Erfindungsgemäß weist das Gleitelement zwei Träger auf, zwischen denen eine elastische Platte angeordnet ist. Die Träger weisen einen deutlich größeren Querschnitt auf, als die Platte, da die Träger das Gleitelement innerhalb des Schenkels stabilisieren und in Längserstreckung des Gleitelementes die Kraft zur Verformung der Platte aufnehmen müssen. Die elastische Verformung der Platte wird durch ein stirnseitig im Schenkel angeordnetes Befestigungselement erzeugt.
