Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher, insbesondere Kühlmittelkühler für ein Kraftfahrzeug, umfassend einen ersten Sammler (1) und einen zweiten, gegenüberliegend angeordneten Sammler (2), und eine Mehrzahl von die Sammler (1, 2) verbindenden Tauscherrohren (3), wobei die Tauscherrohre (3) in einer Hochrichtung insgesamt über eine Höhe h des Wärmetauschers gestapelt sind, wobei eine erste Teilmenge (A) der Tauscherrohre (3) über eine erste Teilhöhe h1 gestapelt und einem ersten Tauscherabschnitt (A), insbesondere einem Niedertemperaturabschnitt, zugeordnet ist, und wobei eine zweite Teilmenge (B) der Tauscherrohre (3) in der Hochrichtung an die erste Teilmenge (A) angrenzend über eine zweite Teilhöhe h2 gestapell ist und einem zweiten Tauscherabschnitt (B), insbesondere einem Hochtemperaturabschnitt zugeordnet ist, wobei die beiden Tauscherabschnitte (A, B) jeweils einem ersten und einem zweiten Fluidkreislauf mit insbesondere verschiedenen Temperaturen zugeordnet sind, wobei das Verhältnis der ersten Teilhöhe zu der zweiten Teilhöhe h1:h2 zwischen etwa 0,2 und etwa 0,4 beträgt.
