Description
Shelving with movable shelves for storing material
Field of invention
This invention pertains to the field of shelving for storing material, more precisely to the sphere of specialized shelving for storing small equipment and other material, for use in storehouses, workshops and likewise.
Background of the invention and technical problem
Storage of small equipment, such as screw products, bearings, small locksmith articles.
Fittings, small electrical material, electronic components and material as well as semi-finished products of bigger dimensions, is solved in various ways in technique.
There are various shelving, racks, stands and cases known with shelves installed, where material is stored in boxes or scattered.
Common problem of all known solutions is difficult access to the material stored in background, and if the material is distributed mainly in foreground, the storage utilization is poor.
Brief description of the invention
This invention discloses storage shelving with good utilization of space and simple access to any part of the shelving. The invention solves space issues as well as problems with difficult access to stored material.

Invention description
The storage shelving, which is the invention in question, is composed of supporting frame Ia, one upper hanging bracket 2a, one or more median movable brackets 2b, one lower movable bracket 2c and optional sliding doors 3, 4, 5, running on door guides 6 and lower guides 7, and hanging sliding frame 8 with crossbar 8a, hung on guides 8b and leaned on lower guides 6. Above-mentioned brackets 2a, 2b and 2c are composed of bracket frame 21a, 21b and 21c, into which horizontal shelves 22a, 22b are placed.
Movable brackets 2a, 2b and 2c are secured to the supporting frame in at least three points in a way that enables only horizontal sliding in the direction of shelving 1 width.
Detailed description of the invention
As shown in fig. 2, the storage shelving 1, which is the invention in question, is composed of supporting frame Ia, divided along its width in two or more A fields (figure 3) and designed as bar construction, made of hollow steel rectangular tubes.
It is composed of the left side frame 1 Ia and the right side frame 12a and two or more median frames 13a, joined transversally with binding profiles 14, at low front, low back and up back. Distance between adjacent frames (1 la-13a, 13a-13a, 13a-] 2a) is the same as the width of one shelving field and equals A (fig. 3)
Along the back side of the supporting frame Ia, first guides 15 of movable brackets 2b and 2c run longitudinally, whilst the first guide 15a of movable bracket 2a runs transversally under upper side of supporting frame Ia, in proper distance from back wall, where the above mentioned guides are designed as »C« profiles with cut out openings 16, 16a for movable brackets installation.
Other guides of movable brackets 2a and 2b, namely oblique carriers 17, 18, with guiding wheels 17a and 18a are installed on the front vertical carriers of median frames 13a.
In lower part of back side of supporting frame Ia, transversal second guide 15c of movable bracket 2c is running.
As shown in fig. 4, median movable bracket 2b is composed of bracket frame 21b, into which horizontal shelves 22a, 22b are installed. Shelves 22a, 22b can have the same or different depths, however, it is preferred that lower shelves have bigger or equal depth than the upper ones.
The above mentioned shelves are welded or screwed to the bracket frame 21b forming a 50° to 70° angle between horizontal shelf surface and oblique plane, defined by bracket frame
21b. Preferred angle is around 60°.
Bracket frame 21b has one or more handles 33 fixed on the front side for moving bracket 2b.
On the upper back side of bracket frame 21b, carriers 30, 31 with guiding wheels 30a, 31a, are fixed at both comers.
When movable bracket 2b is mounted into supporting shelving frame Ia, bracket 2b must be leaned and guiding wheel 30a inserted into opening 16 in appropriate first guide 15; the bracket Is pushed aside and the other guiding wheel 31a put into second opening 16a. Lean movable bracket 2b with back plane of lower crossbar on appropriate guiding wheel 17a, 18a.
In this way movable bracket 2b is secured to supporting shelving frame Ia in three points but still movable.
Upper movable bracket 2a differs from median movable bracket 2b only in being lower, it has adequately less shelves and it is secured to carrier 15a, while the installation is the same as described for movable bracket 2b.
As shown in fig. 5, the lower movable bracket 2c consists of supporting bracket frame 21c, with has the same carriers 30, 31 with guiding wheels 30a, 31a fixed at upper corners, as middle movable bracket 2b. Angle between horizontal shelf plane and oblique plane defined by bracket frame 21c, is the same as in movable bracket 2b.
In lower part, the lower movable bracket 2c has two horizontal supports 25 projecting backwards. At the most distant end of each support 25c a rotating guiding wheel 25d is fixed with vertical axle.
Installation of lower movable bracket 2c is done in the same way as described above for movable bracket 2b, except that it leans with guiding wheels 30a on front vertical plane of second guide 15c. In this way lower movable bracket is fixed in four points.
Number of shelves 22a, 22b is arbitrary as regards height for all movable brackets and depends on customer's needs. Height is determined according to the material that shall be stored on shelves or height of boxes laid down on shelves and so on. As shown in fig. 4, shelves 22a and 22b can be longitudinally strengthened with one or more grooves and front and back edge curved upwards.
Stated distance A can range between 0,4m to 0,9m, preferentially between 0,6 and 0,7m.
Number of movable brackets installed into each shelving level is equal to n-1, where n is number of fields with width A. Width of particular movable bracket 2a and 2b is A + S, where S is width of middle frame 13a (fig. 3). Width of movable bracket 2c is arbitrary; preferentially it is equal to the width of movable brackets 2a and 2b.
As width of movable bracket 2a, 2b is wider than field width A, movable bracket alignment on guiding wheels 17a, 18a is always ensured.
Since the number of movable brackets over the shelving width is one less than number of fields A, it is always possible to move each movable bracket one field position away.
In the example shown, the shelving contains three fields A5 one level of upper movable brackets 2a, three levels of meddle movable brackets 2b and one level of lower movable brackets 2c, with 6 shelves installed on the middle movable bracket 2b, three shelves are installed on upper movable bracket 2a, and two shelves on lower bracket 2c. Depth of the upper shelve is slightly smaller on all brackets 2a, 2b and 2c, when compared to other shelves, which are all alike.
In the lower back part of the shelving a fixed shelf 2d is also installed running along entire shelving breadth and intended for storing material, which, due to its dimensions (length) or weight, can not be stored on other shelves.
Shelving depth (without door) is approximately 76 cm, in presented example, height is approximately 200 cm, width of middle frame 13a S=30 mm, distance A approx. 65 cm. Width of movable bracket frame 2a and 2b is approximately 68 cm.
When the shelving is set up, the user can open the door of a chosen field and move movable brackets left or right, depending on the shelf that she or he would like to reach. In case when the user wishes to access the upper shelf, the user has to bring frame 8 closer and step on crossbar 8a.
Access is possible to every shelf or every shelving part, by simply moving movable brackets, because all movable brackets in levels that block access to particular spot can be moved away.
It will be clear to people skilled in the art that the capacity of the shelving can be substantially increased or decreased by changing height and/or depth and/or width of the shelving. All such changes are comprised within the invention.
