Description

The invention relates to a panel packaging for floor or ceiling covering, in particular laminate floor panels, consisting of a package, wherein in the package panels are packed.

The laying of floor or ceiling coverings has become increasingly easier due to new installation techniques, in particular by so-called click-fasteners on the individual panels, so that such coverings are also cleanly laid by consumers without special expert knowledge.

These panels to be laid by the consumer are usually sold in prefabricated panel packaging, in each of which a certain number of panels are packed. To facilitate the purchase and the handling of the panels to the consumer, are from the prior art of DE 10 2006 020 619 A1 Panel packaging with an indicator known, with which the consumer can read off, for example, the required conditioning time of the panels to the respective room climate.

The consumer, however, faces the problem of acquiring panels, as well as requiring additional accessories in addition to the panels to clean a floor or ceiling covering to be able to process. Due to the variety of different panel systems and decors, as well as the variety of available accessories, it is very difficult for the consumer to select the right accessories in the right amount for the panels he chooses.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a Paneelverpackung or a Paneelverpackungsset for floor or ceiling covering available, with which the laying of the covering is simplified, wherein DE 20 2009 007 698 U1 discloses a panel packaging according to the preamble of claim 1.

According to claim 1, this object is achieved in that in the package in addition to the packaged panels adapted baseboards are packed, which have different miter cuts according to characterizing part of claim 1.

In this way, it is achieved that the buyer of a panel packaging does not have to look for matching the panels skirting boards, but that he automatically buys the necessary for laying skirting boards and optionally also the associated fasteners by purchasing a single package.

Baseboards are understood as both baseboards and decorative strips, for example for stuccoed ceilings. As fastening means for the baseboards are for example clips or rails in question.

In a preferred embodiment of the panel packaging according to the invention, the ratio of the total length of the packaged baseboards to the total area of the packaged Panels between 0.5 and 3 m / m 2 , in particular between 0.5 and 2 m / m 2 , preferably between 0.65 and 1.3 m / m 2 .

Figure imgb0001

mit der Gesamtfläche F = a·b und dem Seitenverhältnis η=a/b des Raumes. When laying a room with a floor or ceiling covering, there is a need for panels from the floor space of the room. However, the need for baseboards is essentially calculated by the size of the room. In the case of a rectangular space of length a and width b, the value λ results for the ratio λ of the total length of the skirting boards required to the total area of the required panels λ = 2 a + b a b = 2 F η + 1 η .
Figure imgb0001

with the total area F = a * b and the aspect ratio η = a / b of the space.

Accordingly, the ratio λ depends both on the aspect ratio of the space and on its total area, so that a universally valid determination of the ratio λ does not appear to be possible. However, it has been recognized that many living spaces in which consumers often lay even a floor or ceiling covering, have a similar aspect ratio η or a limited number of different room sizes. Thus, the typical aspect ratio η for living spaces is between 1.2 and 1.6. Typical room sizes λ are, for example, between 10 and 35 m 2 . It is therefore contrary to the previous general opinion in the art possible to determine the ratio λ for an average space requirement. The calculated from this ratio number of baseboards for a panel packaging is preferably rounded up to the nearest whole number.

For example, for room sizes of 10, 15, 25 and 35 m 2 , ratios λ in the range of 1.26 to 1.30 1 / m, 1.03 to 1.07 1 / m, 0.81 to 0.83 1 / m or 0.67 to 0.70 1 / m. For a panel packaging with ten panels of the size of, for example, 1292 mm x 193 mm, the result is that for room sizes of 35 and 25 m 2 two baseboards and for 10 and 15 m 2 three baseboards are to be packaged, for the length of a baseboard the Panel length is assumed. In a preferred manner, the panel packaging can therefore be made up differently for different room sizes.

Preferably, a lettering with the respective average room size or the room size range is then applied on the panel packaging visible from the outside. It is thus possible, for example, to provide panel packaging for three different typical room sizes with the corresponding number of baseboards, the room sizes or the areas of the room sizes being indicated on the panel packaging.

In a further embodiment of the panel packaging, mutual damage to the panels and the baseboards can be prevented by virtue of the package having at least two regions preferably separated by packaging material, wherein the panels are arranged in the first region and the baseboards are arranged in the second region , In this way, the panels and baseboards can not abut each other during transport. Preferably, the areas are adapted in size to the panels or to the baseboards, so that these are prevented in a transport of the panel packaging at a large movement and thus preserved from damage.

In the panel packaging according to the invention, a part of the baseboards has at their ends parallel miter cuts at an angle of 45 °. The miter cuts ensure that the ends of the baseboards each abut one another at an oblique angle. In this way, an inconspicuous impact can be realized. Furthermore, the resulting larger impact surface is favorable for an optional bonding of skirting.

For easier realization of inner and outer corners additional, in particular shorter baseboards are provided in the panel according to the invention, which have mutually perpendicular miter cuts at their two ends. The additional baseboards may for example have a length in the range between 15 and 45 cm, preferably about 30 cm.

In one embodiment of the panel packaging according to the invention, mutually corresponding connecting means, in particular in the form of a profiling or a groove with a separate connecting element, are provided at the ends of the baseboards. This will create a cleaner transition between the ends of the skirting board guaranteed. Thus, by profiling the ends of the baseboards, a centering, at least in the plane of the covering can be achieved. Furthermore, the impact surface, for example for bonding, can be increased by the profiling. The profiling of one end is preferably formed as a negative of the profiling of the other end.

Alternatively, grooves may be milled in the ends of the baseboards, wherein a matching connecting element is introduced into the adjacent grooves of the baseboards for connecting two baseboards.

The profiling or the groove is preferably not extended over the entire height of the baseboard, but preferably adjacent only to the underside and / or to the back of the baseboard. In this way it is prevented that the profiling or the groove or the connecting element are visible from the outside.

The provision of parallel miter cuts at an angle of 45 ° at the ends of the baseboards and the provision of additional, in particular shorter baseboards having mutually perpendicular Miter cuts at their two ends, forms the core idea of the invention. The advantages will become apparent from the foregoing description ,

In one embodiment of the panel packaging according to the invention, additional panel accessories are additionally arranged in the package, preferably in at least one third separate area. Under panel accessories are understood all types of accessories that are required or suitable for the installation of the covering or its preservation. In particular, for example, connecting pieces for the baseboards for connecting individual baseboards, radiator rosettes, floor profiles for doors and / or expansion joints covers may be provided in each case with fastening means.

The processing of floor or ceiling coverings is further simplified in a further embodiment of the panel packaging in that in the package, preferably in an area separate from the panels, additional sheet laying material, in particular panel pads, such as footfall pads and / or vapor barriers, or adhesive or Sealants are packed. As a vapor barrier is for example a thin, preferably about 0.2 mm thick polyethylene film into consideration.

In this way, it is achieved that with the panels the appropriate to these panels flat laying materials or adhesive or sealing compounds are acquired automatically. It prevents the buyer from buying installation materials or sealants which are not suitable for use with the panels in the panel packaging.

The total area of the planar laying material is preferably adapted to the total area of the packed panels. In this way it is ensured that with the panels the right amount of laminar laying material is acquired. Furthermore, a knife for cutting the impact sound pad and / or an adhesive tape for connecting the impact sound pad or the vapor barrier may be packaged in the package. As sealants are used in particular glue for connecting the panels to difficult to access places, joint sealer for places where is expected to increase the burden of moisture, and silicone at the end of door frames in question.

In a further embodiment of the panel packaging according to the invention, laying aids, in particular spacers, measuring and marking tools as well as electronic data carriers, are packed in the package, preferably in a region separate from the panels. The spacers are used to maintain the required minimum distance of the panels to the wall. Alternatively, wedges can be provided with which the angular levering of panels can be simplified. In particular, angle hooks, templates for checking the evenness of the substrate, measuring tapes, indicator pens, measuring devices for laying conditions, in particular for checking the evenness of the substrate, for determining the moisture of the substrate or as an indicator for indicating sufficient air conditioning are suitable as measuring and marking tools. As a result, the laying of the panels is further simplified, since the consumer acquires matching laying aids and tools, preferably in sufficient numbers, for the panels.

These tools can preferably be marked with a logo or lettering, for example the company producing the panels and / or the panel specification. In this way, the tools can be kept apart from different panel packaging. Furthermore, an additional advertising space is created.

For example, DVDs or USB sticks are suitable as electronic data carriers, on which, for example, installation videos, installation tips, programs for planning assistance of rooms, for example for selecting wall paints and / or furniture decors, further product information, warranty conditions and / or references to other products such as saws , Laminate cutters, do-it-yourself magazines or cleaning equipment, preferably stored in different languages. In this way, the consumer obtains with the acquisition of the panels further information that may be useful to him when laying or caring for the panels or other furnishings of the room. Furthermore, a target group oriented marketing can be operated in this way.

In a further embodiment of the panel packaging according to the invention, the preservation of a laid covering can be simplified by packaging in the package, preferably in a region separate from the panels, covering preservation means, in particular cleaning agents, felt glides or a repair set. The felt pads can be provided for armchairs or other furniture to protect the laid covering. The repair kit is preferably adapted to the corresponding decor of the panels. In this way it is achieved that the consumer with the panels the means for preserving and maintaining the coating, which are suitable for these panels, are automatically co-financed.

In a further preferred embodiment of the panel packaging according to the invention, the panel accessory is adapted in terms of quantity to the total area of the packed panels and / or to the overall length of the packed baseboards. The quantitative adjustment is preferably based on experience from the manufacturer of the panels or the panel packaging. In this way, it is ensured that the consumer acquires in sufficient quantity the panel accessories required for the installation, maintenance and care of the covering. In particular, the consumer does not have to make his own, complicated requirement calculations, which, due to his inexperience, often cause him to purchase too large quantities of accessory material. This simplifies the laying, maintenance and care of the pavement and reduces the overall cost of laying the pavement.

An application of the inventive concept would also be conceivable in a packaged package.

Further features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent in the description of various embodiments, reference being made to the accompanying drawings.

Versiegelungsmassen in Frage. Panel accessories 40 arranged. As a further panel accessories 40 are, for example, flat laying material, in particular panel pads, such as impact sound pads and / or vapor barriers, or adhesive or sealing compounds in question. Also conceivable are laying aids, in particular spacers, measuring and marking tools as well as electronic data carriers, or covering preservatives, in particular cleaning agents, felt glides or a repair set.

Raumgröße F SeitenVerhältnis Paneel-Größe Paneele/Verpackung Sockelleisten/Verpackung η 15 1,2 1292 x 193 10 3 15 1,4 1292 x 134 8 2 15 1,6 637 x 330 6 3 25 1,2 1292 x 193 10 2 25 1,4 1292 x 326 6 2 25 1,6 637 x 330 6 2 35 1,2 1292 x 134 8 1 35 1,4 1292 x 326 6 2 35 1,6 1292 x 193 6 2 The total length of the skirting boards packed in the panel packages 2 and 22 is preferably adapted to the total area of the respectively packed panels. The adaptation preferably takes place for the need of an average living space. The following table gives an example of the number of baseboards for different panel packaging and the corresponding room sizes. The panel size is given in mm 2 and the room area F in m 2 . Room size F aspect ratio Panel Size Panels / Packaging Skirting / Packaging η 15 1.2 1292x193 10 3 15 1.4 1292x134 8th 2 15 1.6 637x330 6 3 25 1.2 1292x193 10 2 25 1.4 1292x326 6 2 25 1.6 637x330 6 2 35 1.2 1292x134 8th 1 35 1.4 1292x326 6 2 35 1.6 1292x193 6 2

The number of baseboards or their total length can therefore be calculated for a given panel size and given number of panels per panel packaging for one of the typical room sizes. Differentiation according to the aspect ratio η, on the other hand, is generally not required because of the similar values for typical living spaces. In this way, the number of different panel packaging can be kept low.

In Fig. 3 An example of a panel packaging set is shown in perspective view. The panel packaging set 62 includes a first package 64 in which panels are packaged for floor or ceiling covering. Furthermore, a second package 66 is provided in which are adapted to the packaged in the first package 64 panels baseboards. Furthermore, for example, a third package 68 may still be provided in which further panel accessories adapted to the panels packed in the first package 64 or to the baseboards packed in the second package 66 are packaged. In the second package 66 or in the third package 68 also fastening means for the baseboards are packed. The overall length or the number of skirting boards packaged in the second package 66 is preferably adapted to the total area of the panels packed in the first package 64. Furthermore, the accessories packaged in the third package 68 are adapted in terms of quantity to the total area of the packaged panels and / or to the overall length of the packaged baseboards. The packages 64, 66, 68 of the panel packaging set 62 can preferably be connected to one another by means of a fastening means, preferably a band 70, so that the coincidence of the packages 64, 66, 68 can be recognized immediately.
