Abstract

The self-adhesive notepaper holder of the present invention provides a holder body (1) that combines with a ruler (2); the holder body is hollow and provided with a holding space(10) to accommodate a draw-off notepaper (3); at least one groove is provided on the surface of the holder body for output of the draw-off notepaper; the holder body and the ruler are prefabricated, several partitions may be provided within the holding space to accommodate several draw-off notepapers, and closed by cover (4); with this combination, users can conduct office work more efficiently and freely while recording, labeling, and leaving messages.

Description

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention generally relates to a self-adhesive notepaper holder, and more particularly to an innovative one that permits a combination of different self-adhesive notepaper holders with a ruler so as to prevent the waste of space and utilize them more efficiently.

2. Description of Related Art

Self-adhesive notepaper for marking, labeling, recording and messaging purposes is generally available with writing, printing and labeling functions. Meanwhile, it can be adhered flexibly to the visible locations to allow convenient real-time reminding of the users. Besides, the self-adhesive notepaper can be fabricated into a structure of different dimensions and colors for more visible visual effect.
Such self-adhesive notepaper is mostly of a single notepaper structure or otherwise combined with an accommodating seat; yet, different types of notepaper are generally required for the office work and this may lead to disorderly placement of notepaper and affect the working efficiency.
To overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement if the art provides an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy of use of the self-adhesive notepaper.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention provides a self-adhesive notepaper holder as specified in claim 1.
The invention also includes a self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 6.
Embodiments of the invention may provide a self-adhesive notepaper holder, which can address the problems of conventional self-adhesive notepaper (e.g.: difficult drawing-off) through extremely simple and flexible operating modes; and the self-adhesive notepaper is adhered onto a mechanism for easy gripping or onto a stationery device for convenient holding or movement.
For the aforementioned purpose, embodiments of a self-adhesive notepaper holder are designed in such a manner that a holder body combines with a ruler; the hollow holder body is provided with a holding space to accommodate draw-off notepapers; at least a groove is set on the surface of the holder body for easy output of the draw-off notepaper; a ruler with scale and a contacting surface is provided; moreover, the holder body and the ruler are prefabricated, and multiple fabricated partitions are arranged within the holding space for arrangement of several draw-off notepapers, and sealed by a baffle plate; with this combination, users can conduct the office work efficiently and freely while recording, labeling and leaving messages .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIGS. land 2, first embodiment of the invention is a self-adhesive notepaper holder, which comprises: a prefabricated holder body 1 and a ruler 2. A draw-off notepaper 3 is placed into the holder body 1.
The holder body 1 is of an elongate pattern with both ends of a curved surface; the holder body 1 is provided with a holding space 10, an opening is set under the holder body; the circumference of the opening is designed into ladder shape, at upper edge of which several coupling portions 11 are arranged correspondingly; moreover, a long groove 12 is set on the curved surface of the holder body 1 correspondingly to the holding space 10.
The ruler 2 is available with any pattern, for instance an elongated pattern in the preferred embodiment for measurement; a contacting surface 20 is set onto the ruler 2, and said holder body 1 is formed by the protruded contacting surface 20; a scale 21 is set on either side of the ruler 2, or both sides of the ruler 2 for different measurement purposes.
The draw-off notepaper 3 is of a long sheet pattern, and several sheets of self-adhesive notepaper can be superimposed vertically and misaligned transversely, or adhered partially, so that the self-adhesive notepaper can be drawn out successively; moreover, the draw-off notepaper 3 is placed into the holding space 10 of the holder body 1, and a baffle plate 4 is arranged across the spacing between the coupling portions 11 of the holding space 10 and the ladder shape to avoid shedding off and also prevent falling of the loaded draw-off notepaper 3; meanwhile, the uppermost sheet of self-adhesive notepaper is partially protruded from the long groove 12 of the holder body 1 for convenient drawing-off.
FIGS. 3 and 4 are perspective views of a second embodiment of the invention, wherein several partitions 13 are provided in the holding space 10 of the holder body 1 to divide it into a plurality of compartments 14 for accommodating respective supplies of draw-off notepaper 3 of the aforementioned structure; at least a long groove 12 is set correspondingly on the surface of the holder body 1 for output of the draw-off notepaper 3.
FIGS. 5 to 7 depict exploded and assembly views of a third embodiment. This embodiment has an enlarged holder body 1 and ruler 2.
Referring to FIG. 5, the holder body 1 is provided with a holding space 10, which is segregated into different compartments 14 by vertical and transverse partitions 13, for accommodating supplies of draw-off notepaper 3 of different dimensions; similarly, a baffle plate 4 is arranged across the spacing between the coupling portions 11 of the holding space 10 and the ladder shape to avoid shedding off as shown in FIG. 6; moreover, every spacing 14 is provided with long grooves 12 connected correspondingly, so that every uppermost sheet of self-adhesive notepaper can be protruded from the long groove 12, allowing users to draw off selectively, as shown in FIG. 7.
The allow simple and convenient loading and operation; and the draw-off notepaper 3 of several dimensions provides multiple options and save the cost of repetitive purchase; additionally, the combination of prefabricated self-adhesive notepaper holder and the ruler 2 of different scales constitute a novel utility model. Especially when the notepaper holder is incorporated onto the ruler 2, the protruding self-adhesive notepaper holder enables free displacement and convenient operation; on the other hand, the ruler 2 is available with other functions. Furthermore, the draw-off notepaper 3 can be segregated by different colors for the purpose of sorting and marking.
In sum, the "self-adhesive notepaper holder" of the embodiments is combined with a ruler to realize multiplied practicability and ease-of-operation with breakthrough functional improvements.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to the illustrated embodiments, it is to be understood that many possible modifications and variations can be made within the scope of the claims.

Claims

A self-adhesive notepaper holder comprising:
a holder body (1) provided with a holding space (10) to accommodate a draw-off notepaper supply and an output aperture (12) for output of the draw-off notepaper supply; and

a ruler (2) to which said holder body is connected.
A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the holding space (10) is provided with an opening, a plurality of coupling portions is arranged on the circumference of said opening and cover is provided for closing said opening.
A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein at least one partition (13) is set within the holding space of the holder body to form a plurality of compartments for accommodating respective draw-off notepaper supplies.
A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the holder body is provided with a plurality of output apertures (12) connected with the holding space for output of respective draw-off notepaper supplies.
A self-adhesive notepaper holder as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein said holder body (1) and ruler (2) are integral.
A self-adhesive notepaper holder comprising a measuring device (2) provided with a body (1) defining a compartment (10) for receiving a supply of draw-off notepaper and having an output aperture (12) for the output of draw-off notepaper.
