Abstract

Un guide (1) pour vantail coulissant (9), notamment un guide haut pour porte de coulissante de placard, comprend une âme monobloc en matière plastique relativement rigide destinée à se déplacer dans un rail profilé (10) présentant deux bandes latérales opposées et parallèles de guidage. Ladite âme présente deux côtés opposés destinés respectivement à être en contact avec les deux bandes latérales du rail de guidage. Ces deux côtés opposés de l'âme sont reliés l'un à l'autre par une section élastique (4) profilée de l'âme qui autorise un réglage de l'écartement des deux côtés opposés de l'âme l'un par rapport à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une vis (8).

Description

  • L'invention concerne un guide ou coulisseau pour vantail coulissant, comprenant une âme monobloc en matière plastique relativement rigide destinée à être fixée au vantail et à se déplacer dans un rail profilé présentant deux bandes latérales opposées et parallèles de guidage.
  • L'invention s'applique plus particulièrement à un guide haut pour un vantail coulissant non suspendu telle qu'une porte de placard ou analogue.
  • On connaît déjà des guides hauts pour porte de placard coulissante qui sont réalisés par exemple en acier et qui comportent un ou plusieurs trains de galets roulants ou similaire. En général, on fixe deux guides hauts respectivement aux deux extrémités du chant supérieur de la porte et on engage ces deux guides hauts dans un rail profilé de guidage fixé au plafond d'une pièce pour fermer un espace de rangement dans la pièce. Dans cet agencement, la porte est portée par un autre jeu de guides support bas coulissants dans un autre rail profilé de guidage fixé au sol de la pièce.
  • Outre que ce type de guide haut est couteux à réaliser, son déplacement dans le rail peut être bruyant du fait qu'il peut flotter dans ce rail.
  • On connaît aussi un autre type de guide haut pour porte coulissante réalisé simplement sous la forme d'un galet en matière plastique fixé au chant supérieur de la porte. Ce type de guide haut présente également les inconvénients indiqués ci-dessus.
  • On connaît par exemple du document de brevet US-6449906 un guide destiné à se déplacer entre deux surfaces parallèles d'un rail qui comprend une âme en matière plastique associée à deux supports de réception de rouleaux. Le support est monté pivotant autour d'une charnière et est relié à l'âme par une partie résiliente. Dans ce guide, il n'est pas possible de régler l'écartement des deux côtés du guide faisant face aux surfaces parallèles.
  • Le but de l'invention est donc de pallier ces inconvénients.
  • A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un guide pour vantail coulissant tel que défini par la revendication 1. Dans ce guide, l'âme présente deux côtés opposés destinés respectivement à être en contact avec les deux bandes latérales du rail de guidage et ces deux côtés opposés de l'âme sont reliés l'un à l'autre par une section élastique profilée de l'âme formant une sorte de C qui autorise un réglage de l'écartement des deux côtés opposés de l'âme l'un par rapport à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une vis.
  • L'invention s'étend à une porte coulissante comprenant au moins un guide haut comme défini ci-dessus, ladite âme du guide haut étant fixée à plat sur le chant supérieur de la porte.
  • L'invention s'étend encore à un élément de placard ou d'armoire comprenant une porte coulissante telle que définie ci-dessus et un rail de guidage haut dans lequel coulisse le dit guide haut qui est disposé au-dessus de la porte coulissante.
  • L'invention sera encore mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui suit d'un exemple de réalisation d'un guide haut pour porte de placard coulissante illustré par les dessins.
    • La figure 1 représente en perspective un guide haut selon l'invention.
    • La figure 2 représente en perspective une porte de placard coulissante équipée d'un guide haut selon l'invention.
  • Sur la figure 1, le guide 1 pour vantail, ici un guide haut pour porte de placard coulissante, comprend une âme 2 en matière plastique monobloc qui est relativement rigide et plate de façon à définir deux côtés opposés 2A, 2B qui correspondent ici à deux côtés latéraux parallèles d'un parallélogramme.
  • On voit sur la figure 1 que l'âme 2 a une structure profilée avec des plats 3A, 3B renforcés par des nervures 3C mais cette structure est agencée de telle manière que les deux côtés opposés 2A, 2B de l'âme sont reliés l'un à l'autre par une section élastique profilée 4 de l'âme qui est ici une nervure libre qui forme une sorte de C.
  • Globalement, le côté 2A de l'âme est muni d'un train de deux galets de roulement 5A, 5B montés sur une extrémité de la section élastique 4 en forme de C tandis que le côté 2B de l'âme est muni d'un seul galet de roulement 5C monté sur l'autre extrémité de la section élastique 4 en forme de C, les trois galets de roulement étant montés ici selon une disposition en triangle isocèle.
  • Comme visible sur la figure 1, l'extrémité de la section élastique 4 qui porte le galet 5C forme une sorte de sabot avec une rampe 6 sur laquelle vient s'appuyer une vis de réglage 8 qui est apte à se déplacer dans l'âme (l'autre extrémité du C) pour écarter ou rapprocher le galet 5C des galets 5A et 5B.
  • L'âme 2 est munie de plusieurs trous 7 relativement alignés sur un axe longitudinal A du guide. Ces trous 7 servent au passage de vis de fixation pour fixer le guide haut 1 à plat sur le chant supérieur d'une porte coulissante comme visible sur la figure 2.
  • Sur la figure 2, le guide haut 1 est donc fixé à plat à une extrémité du chant supérieur d'une porte coulissante 9. Le guide haut est par ailleurs engagé dans un rail profilé 10 de guidage fixé au dessus de la porte et comportant deux bandes parallèles opposées 10A, 10B de guidage. Le rail 10 est ici un rail à deux voies de guidage. On voit sur la figure 2 que les galets 5A et 5B viennent en contact avec une des deux bandes de guidage et que le galet 5C vient en contact avec l'autre bande de guidage du rail profilé.
  • On comprend qu'en déplaçant la vis 8 en avant par exemple, on écarte les extrémités de la section élastique 4 en forme de C de sorte qu'on vient serrer davantage le guide 1 entre les bandes 10A, 10B du rail. Cette manipulation permet donc de régler le guide haut dans le rail pour éviter un flottement du guide haut dans le rail et donc pour diminuer les bruits lors du coulissement de la porte 9.

Claims (4)

  1. Un guide (1) pour vantail coulissant (9), comprenant une âme monobloc (2) en matière plastique relativement rigide destinée à se déplacer dans un rail profilé (10) présentant deux bandes latérales opposées et parallèles de guidage, ladite âme présentant deux côtés opposés (2A,2B) destinés respectivement à être en contact avec les deux bandes latérales du rail de guidage et ces deux côtés opposés de l'âme étant reliés l'un à l'autre par une section élastique (4) profilée de l'âme qui autorise un écartement ou un resserrement des deux côtés opposés de l'âme l'un par rapport à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que ladite section élastique de l'âme est une nervure profilée formant une sorte de C et il est prévu une vis (8) apte à être déplacée dans l'âme pour éloigner ou rapprocher lesdites extrémités du C l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  2. Le guide selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque côté opposé de l'âme est muni d'au moins un galet (5A,5B,5C).
  3. Porte coulissante, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un guide haut selon l'une des revendications précédentes, ladite âme du guide haut étant fixée à plat sur le chant supérieur de la porte.
  4. Elément de placard ou d'armoire comprenant une porte coulissante selon la revendication 3 et un rail de guidage haut dans lequel coulisse le dit guide haut qui est disposé au-dessus de la porte coulissante.
