- Such nozzles are flexible and permit the removal of lime-scale; in fact by flexibly bending the nozzles, the lime-scale, which is known to be fragile, tends to fragment and thus free the obstructed holes. - nozzles are in fact inserted under pressure from the inside of the supply plate and are typically made in a single piece with a membrane which also acts as a sealing gasket between the plates.
