Claims (12)

  1. A mobile device configured as an identification device for a keyless activation of a closing device of a motor vehicle, for activating an electric component (50), in particular a switch (50), which component is arranged within a housing (10) comprising an upper part (11) and a lower part (12), with a recess (13) provided in the housing (10), with
    at least one elastic key element (31) accessible from outside, which is received in the recess (13), the key element (31) comprising a contact means (32), wherein the contact means (32) faces the inside of the housing (10) for activating the electric component (50), and
    a carrier (35) retaining the key element (31) on the housing (10),
    wherein the carrier (35) and the key element (31) are made of different materials and form a common assembly component (30), wherein the assembly component (30) is attached to the upper part (11) of the housing (10), wherein the contact means (32) is arranged inside an opening (14) of the housing (10) in such a way as to leave a free space (1) between the contact means (32) and the upper part (11) so that, when the key element (31) is not actuated, the contact means (32) is spaced apart from, and faces, the upper part (11),
    characterised in that, when the electric component (50) is activated, the contact means (32) comes to rest against the upper part (11).
  2. The mobile device according to claim 1, characterised in that the assembly component (30) is attached to the housing (10) in a positive and/or force-locking manner.
  3. The mobile device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the carrier (35) comprises at least one locking element (36) extending through a breakthrough (15) of the recess (13) of the housing (10), wherein there exists a clip-on connection between the locking element (36) and the housing (10).

The mobile device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the key element (31) is configured as a keypad with a plurality of keys (31.1, 31.2, 31.3), wherein each key (31.1, 31.2, 31.3) comprises a contact means (32) each, which is located within an opening (14) of the recess (13) of the housing (10) and extends in direction of the electric component (50).
  5. The mobile device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (10), in the area of the recess (13), comprises means (16) for sealing the interior of the housing (10).
  6. The mobile device according to claim 5, characterised in that the means (16) extends in the manner of a projection in direction of the key element (31) and with its free end protrudes into the key element (31).
  7. The mobile device according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the means (16) has a pointed shape and surrounds the opening (14) and the breakthrough (15) like a ring.
  8. The mobile device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the carrier (35) consists of a first material and the key element (31) consists of a second material, wherein the first material comprises a first plastic and the second material comprises a second plastic, wherein the first plastic comprises a greater mechanical resistance than the second plastic.
  9. The mobile device according to claim 8, characterised in that the second material is a silicone or a thermoplastic polymer.
  10. The mobile device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the key element (31) comprises a protective laquer.
  11. The mobile device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the breakthrough (15) comprises an oblique gliding surface (15.1), wherein during attachment of the assembly component (30) on the housing (10) the locking element (36) moves along the gliding surface (15.1) and is elastically deformed.
  12. The mobile device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the device is an ID device for a keyless activation of a closing device of a motor vehicle.
