Abstract

La présente invention concerne un emballage, approprié pour le tabac et les produits alimentaires, qui possède une structure stratifiée comprenant des première et seconde couches polymères (6, 8), et une couche (7) qui contient de l’humidité interposée entre les couches polymères (6, 8), la couche (7) qui contient de l’humidité étant agencée pour transférer l’humidité à l’intérieur d’un récipient (1) formé par l’emballage. L’emballage permet à son contenu (3) d’être maintenu humide, et peut permettre à un consommateur de contrôler le niveau d’humidité auquel les produits sont maintenus grâce à une configuration appropriée de la couche (7) qui contient de l’humidité et de la première couche polymère (6).

Claims (15)

  1. Emballage (1) à structure stratifiée comprenant :
    des première et seconde couches polymères (6, 8) ; et
    une couche à teneur en humidité (7) interposée entre les couches polymères, la couche à teneur en humidité étant agencée pour transférer l'humidité vers l'intérieur d'un contenant formé par l'emballage,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de la première couche (6) est amovible de façon à exposer une partie correspondante de la couche à teneur en humidité vers l'intérieur du contenant.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie amovible est une bande déchirable (10) définie par un périmètre affaibli (11) dans la première couche (6).
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 2, comprenant une pluralité de bandes déchirables (13a, 13b, 13c), dans lequel la couche à teneur en humidité (7) contient une pluralité de sections correspondant aux bandes déchirables dans la première couche.
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel chacune de la pluralité de bandes déchirables (13a, 13b, 13c) a une dimension différente.
  5. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une couche semi-perméable dans un seul sens (14) entre la première couche polymère (6) et la couche à teneur en humidité (7) afin d'empêcher la migration d'humidité depuis l'intérieur du contenant vers la couche à teneur en humidité mais permettre la migration d'humidité depuis la couche à teneur en humidité vers l'intérieur du contenant.
  6. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les première et seconde couches (6, 8) sont étanches à l'eau.
  7. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une partie de la première couche polymère (6) est une membrane semi-perméable dans un seul sens (15) agencée pour empêcher la migration d'humidité depuis l'intérieur du contenant vers la couche à teneur en humidité (7), mais permettre la migration d'humidité depuis la couche à teneur en humidité vers l'intérieur du contenant.
  8. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première couche polymère (6) est un matériau perméable.
  9. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première et/ou la seconde couche polymère (6, 8) sont formées en un matériau sélectionné parmi : le polyéthylène, le polypropylène, le polystyrène, le téréphtalate de polyéthylène et l'acide polylactique.
  10. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche à teneur en humidité (7) comprend un élément à teneur en humidité imprégné d'eau.
  11. Emballage selon la revendication 11, dans lequel l'élément à teneur en humidité (7) est formé en un matériau sélectionné parmi les matériaux suivants :
    cellulose microscristalline de papier, écorce d'ispaghula, gel de silice saturé, riz, gels d'amidon, pectines, éponge naturelle, éponge synthétique, matériaux d'argile, gélatine, agar agar, gomme de cellulose et alginates.
  12. Emballage selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le papier a une forme matricielle, comprenant des cristaux de polyacrylamide.
  13. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, contenant un indicateur d'humidité.
  14. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, destiné à contenir un produit consommable, dans lequel le produit peut être un produit de tabac (3).
  15. Emballage selon la revendication 14, agencé en guise de pochette, contenant un produit de tabac, ou dans lequel la structure stratifiée est élastique et l'emballage est agencé en tant que paquet contenant un produit de tabac.
