Description

The invention relates to a sports glasses with a sports helmet.

In many sports, such. B. for cycling, downhill skiing, ski jumping or snowboarding sports helmets and safety glasses are worn for safety reasons.

Known sport glasses have either stirrups or a wide rubber band for fixation on the head of the wearer or on the circumference of the helmet. Ironing systems are unsuitable for use with a sports helmet because the stirrups under the helmet can cause uncomfortable pressure points. Sports goggles with a wide rubber band for attachment are known from the ski sport. The disadvantage is that the rubber band can easily slip off the helmet. In addition, only an axial adjustability of the length of the rubber band is possible.

For example, in the DE 203 06 048 proposed an entirety of glasses and helmet, wherein the helmet shell has on each of its lateral edges a retaining attachment, which is intended to hold the elastic connection between the helmet and glasses at least in the upper position. A disadvantage of this solution is the poor operability, especially with gloves.

The US 4,918,753 A has glasses for the subject, which is fastened laterally to the helmet shell by means of laterally attached to the eyeglass frame, elastic bands on a mushroom-shaped fastening part. This solution is poorly operable especially with gloves. In addition, the glasses are attached by the wide band insufficiently on the face of the wearer.

The US 2005/0183190 A1 discloses a combination of sports helmet and goggle designed to form as continuous a shape as possible. For the attachment of the glasses on the helmet various solutions are proposed. A first embodiment provides pliable fastener cords that are striped over fasteners, the fasteners being mushroom-shaped, with a broad head that prevents the fastener cords from sliding down. Another embodiment provides rigid locking fingers, which engage in counterparts in the helmet and engage there. A disadvantage is the poor operability, the first embodiment for glove wearer. The main drawback of the second embodiment is the rigid, slightly adaptable design of the locking elements.

Object of the present invention is to propose a sports glasses with a sports helmet, which offers improved comfort and is inexpensive to manufacture.

The sports glasses for use with a sports helmet has a frame with a curved lens. In an alternative design, the frame receives two flat or curved lenses.

In an alternative, low-cost embodiment, the frameless sports eyewear on a monolithically shaped lens with a nose recess, which is aerodynamically shaped so that air flows substantially laminar on the surface of the Lens be derived and do not come into contact with the eyes of the user.

The sports glasses has fastening cords, which are connected with fastening elements which correspond to the attachment of the glasses to a helmet with anchored in the helmet shell fasteners.

The fastening means and fastening elements are designed as a pair of permanent magnets. An advantageously designed as a button or lever permanent magnet is connected to the fastening cords of sports glasses. The second, preferably cup-shaped permanent magnet is connected to the helmet shell. Preferably, this magnet is slidably and fixably arranged in a groove or guide on or in the helmet shell to adjust the bias of the attachment cords individually. The use of permanent magnets facilitated by the self-centering in the approach of the two paired permanent magnets, the adaptation of sports glasses with the sports helmet.

In a preferred embodiment, the two ends of a fastening cord are connected to the glasses. In the loop formed in this case, a fastening element, comprising a permanent magnet, is arranged. In the lateral region of the helmet shell fastening means are also mounted in the form of permanent magnets so that between these and the permanent magnets of the fasteners acts an attraction. Thus, the user needs when placing the glasses to bring the fasteners only in the vicinity of the fastener on the helmet shell and the connection is made automatically due to the magnetic forces.

Preferably, a pairing of permanent magnets (fastening means in helmet shell - fastening element to fastening cord) in the contact surface on a corresponding increase or depression. As a result of this, the magnet pairing self-centers when approaching. In addition, a very good hold of the magnetic connection is achieved because forces can be better absorbed in connection level. Preferably, the increase / depression in the permanent magnet has a circular cylindrical shape, but may also have the shape of a circular truncated cone. Thus, a positive and positive connection is achieved.

In a likewise preferred embodiment, the sports helmet on or in the helmet shell in the side areas, preferably in the temple area, one or more grooves or guides in which the fastening means axially displaceable and form and / or can be fixed non-positively. As a result, the bias of the fastening cords can be adjusted individually by simple means. Advantageously, the mechanically acting fastening means are designed as a recessed connection or as a clamping eccentric, which allow a clamping or locking in the groove or guide.

In a further preferred embodiment, the fastening cords are fastened by means of disc connectors in the viewing window. The disk connectors have an area with which they are attached to the lens.

Preferably, the connection of disc connectors and visor by means of Renkverbindung.

So that the Renkverbindung does not dissolve during use, put the disc connector of the Renkverbindung from largely parallel and spaced from the lens away. By acting in the lateral direction tensile force during use, the recessed joint can not solve, since the disc connectors can not rotate. This also has the advantage that the fastening cords are guided, and thus damage to the cords or the lens is prevented by resting on the edge of the lens. Furthermore, the extension of the disc connector acts as a lever and the glasses are largely pressed with the same contact pressure against the face of the wearer. For this purpose, the disc connectors are preferably mounted in the upper and lower lateral areas of the viewing windows. Preferably, the Renkverbindung is connected when the extension to the center of the glasses shows and secured by twisting. Alternatively, there is also the possibility that the extensions point up or down.

Preferably, a disc connector is a plastic tube having a diameter sufficient to receive the attachment cords. An end of the tube is angled at approximately 90 °, wherein the concrete angle depends on the geometric design of the lens, and there has the means for the Renkverbindung. The diameter of the tube thickens somewhat towards the Renk catch. Cost-effective only the cords must be pushed through the extension for mounting, then to secure the emerging from the area for the Renkverbindung end in the simplest case with a knot.

The sports helmet according to the invention for use with sports glasses has at least two fastening means arranged laterally on the helmet shell for receiving the sports helmet Fastening elements, wherein the fastening means and fastening elements are designed as a pair of permanent magnets.

The fastening arrangement according to the invention for attaching sports glasses to a sports helmet, comprising at least one elastic fastening cord, at the ends of disc fasteners are attached and a fastener, comprising a permanent magnet and a plurality of retaining webs for receiving a fastening cords.

Further preferably, the disc connector has extensions which, when mounted in the viewing window, are spaced from the support point and largely parallel to the surface of the viewing window.

The sports glasses has on each outer side of the frame or the lens at least one, preferably two pliable elastic fastening cords with which the glasses are fixed to the helmet. Preferably, the fastening cords are formed as a loop, the ends of which are arranged on the goggles and the loop radius is in communication with a fastening element which allows the positive and / or non-positive connection with the helmet, preferably with the helmet outer shell.

Preferably, the fastening cords consist of elastic round strand, round rubber strand, round rubber, rubber cord or rubber yarn with polyester or polyamide fibers. The fastening cords are advantageously made of neoprene tape, since neoprene does not absorb any liquid.

The lens has face-side point or strip-mounted support pads or circumferential edge strips of an elastic material for resting on the face, which ensure a comfortable fit and prevent the visor comes directly into contact with the user's face.

In an advantageous embodiment, the support pads are arranged in the nose, forehead, and cheeks area. Interspaces between the support pads allow ventilation of the user's eye area, thereby preventing perspiration in the eye area.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the support pads are cut to size and have a one-sided self-adhesive layer. The pads are when buying the glasses as Additional material is included and the user can adjust the glasses prior to use to his facial contour and individual application purpose.

In order to increase the wearing comfort, the support pads or the peripheral edge strips are advantageously designed to absorb sweat.

Further preferably, the lens is made of impact-resistant plastic, preferably polycarbonate. As a result, the resistance is increased and the risk of dangerous fragmentation in falls z. B. reduced during skiing or cycling.

The sports helmet has at least two, preferably in the region of the temples (between the eye and ear) of the user arranged fastening means for receiving the attachment cords of sports glasses. The positive and / or non-positive fastening means are preferably arranged as elevations or recesses on the surface of the helmet shell, where the loop-shaped fastening cords are fixed. Preferably, the fastening means are formed as a slightly protruding from the helmet shell, mushroom-shaped elevations.

In a preferred embodiment, the sports helmet has a plurality of spaced fasteners in the two temples. Thereby, the position of the glasses (inclination angle with respect to the vertical) on the face of the user can be varied.

In a further, likewise preferred embodiment, the self-adhesive fastening means can be subsequently applied by the user individually on the helmet shell.

In a preferred embodiment, each of the loop-shaped fastening cords on a clamping element which is slidably mounted on the paired fastening cords. By moving the clamping element in the direction of the glasses converging from the attachment means to the glasses converging segments of the respective fastening cord are tightened, thus increasing the tension of the fastening cord. By moving the tensioning element in the direction of the fastening element, the tension of the fastening cord is reduced. In this way, the pressure of the glasses against the face of the wearer can be regulated.

In a further, likewise preferred embodiment, the fastening means on a clamping lever which is rotatably mounted or pivotally mounted on a rotational axis of the fastening means. The cocking lever has a bore or an open or closed channel which receives the loop-shaped fastening cord. By pivoting the clamping lever, the bias of the fastening cord is released and the sports glasses can be easily removed. When you put on the sports glasses, the necessary bias is generated by the pivoting of the clamping lever in the opposite direction to allow a secure fit of the glasses on the face of the wearer. The fine adjustment and adjustment of the tension of the fastening cords is advantageously carried out by the already described axially displaceable tensioning element.

Due to the small number of parts and the structurally simple design, the sports glasses can be manufactured inexpensively. Another advantage of the sports glasses according to the invention is their stability, since pressure can not damage an ironing system. Further advantages are the extremely low weight and the possibility of individual adjustment of the position of the sports glasses in the region of the facial skull with the help of the flexible, loop-shaped fastening cords and the spaced fasteners.

A particular advantage consists in leaving the sports goggles on only one fastener when weaning (eg while waiting at the ski lift). In this position, the sports glasses can not (as in the known solutions of the prior art with a wide rubber band, which spans the entire helmet) slip off the helmet. The fact that the sports glasses are in a hanging position in the temple area of the sports helmet, the field of vision of the wearer is free. In addition, it can not come to misting the sports glasses by the rising air of the wearer. Due to the preferably used, self-centering attachment means, the sports glasses can be easily and comfortably re-invested with gloves.

FIG. 1 shows a sports goggles 3 with frame 15. On the frame 15 on both sides loop-shaped fastening cords 5 are hinged at two contact points 16 by means of disc connectors 21 in the lens 4 in the edge region. The disc connectors 21 are fastened by means of a recessed connection (bayonet connection) in the viewing window. In this case, a disk connector 21 is arranged both at the upper strand 51 of the fastening cord 5 and at the lower strand 52 of the fastening cord 5. The disc connectors 21 at the end of the two upper strands 51 of the fastening cords 5 are fastened in the upper lateral region of the lens and the disc connector 21 at the ends of the two lower strands 52 of the fastening cords 5 corresponding to the lower lateral region of the lens 4. Thus, the free View of the user through the disc connector 21 is not limited.

The disc connectors 21 are fastened in the viewing window 4 by means of a recessed joint (bayonet connection) as described above, these being directed towards the center of the viewing window 4 and then fixed in the viewing window 4 by the rotation in the direction of the disc outer side. The disc connectors 21 are thus rotatable in use and thereby conform to the face and head shape of the wearer. From the attachment in the lens 4, the disc connector 21 is still from the contact point 16 about 2 cm apart and largely parallel to the lens away.

The other, loop-shaped end of the fastening cord 5 is connected to a tensioning lever 13 in connection, which is pivotally mounted on the fastening element 6.

The tensioning lever 13 has a closed channel, which receives the loop-shaped fastening cord 5. By pivoting the clamping lever 13 from the position shown in the direction of the sports glasses 3, the bias of the fastening cord 5 is released and the sports glasses 3 can be easily removed. When creating the sports glasses 3, the necessary bias is generated by pivoting the clamping lever 13 in the opposite direction to allow a secure fit of the glasses on the face of the wearer 1. The fine adjustment and adjustment of the tension of the fastening cords 5 is effected by the already axially displaceable clamping element 10. The clamping element 10 is formed as a plastic injection-molded part. in the trapezoidal housing of the clamping element four deflection pins are arranged, via which the upper and lower strand 51, 52 of the fastening cord 5 are guided.

The fastening means 6 is designed as a paired permanent magnet. The outer, peg-shaped part of the fastening means 6 protrudes positively and non-positively into the lower, cup-shaped permanent magnet, not shown. By a conical design of the fastening means 6, the closure acts self-centering.

FIG. 2 shows the helmet in the attached state side facing an alternative embodiment of the fastener 6 with a particularly simple structure. The fastener 6 has three retaining webs 17 for the fastening cords 5, with which the user can vary the length of the cords 5 and thus adapt to his needs. The attachment to the helmet is carried out as described above via a permanent magnet 18, which is arranged limitedly movable in a skirt 19. The permanent magnet 18 has a central elevation 20 in the form of a circular cylinder stump. At the helm is in the FIG. 2 not visible, arranged as a counterpart also a permanent magnet in the helmet shell. The design of the permanent magnet 18 with the central elevation 20 ensures a secure attachment, since the increase / depression counteracts a train in the direction of the helmet shell. On the other hand, the position of the two magnets is automatically centered on each other in the attachment, so that a precise secure hold of the glasses is guaranteed. Thus, the glasses can be easily attached with gloves by the fasteners must be placed only in the vicinity of the permanent magnet located in the helmet shell and connect and center independently there.

FIG. 3 shows a pair of glasses 3 with a fastener according to the alternative embodiment according to FIG. 2 with a clamping element 10 and disc connectors 21. The disc connectors 21 are arranged on the edge of the viewing window 4, that the extensions project beyond the edge of the viewing window. As a result, the fastening cords 51 and 52 are not damaged by friction on the edge of the lens 4. By the clamping element 10, the user can regulate the pressing force of the glasses 3 to the face. By adjusting the length of the fastening cords 5 on the retaining webs 17 in the fastener 6 ( FIG. 2 ) in conjunction with the clamping element 10, the glasses offer good adjustability to the individual facial contour.
