Description

    OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention its concerns to a structure for the formation of multi-adventure facilities, specifically intended to replace the classical and conventional trees and/or wooden poles used in the facilities for the development of the most diverse ludic-formative, aerial, and acrobatics activities, in forest adventure tour.
  • The object of invention is preserving the environment, respecting nature, and its integration therein, as well as permitting the assembly/disassembly of the structure, and therefore, of the set of the facility formed therefrom.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • For the multi-adventure facilities that is configured in forests, theme parks, rockodromes, etc., are utilized trees denominated "totem", this often being materialized based on wooden poles, so that in both cases the disadvantage and problems are of all kinds, since on the one hand is necessary carry out the tree pruning, if not its logging, in order to obtain the poles or "totem". This pruning and/or logging suppose an irreversible action for the trees and, of course, for the environment.
  • For the other hand, the utilization of wood carries the fact of require an suitable maintenance treatment, with the consequent economic cost, since, otherwise, is known that the wood supposes an ideal habitat for numerous biological risk, insects, termites, rotting, fungus, xylophages, lyctus, marine larvae, in addition to others risk, such as splinters, fire, etc., in general agents which, in the medium term, end up with the wood.
  • Furthermore, the "totem" (trees and/or wooden poles) are complemented with guy wires, which supposes an added risk for the participants, due to those are of difficult visualization since it tries integrate and hide them in the environment.
  • It is also convenient take into account the need to have of all kind of connections (electrics, air, water, etc), on the outside part of the totem, since this is solid, which supposes hindrances, inconveniences, risk of accidents, etc.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The structure that is preconized has been conceived in order to resolve the set of problems exposed above based on a simple solution but enormously effective, constituting a substitutive component of the trees and/or poles for multi-adventure facilities, constituting a medium respectful with the nature and with the environment in which is installed, being integrated therein.
  • More concretely, the structure of the invention is constituted by a tubular and metallic body, and therefore hollow, which permits the passage through its interior of all kind of connections, being kept these hidden without constituting any hindrance at the outside, being sufficient a single transferring action of the wall of the own tube to access to the facility of the interior connection, in order to place the application.
  • Said tubular and metallic body incorporates at its bottom end an anchor and positioning plate on the floor, affected by a plurality of gussets and holes for passage of fixing threaded rods, screws, rods, or similar elements, on the established foundation for that purpose on the ground, with leveling possibility by a regulation in height of the different fixing elements.
  • The cited tubular and metallic body is coated and thematized with epoxic resins and other proper coating products which confer to the tube the suitable protection and camouflage or mimetization, as well as a customization of the circuit theme concerned.
  • Likewise, highlights the fact that the tubular and metallic body is complemented with flanges for various uses, such as guy wire anchorages, fastening of a holding platform, to fix walkways, in order to arrange a safety net, etc., that is for all the uses and/or applications; with the particularity that the each flange is formed by several pieces which can be placed notwithstanding the rest of the installation, being sufficient locate it opened and fix it conveniently by the elements available for this, as if it was a Meccano.
  • Superiorly, the tubular and metallic body is capped and susceptible of receive, for example, roofs, solar plates, brumization systems, speakers, etc.
  • The use of said tubular and metallic structure as substitutive component of trees and/or poles using in the multi-adventure facilities, presents a plurality of advantages and, among the most important, can be cited the following:
    • It is constituted by an inert material and therefore of indefinite duration.
    • Don't need maintenance.
    • Possibility of being transported and even exported without biological risks.
    • It is resistant against the inclemencies of the weather and the most diverse conditions, since it is covered and thematized thanks to resins and/or paintings, preferably epoxics.
    • It can be materialized in a galvanized material or with any other physical or physical-chemical protection treatment.
    • It is permits all kind of applications and plays by virtue of the uses to which can be equipped the multifunction flanges, via its coupling and fixing.
    • Singular differentiation regarding to the conventional "totems", since at its interior pass through all kind of facilities and connections.
    • Possibility of being performed in several parts.
    • Possibility of receive at its top all kind of applications, such as humidifiers, roofs, cameras, solar plates, etc.
    • Due to it can be integrated in the environment, it supposes a minimum environmental impact.
    • Possibility of assembly/disassembly and, therefore, once disassembled turn back the environment to its initial state.
    • It is fire-resistant, because of is of metallic nature.
    • Respect of the environment, since it is avoiding the logging and pruning, with the la correspondent disarrange in this latter case, of the trees of the place.
    • Possibility of increase or decrease applications.
    • Possibility of install different leveling of height with several platforms.
    • Possibility of receive different vertical access, such as stairs, rockodromes, boarding nets, etc.
    • Possibility of receive different types of platforms, made of either wood, grated, grid, etc.
    DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • In order to complement the description that is being done, and to help to achieve a better comprehension of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical embodiment thereof, it is accompanied as an integrant part of said description, a set of figures in which, with illustrative and non limitative sense, it has been represented which as follows:
    • Figure 1 shows a schematic representation in lateral front view of the tubular and metallic body constitutive of the structure of the invention.
    • Figure 2 shows a practical application of the metallic structure represented in the previous figure.
    PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
  • As it can be seen in the referred figures, the metallic structure of the invention is constituted by a tubular and metallic body (1) that it can have any length, constituting an ecological substitutive element of the tree or wooden pole of which configure the different multi-adventure circuits configured in forests, theme parks, rockodromes, etc.
  • This tubular and metallic body (1) is made auto-sustainable when receive at its bottom part an anchorage and positioning plate (2), having the same rigidizing gusset (3) and an plurality of holes (4), conferring to the body stability and dad and auto-sustentation, since through the holes (4) of that bottom plate (2) pass anchoring threaded rods, rods or screws (5), as is depict in the figure 2, en la corresponding foundation (6) realized under the own ground level (7).
  • The tubular and metallic body (1) is intended to be coated and thematized with epoxic resins or other similar products, which confer a protection, camouflage, and mimetization, as well as customization of the circuit theme concerned.
  • Said tubular and metallic body (1) with its commented coat, is complemented with flanges (8), which constitute the means for fasten and arrange different constitutive elements of the correspondent facility, being this flanges (8) formed by several pieces, and constitute, in any case, a medium, for example, for the support of a holding platform (9), support for un unhanging corbel (10), support for chains or strings (11), etc., being able to see in the figure 2 the assembly and the installation of a vertical stair (12) fixed to the cited holding platform (9).
  • Due to the body (1) is hollow, for the same can pass the different elements of connection, both of water and of light, alarm, sound, humidifiers, etc., these being kept always hidden and without constituting any hindrance at the outside, avoiding have to simulate them to integrate thereof with the environment, as usual.
  • Definitively, the structure or tubular or metallic body of the invention is carried out with a maximum simplicity and compactly, simple, economical, and without the need of maintenance, accomplishing, with equal or better efficacy, the functions of the trees or wooden poles conventionally utilized for multi-adventure facilities.
