Abstract

Bei einem Etikettenhalter, insbesondere für die Auszeichnung von unverpackten Lebensmitteln, aufweisend ein inneres Schieberelement und ein auf das innere Schieberelement aufschiebbares äußeres Schieberelement, sind die Schieberelemente aus einem der EU-Rahmenverordnung EG 1935/2004, der EU-Kunststoffrichtlinie 2002/72/EG und deren Änderung gem. der Richtlinie 2007/19/EG genügendem Kunststoff gefertigt, wobei wenigstens ein Schieberelement aus einem klarsichtigen Kunststoff gefertigt ist und ein Schieberelement in der auf das andere Schieberelement zuweisenden Flachseite eine Ausnehmung aufweist für eine Aufnahme eines Etiketts (4).
