In Kraftfahrzeugen werden Kühlmodule zum Kühlen von Fluiden eingesetzt. Ein Kühlmittel-Wärmeübertrager dient zur Kühlung von Kühlmittel eines Verbrennungsmotors des Kraftfahrzeuges. Das Kühlmittel transportiert die Abwärme des Verbrennungsmotors zum Kühlmittel-Wärmeübertrager und gibt dort die Abwärme an die Umgebung ab. Ferner ist an diesem Kühlmittel-Wärmeübertrager als erster Wärmeübertrager ein zweiter Wärmeübertrager, z. B. ein Ladeluftkühler für einen Turbolader des Verbrennungsmotors, angeordnet. Der zweite Wärmeübertrager ist dabei an dem ersten Wärmeübertrager mittels Befestigungsmitteln befestigt. Hierzu weist sowohl der erste Wärmeübertrager als auch der zweite Wärmeübertrager an Wandungen im Querschnitt zumindest annähernd kreisförmige oder zumindest annähernd rechteckige Öffnungen auf. Bei der Befestigung des zweiten Wärmeübertragers am ersten Wärmeübertrager werden diese Öffnungen zueinander zusammenfallend angeordnet, so dass in diese Öffnungen ein Bolzen als Befestigungsmittel eingeführt werden kann. Durch den Bolzen wird eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Wärmeübertrager hergestellt, weil Begrenzungswandungen der Öffnung auf dem Bolzen aufliegen und dadurch eine formschlüssige Verbindung besteht. Der Bolzen weist dabei an einem Ende einen Kopf und an dem anderen Ende ein Innengewinde auf. Nach dem Einschieben des Bolzens in die Öffnungen wird der Bolzen in den Öffnungen, d. h. an den ersten und zweiten Wärmeübertrager dahingehend fixiert, dass in das Innengewinde eine Schraube eingeschraubt wird. Ein Kopf der Schraube weist dabei einen größeren Durchmesser auf als der Durchmesser der Öffnungen in analoger Weise wie auch der Kopf des Bolzens einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als die Öffnungen, so dass dadurch der Bolzen in den Öffnungen befestigt ist. In nachteiliger und aufwendiger Weise muss somit nach dem Einführen des Bolzens in die Öffnungen am anderen, dem Kopf gegenüberliegenden Ende des Bolzens die Schraube in das Innengewinde des Bolzens eingeschraubt werden.In motor vehicles, cooling modules are used to cool fluids.
