- the position of the liquid permeable filter 240 within the annular cover portion 230 is such that the filter is at a sufficient distance from the first opening 210 and the underside 235 of said annular cover portion, such that no undesirable solid substances will be left in the liquid container such that said filter will jam against said annular cover portion, in a manner such as to impede the flow of liquid from the container through the opening.

Claims (9)
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) pour un récipient de boisson (110), ledit moyen d'étanchéité (100) comprenant une partie de couvercle annulaire (230) pour recouvrir une ouverture à une extrémité supérieure (120) d'un récipient de boisson (110), ladite partie de couvercle annulaire (230) ayant une ouverture (210) à travers laquelle le liquide peut être consommé à partir du récipient de boisson (110) et une partie de paroi latérale périphérique (260) qui est disposée autour d'un bord périphérique extérieur (280) de la partie de couvercle annulaire (230), et ledit moyen d'étanchéité (100) comprenant également un filtre perméable au liquide (240) positionné entre la partie de couvercle annulaire (230) du moyen d'étanchéité (100) et l'ouverture située à l'extrémité supérieure (120) du récipient de boisson (110), caractérisé en ce que la partie de couvercle annulaire (230) du moyen d'étanchéité (100) est en outre pourvue d'au moins un élément de montage comprenant une saillie (250), dont la surface périphérique extérieure coopère avec le bord périphérique intérieur (410) d'une ouverture (400) dans le filtre perméable au liquide (240) pour guider ledit filtre (240) lors du montage de celui-ci et pour retenir ledit filtre (240) après le montage de celui-ci, que la saillie comprend un tube (250) et que la partie de couvercle annulaire (230) du moyen d'étanchéité (100) en outre présente une autre, deuxième ouverture (220), donnant accès à l'intérieur du récipient de boisson (110), autour duquel ledit tube (250) est disposé.
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (250) est située au milieu sur la face inférieure (235) de la partie de couvercle annulaire (230), s'étendant vers le bas de celle-ci.
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (250) est conique.
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de la saillie (250) est supérieure à la hauteur de la partie de paroi latérale périphérique (260) de la partie de couvercle annulaire (230) si bien que le bord inférieur de ladite saillie se trouve au-dessous du bord inférieur de ladite partie de paroi latérale périphérique.
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de couvercle annulaire (230) du moyen d'étanchéité (100) définit un siège (265) pour le filtre perméable au liquide (240).
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit siège (265) et ladite partie de paroi latérale périphérique (260) de la partie de couvercle annulaire (230) définissent une partie de fixation pour le récipient de boisson (110).
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (210) à travers laquelle le liquide peut être consommé à partir du récipient de boisson (110) s'ouvre dans un moyen de lèvre (215) de la partie de couvercle annulaire (230), ledit moyen de lèvres imitant la forme de la bordure d'une chope ou d'une tasse.
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du matériau du moyen de lèvre (215) est supérieure à l'épaisseur du matériau de la partie de couvercle annulaire (230), ce qui permet une meilleure isolation.
- Moyen d'étanchéité (100) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le périphérique (310) du moyen de lèvre (215) est égal à 1/5 à ¼ de la périphérique totale (320) de la partie de couvercle annulaire (230).
