2 ou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'aimant permanent (11) de l'épaulement (10) de la pince (1) et les deux aimants permanents (12) dans la zone de maintien de pince sont orientés les uns par rapport aux autres avec des pôles identiques afin d'exercer une force de centrage.
- Pince (1) servant à saisir des goulots de bouteille, en particulier des bouteilles en PET, destinée à être utilisée dans des installations de remplissage de bouteilles, laquelle présente deux branches de pince (1a, 1b) présentant au niveau d'un côté des zones de préhension (8), sachant que les branches de pince (1 a, 1 b) peuvent pivoter dans le plan horizontal, caractérisée en ce que la pince (1") présente, dans la zone de l'axe de pivotement, des aimants permanents (16) et sachant qu'un bloc de maintien (2) fixé au niveau d'une étoile ou similaire présente un épaulement (17) ou similaire positionné au-dessus de la zone de pivotement des branches de pince, lequel est équipé, au niveau de son côté tourné vers la pince (1"), d'au moins un aimant (18), sachant que les aimants (16, 18) se faisant face essentiellement verticalement de la pince (1) et de l'épaulement (17) présentent entre eux une distance, qui permet le mouvement de pivotement horizontal, sachant que les orientations des pôles des aimants (16, 18) respectifs sont choisies de telle manière que la pince (1) est maintenue ou ramenée dans une position de consigne radiale.
- Pince selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'aimant ou les aimants (18) dans le bloc de maintien de pince d'une part et le ou les aimants (16) dans la zone de pivotement de la pince (1") présentent une distance verticale, de telle manière que la pince (1 ") est maintenue sur son arbre de pivotement à l'encontre de la direction de la gravité.
