A solid state lighting apparatus (1) includes at least one solid state lighting source (20), a housing (30) and a cover (10). The cover includes at least one optical portion (101). The optical portion (101) adjusts optical field of the solid state lighting sources. The cover (10) can be formed by plastic injection or thermoset molding to integrate with the optical lens.
